Ok, and now I've been childish and made sure that I was first . . .

Tan - I know what you mean about climbing. Izzy is a nightmare too. I have a musical swing thing that she used to use that Elena now uses. She turns on the music, turns on the swinging function and then climbs in, lays back and enjoys the sun coming through the glass windows onto her face. All well and good until she tries to climb out while its swinging. I have nightmare visions of her falling straight through the glass. She also loves doing up the buckles on high chairs, car seats, prams etc so she climbs into her high chair the second you put her down so she can do the buckle up. Climbs up the book shelf to get to the "good books", climbs onto tables, dining chairs. The list just goes on. It is truly scary.

We're off to Sydney on Friday. I am soooooo looking forward to it. DH and I are both so run down at the moment it will be so good to get away and just relax. Izzy is as gorgeous as always and said "hi Eehy" yesterday morning when I brought Elena down and came and hugged her. So beautiful to see my girls together like that. Makes all the cr*p worthwhile. Elena is at that stage of incredible frustration where she rolls around and squirms all over the floor but isn't really crawling yet. Poor little poppet gets so frustrated. She is otherwise so much happier though and is becoming as easy a baby as Izzy was.

I went shopping yesterday (with Mum in tow to wrangle the girls) and bought new bras. Proper ones. Pretty ones. With underwires. With matching knickers. Oh yay. No more maternity clothes of any kind for me!!!!

Have a great days ladies. Tan - rest up sweetie. I know its easier said than done but try not to get too impatient and frustrated with your wait. All that pre-labour is a pain (literally!) but its doing such a great job of preparing you for an easier labour. Your little man will be in your arms before you know it and all this waiting will be forgotten.

ETA: Ha!! See. I knew I had to be childish. Heaven forbid Lis had beaten me to it
