Hi everyone,
Hollye congrats on ur decision to move to Brizzy. I wasn't going to say it when you were deciding, but it'd probably be better - there's heaps more options there. That's about the only drawback here - very few options, and VERY poor shopping!!!!! The only baby shopping here is Target, Big W and Toyworld! It's crazy - it has a poplulation of over 50,000 and bubs galore!!! Anyhoo (*breath*)... We've actually been considering moving to the Sunny Coast for a while and it might be back on the cards again soon... But moving up here has been the best thing we've done. We moved for the same reasons - just coz we could (and my grandparents are here) and we hated Shepp. i'd never move back to Vic again now. I love the weather and lifestyle here too much.

We're doing well here. I've done something to my stomache tho. It started out like just sore muscles but then got worse in a couple of hours the other night. Now it's pretty bad at night and really bad in the morning, but for the rest of the day it's fine so long as i don't have much pressure around my belly button. It's above my c/s wound, but it's the same kind of pain when i couldn't put myself in and out of bed without DHs help. Maybe I have just stretched the muscles?

Anyway, Liam's great and I'm enjoying not having to worry about 'how he'll be today' especially when we go out coz I know I can take it in my stride whatever happens. We've still got him in his bassinette but he'll have to move into the cot soon (just as soon as we FINALLY finish painting it!!). I love the idea of putting the basinette in the cot, very clever. He was self-settling but now he's back to wanting to be put to sleep. Then (like now) sometimes he'll wake up 5 mins after being put in the basinette. Grrrr!

Is everyone elses bubs rolling over? Liam isnt even rolling onto his side or anything. Is there something i can do to encourage it?
