Ok, we have the heater at 19 over night as well. Mason sleeps in a singlet, long arms/long legs/enclosed feet polar fleece suit, wrapped in a cotton wrap (stretchy), and then another warm blanket on top of him.

Make sure when you change her nappy, feel her feet and her tummy. If the skin is nice and warm, you are fine
