Danni - good luck with the conference. And tons of luck for working things out with Dale. Marriage is such hard work some times isn't it. I really hope you can work through your troubles and get to the happy place you were before.

Shell - why do we do it to ourselves?? This ridiculous need to have everything perfect, and this stupid belief system that if its not we're a failure. That's so much of my problem too. If one more person tells me I just have to let it go I'm going to hit them though - so much easier said than done and when you've been a control freak for nearly 40 years you can't just change overnight! I wish you luck in your battles with it though :-)

Have had to stop my happy pills. Poor Elena was really badly affected by them and I can't sacrifice her comfort for my own. Am seeing my doctor again so hopefully we can work out a different plan of attack.
