Welcome Jen. Nice to have more new mummies like Tan said.

Selfish post from me this morning. I'm sooooooooooooooooooo tired and starting to struggle coping. Izzy is truly amazing, but this morning she woke up at 5am and I just knew she was going to be awake for the day from then. So my day started with her bawling when I tried to put her back to bed after a feed, and me bawling because I was just too tired to deal with it. She eventually went back to bed after a couple of hours of play so I went back to bed, and burst into tears as soon as my head hit the pillow. Fortunately DH picked up that I was pretty upset and rundown (wonder what gave it away!?!) so he let me sleep until 11am. It was great to get a bit of a rest, but its not going to pay the mortgage if he's looking after Izzy rather than working. I'm really starting to worry how I'm going to cope with Izzy as we both get bigger - how will I cope carrying a heavier baby up and down stairs 10 times a day when I can't see the floor anymore? How will I have those beautiful cuddles on my lap when my lap disappears? How do I put her down in her cot when she's been asleep in my arms if I can't get my huge belly over the side rail of the cot? Sorry to whinge guys - its just all getting to me at the moment.

On the positive side my little girl has obviously decided sitting up on her own is just far too boring to even bother with - she is holding onto things and standing on her own instead!! She hasn't managed to pull herself up yet - has to get stood on her feet but then she grabs hold of something and she's on her own. Time to start toddler proofing the house!!
