I'm baaaacccckkk!!!!!! Heehee - well back enough from wallowing in being sick etc to be able to finally sit and do some personals some justice!!!

Mabello - How are you hun?? Sounds like you and D are nice and busy working on the house!! Hope little Mr M is being good for his mama!

Ash - Hope the kids get better soon It's just horrid isn't it and you end up circling around and getting each other sick when you get better. I used to work for the fire brigade and the ambo call centre was in the same room and they were SOOOO busy on the night of a full moon! People definately go a bit silly. Iz was a bit grizzly in the night but nothing out of the ordinary right now!

Lulu - I hope Izzy's tooth pops out soon too. I can't believe how little they are and they have this mouth full of big teeth! My Iz has 3 molars - wtf!!!! WTG with Elenas weight gain!!! I can't remember if you are b'fing?? Feeding times are the thing I think about the most and not being able to fully entertain Iz while I sit and feed the little man for hours at a time... does my head in thinking about it and I think you are doing a brilliant job sweety. Forgot to say the other day how cute of Izzy to say daddy on DH's birthday! So sweet! Izzy's first word that made sense was "dada" too - she says it all the time when she is looking for him etc...and has just started coming up to me and saying "mama" Awwwww I love my girl

Lis - It is so exciting hearing about all you chickies TTC - I hope this is the month for you hun! Don't get me started on house hunting... I was so determined to have moved by the time this little man arrived but it is SO not going to happen. I hope you guys find something soon.

Dan - Is Livvy better yet hun?? I hope she is feeling better soon sweety. I don't think that you are strange getting exxcited about o'ing!!!! Good luck with it all hun.

Shell - for AF.... ae you trying, or trying not to try and seeing what happens like we did???!! Don't scare me about the red - I'm already having second thoughts about it - Im scared the red will make the babies hypo!! Haha! There is no way I will change it though DH will kill me! Hope you and the kiddies are all doing really well!

Sarah - How are you hun??!! Hope the m/s really eases off soon for you sweeets so you can enjoy the last month or so you have left o/s.

Kelly - come back!!! Heehee! Hope you are well hun and Luke is doing well!

to anyone I have missed - I feel like I've missed lots of people sorry!

Well we are doing really well now that we are over all our lurgies!! Izzy is just such a joy (as all your bubs would be too!!) We just crack up every day at stuff she has learnt and does! I found her climbing up on a little box she has toys in and then she used that to climb up on anohter cube thing in our lounge room the other day - far out all I can think is how on earth you stop them from breaking all their bones!! She is chatting more now but still alot of jibber jabber! Considering she was a late starter with it all (remember me stressing!) Im not too worried! She runs everywhere now with one arm still for balance and the other swinging back and forward! So funny!!

Our little man is growing nicely, the last 2 appointments I have measured one week ahead, same as with Izzy so that's all great. He doesn't move anywhere near as much as she did, so that it taking some getting used to but I am at least getting some reassurance every day now which is nice, and DH has felt him move quite a few times too! It is so odd second time around, Im excited and in love already but it is just different. I had Izzy's room set up at around 28 weeks and had stuff ready from about 20 weeks but this time around we have just put the pram on layby and bought a few clothes!!! It is really strange! My girlfriend still has our cradle so I will get that from her in the next few weeks, and will buy a new mattress and get mum to sew some new sheets for it! We are making a HAB and mei Tei in the holidays too - only one week to go! DH has finished up work on the Foxtel show Satisfaction so is taking a week or two to work around the house and try to get it ready to sell when we are finally ready!

Right this has turned into the worlds longest rambling post- off to mums for lunch in the p!ssing down rain here today! Have a great Sunday ladies!!!

Morning all! Hope you all had a nice weekend! Well don't think I'll be able to top Tan's post, see how I go!

Ash lovely to hear from you, hope the littlies are feeling better. And yes, strange things do happen during a full moon!

D how did the renos go over the weekend, hope M was being good and letting you get lots done!

Lulu woo hoo at Elena's weight gain and congrats on doing a wonderful job with the b/f, that is so awesome!

Tan we aren't TTC but just happens that I O'd this month. If I'm pg then we will be thrilled but if not then we will probably wait another 6 months to TTC as originally planned! So glad that you guys are all feeling so much better and yay for your little man kicking! Have you decided on a name for him yet or is it a secret?????

Dan hope you and Livvy are over your colds.

Hello to Shell, Sarah, Kass and anyone else I missed, surely I have missed someone.

Busy here as usual, feel like I need a holiday but probably not going to happen anytime soon unfortunately. Elena is doing great at the moment, seems she is having a break from teething and is sleeping/eating really well and is just the happiest little girl! She is now trying to say heaps of words and tries to say 'love you' which comes out as 'ove oooh'! Very funny, we call her our little parrot!

Gotta go before my little parrot destroys the lounge room!

We are USELESS girls!!! James is a possibility for a middle name ( Izzy would have been James Cooper!!) but we have gone off it for a first name. It is a family name though so we would like to use it still. I like William James - but DH has gone off that too!! Heehee! He still likes Jett and can't get past that. Ugh - it is impossible! With Izzy at least we both had 10 or so names we like that we could narrow it down from but this time around we just can't get there!! Oh well - still have 15 weeks to go!

    Hiya ladies and bubbies!

How are we all? Must all be busy busy.....!

Tan I know what you mean about boys names. Lucky Elena was a girl or we would have been in serious trouble - could never agree on any boys names! I'm sure you guys will come up with the perfect name for your prince - btw I love William James!

Shell oh no at the lurgies again, hope you all get better soon!

Ash hope you and Blakey are ok hun

Not much happening here. DH is sick and looks like Ellie might be getting it too, runny nose and sleeping a lot. Fingers crossed it doesn't get too bad. I'm so over this cold weather, bring on summer!!!!!!!!!

Love to ya all, hope all is well!

Quick one here - Izzy jsust fell off the change table head first - well about 1/2 an hour ago.... I can't believe it - I had one hand on her leg and bent over to pick up her top that had fallen and she was down on the floorboards... She seems fine and nurse online said we should stay home unless she vomits etc.... but FAR OUT.... I am a total mess.... hysterical screaming, crying and even when i could see she was ok, I was still shaking and crying and hysterical.... I feel SO bad because I have been saying for weeks that I should just change her on the floor because she is too active up there. Sad mummy - Im off to make myself a cuppa while she sleeps. Hope you are all well.

Tan - just responded to your other thread. Hugs to you sweetie. Good luck with names. As you know, it was a nightmare for us. Just so you know though, you and I should have babies together (IYKWIM!) - we definitely agree on names. I love William!!

Ash - sorry things are rough for you again. Hope life gets a little brighter soon.

Lis - hope DH is feeling better and Elena has managed to avoid whatever lurgy he had.

Hi to everyone else. Sorry - not much time today. Things here aren't so flash. Elena has gone from being a beautiful, content little baby to a screaming nightmare. I'm crossing everything it is "just" colic - I couldn't stand for her to be a reflux baby too. I had to leave Izzy alone in the family room yesterday for about 10 minutes and it was just too long. She couldn't see me and by the time I got back to her she was sitting by the gate in very sad, scared tears. God I have never felt so bad in all my life. I know as a mother its a dreadful thing to say, but I really am wishing at the moment that we had never had Elena. I just hope that when we had that magical 3 month mark things will improve.

Lulu - You are most definitely not a terrible mum for being frustrated and venting. You love your two little girls more than anything you are just exhausted and you are only one person and you have two gorgeous little girls wanting your attention at the same time and no-one, no-one can do that. Hopefully Elena's screaming will settle down soon and you will have your gorgeous little one back. Sending you heaps of

Tan - . I hate mummy guilt!!! You can only watch Izzy the best you can and you are doing an amazing job of being Izzy's mummy. Please stop beating yourself up. That is so damn hard I know.

Sangie - How is working from home working out? How is the TWW treating you? Any symptoms yet?

Shell - How weaning Angus going? Giving up his boobie at all?

Ash - So sorry that everything is going wrong at the moment. Got everything crossed that Blake gets better and you and Dave sort out all your problems.

Livvy is being an absolutely angel at the moment. She is giggling, running around squealing and plays all day long. Whenever I am sitting on the floor she runs over sits on my lap and covers me in kisses. She is over her screaming until we pick her up and is back to settling herself. Whenever she sees food she races into the lounge room and sits on her mat and holds her hands up. She is eating everything in sight.
TTC is very trying again. It drives me bloody crazy, GGGGRRRRRR!!!!!! I'm only going to give it 6 months until I go to the FS and get some help.

Better go and get some lunch organised for the little princess.

    Chat soon gorgeous ladies.

    Hi Everyone!!

Firstly, Tan, you are soooo not a bad Mummy. These things happen, I know I am guilty of similar things!! Angus has fallen out of our bed 3 times!! I am sure she prob got just about as much of a scare as you did - that was prob the reason for most of the tears!!

Lulu, your girls know you love them both, it is just hard to have enough time!! I am guilty of having to leave one to deal with another - trust me, they will grow to understand!! Middle DD ALWAYS chose the times when I was sitting down feeding Angus to do a number 2!! And she would yell out from the toilet "finished, Mum you need to check my Bum!!!!" Kids, they were sent here to test us I think!!! Mine try every day!!!

Dan, where are you up to on your cycle?? I am having no luck weaning Mr, he wants it all night long, and screams till I feed him. Last night was 4 times, I am so exhausted with work as well. I had an early yesterday and a late tomorrow, so need to spend to day catching up on washing. I want another baby just for Maternity leave again!!!!

Lis, I am hoiping we are all on the getting better stretch now!! How is Elena? Angus's biggest prob with a snotty nose is not being able to suck his dummy - very distressing for us all!!!

Ash - how is everything going? I hope Blakey gets better, what are they doing for his anaemia?? Hope things with Dave improve also.

D - how is the house going!! I would love to do some reno's round here - not enough time or money unfortunatley!!!

Kass- How are things?? Annabelle looks like a doll in your ticker pic!!

Anyway, update on us!!! Angus is being horrendous lately!!! He is not sleeping and basically being a big sook! He wants me to pick him up all the time, and if I don't he chases me around crying. I don't know what to do. The girls were never this hard. He is just so full on, and as soon as he is awake he is non stop. He is into cupboards, climbs anything he can, always in the rubbish bin etc etc. I hate putting too much up becuase he will never learn and will destroy other peoples houses when we visit. I never had to put anything up from the girls, they knew No and did what I told them. Gosh, on the other hand, he is good for Mum when I go to work and I am so happy when I get home and see his face light up when he sees me!!! I love them to death, but gee they are hard work!!!

Anyway, I really need to put some washing on. Oh, my tupperware party went really well, I sold heaps and got lots of freebies!! I am so excited, can't wait to get it all now!! See ya!!xx

    HI all!

Shell yay for your tupperware party, wish I could have come! Hopefully Angus is just going through a phase and this clingyness will stop - its so hard though isn't it? Elena was super clingy a few weeks ago but it seems to have passed thankfully.

Tan - how are you and Izzy now? I responded to your other thread. THese things happen and I think its just part of growing up. My mum always tell the story of when I fell out of my cot onto my head on hard tiles and I still turned out ok (well I guess that could be debatable lol!)

Lulu - your girls know that you absolutely adore them and you can't physically split yourself up into 2 pieces. I'm no expert but I'm sure it will get easier as Elena get older. How is she? I really hope its not reflux, maybe a growth spurt is makinng her so unsettled?

Dan i know how frustrating it is TTC when your body wont do what its meant to. I wish you all the luck in the world! How are your cycles going, regular????? Fingers and toes doubly crossed for you.

Hi Ash, Kass, D and anyone else!

Not much going on here. Half way through my TWW - no symptoms and have a feeling I'm not pg (although that is what I said half way through my TWW when pg with Elena!). Elena still not well although she is happy enough. She is just very very pale, runny nose and sleeping a lot. Might take her to the doc tomorrow if she doesn't improve today. She is still eating well though so that is something! Well better go, have a lovely day all!

Lis - you're describing exactly the same "symptoms" that Izzy has. She's white as a ghost a lot of the time, and her day sleeps have doubled in length, but she has so much energy when she's awake. She is dribbling a lot and chewing on her hand so I'm sure its teeth. Only thing is, I seem to blame teeth every time I think she's not quite 100%! Funny about you not thinking you were pregnant with Elena. With both Izzy and my Elena I just knew.

Shell - yay for tupperware freebies!!! Sorry Angus is being so clingy and destructive. A boy thing maybe?? My SILs both complain that I seem to have it so much easier with Izzy than they had it with their boys.

Dan - Livvy sounds absolutely gorgeous. I don't get kisses out of Izzy so I am very jealous. Sorry your TTC journey is so hard. Isn't it amazing how we spend most of our lives taking such huge precautions against getting pregnant, which it seems to be a pretty hard thing to achieve for so many of us. Did you have to have fertility treatment for Olivia? Crossing everything for you it happens soon.

Sorry for my meltdown yesterday. Elena has been getting progressively more unsettled over the last couple of weeks so I am starting to think its more than colic. I've made an appointment to go and see the magic chiropractor witch doctor that I took Izzy to, so hopefully he can do his magic on her. She is having a "long" sleep at night - 5 hours after a feed is as long as it gets, but then she seems to want to feed every 2 hours after that. I've tried distracting her because I'm not convinced she's hungry but nothing works. Do any of you remember having to feed that often by this stage (a whole 7 weeks old!!) Am I just not remembering how crap it really was in those first few months?

Anyway, off to pick my Mum up now. She's got her car in for service and is spending the day with me. If I was sensible I'd spend the day in bed and let Granma entertain Izzy, but I think I'll take advantage of a second pair of hands and do the shopping instead.

    Have a good day everyone.

Lulu, all my kiddies really only fed 3-4hrly overnight as newborns, yikes, not 2nd hourly!! you must be one tired Mumma!!! I hope your magic chiropractor pulls some tricks out of his hat for her!!!

Oh, I better move my big butt, I am cooking pasta for the kids, and garlic prawns for us. They won't eat the prawns so have to do pasta as well!! Almost a restaurant round here some days!!! Have heaps of prawns that my Dad caught, so have to cook them before they go bad. Do you think Angus would be right to eat prawns now?? Haven't given him any yet cause I was too scared!!! Anyways, BBl!!

Ok firstly Lulu- Yes! Annabelle went through terrible stages with feeding as a young one. But as I had nothing to compare it to I just did it and she got over it with both of us working (crying, tearing hair out) routine. I remember for a few nights she was doing hourly! I think she just didn't want me to not be with her. Hang in there she will get past it. You're NOT a bad mother. You ARE a mother of a 13month old and a newborn! I cant even imagine how much patience that would take! Annabelle is still such a baby, I can see how you would be feeling so down about the situation. I dont think it's Elena you wished you never had Im thinking it's just the situation you wish you never had. Coz if it was all roses imagine how bored you would be!
Just think huni, when we're all having our second (those of us who only have one) you can look at our posts and smile (maybe laugh) at the fact that you can now give us advice on how to get through it. Hang in there, Elena will grow so quick and all this will be a distant memory.

Tan- Is Iz ok!!!!!!!!???????????? It's truly amazing what these lil ones can do to themselves and be alright. It's usually us who are hurt more, broken hearted that our lil ones have hurt themselves.
I know a lil man called Jett and one called Jed both with the middle names JAMES! They're tounge twisters, but really nice. You obviously like the more traditional names which is the same as me so Im sure you'll see that lil man and just know what he should be called. But a list is always great fun. I cant believe Iz has 3 molers!!! Annabelle has 2 top teeth and 2 bottom ones. But she is teething at the moment Im sure, at least I hope thats the reason why she is acting like this!

Shell- Your house hold sounds a bit like a mad house like mine! I wouldn't have it anyother way though
Angus is just loving his mummy? Hahahaha sometimes they can love to much to a point where they have left an imprint on your hip! Annabelle does stuff like that if she feels sick or teething, or if she just wants to cuddle inbetween mummy and daddy when mummy and daddy are trying to have alone time
Yummy pasta!!! Even better prawns!!!! Angus should be fine to eat prawns, of course not the tail Annabelle lovvvvvves fish!

Sangie- Fingers crossed you have a lil wonder in there! I hope Ellie gets better we are all only just getting over the cold. Not a fun or clean experience with us all snotting everywhere. Annabelle hates the sucker thing I use to clear her lil nose

Dan- I love all the talking and laughing Annabelle is doing! She says wayyyyy to many words for own good though Health nurse thinks she'll be an early bird in the sentences. Great 2 chatter boxes in the house!
    Babydust your way!

D- Having fun doing your house? it'll feel great once all done

Well not much to report here ladies. Still just taking our time working on things. Me as a person, im slowly working myself out and realising im not as worthless as i've always thought blah blah blah boring stuff Seeing a lady at the MCHC that is helping me with self esteem etc. Annabelle has taken lots of steps but I still think shes a lil while from walking, but she is making up for it in talking!
Well I think I did a pretty good job on catching up! Sorry if I missed anyone but I'll bbl to fill in the gaps.

    Hi everyone!!
Sorry have been MIA, but as per usual we have a sick household as well.
Ethyn started it all!!! Ah the joys of childcare, think he must be allergic to it. Shell I hear you on wanting another one just for the maternity leave, its hard work working 40hours per week, keeping a household up to scratch and keeping everyone happy. I have a very sick nan at the moment too, they were certain a few weeks ago that she wasn't going to make it and at the moment its a matter of when, she is in hospital at the moment and pretty much has been in there on and off, well more on, since the Anzac day weekend, what makes it worse for me is that we are 4 hours away, and the thought of doing a flying visit is out of the question as air fares here and back are $400, which is a total joke!!!!
Sorry for no personals, I am just so tired and should go and start tea.
for the wait Lis, hope you get what you want.
    Tan!!!
*flowers* (sorry not emoticon!!) Lulu , you are doing a brilliant job with the 2 girls, don't be ashamed for leaving Iz in the lounge for 10 minutes, I leave Ethyn alone in the lounge while I hang the washing out
    for everyone else!!

I know I said no personals, but they are only quick!! Ok off to sort out my 2 kids (one being DH)
