Oh Blizz I love those. Well done. I had a surprisingly good Chrissy lunch with my grandparents, my 6months pregnant older sister and her husband. Liam put on a good show for the girls with his usual charming giggles and smiles and didn't do too bad on the sleep front, but is very tired now and being put to sleep by DH.

Hope the rest of you had a good day too. Merry Christmas!!!!

We have to wait to get it, but we're getting ourselves a new iMac - can't wait! And I bought myself a new Palm smartphone - its fun! I can do my shopping lists, budget etc on there and have all my contacts and take photos and video of Liam. It gives me the illusion of being organised.
Among other things Liam was given a motorbike t-shirt from my parents who have become motorbike mad in recent years. They do long rides most weekends, joined Ulysses and have 3 big bikes in their shed which are all regularly ridden - this after crashing 2 about a year ago. I joke about it with them coz its pretty crazy and told them on the phone No! He WILL NOT wear a motorbike shirt!!!! It is kinda cute though.

U will have to take a piccy of Liam in his motorbike shirt for us all to see!

    Merry Christmas Everyone!!!
We had a great first xmas together. Olive was very spoilt and I have spent most of the day undoing and playing with all her new toys, we have nearly filled the recycling bin already! The packaging on toys really is ridiculous. I got lots as well as my b'day was on the 24th. DH got me some gorgeous jewellery, a vase and a dress(I chose the dress) for my b'day and for xmas I got a stick blender and a sandwich press, the new Bryce Courtney book, swimmers, money from our parents to buy a dishwasher, a mobile and lots of other lovely things, scored very well. My SIL brought me some A'kin products and Calvin Klein perfume which was also really nice. I must say that while Olive behaved beautifully all day she was well and truely over it by 10:30pm as she hadn't been home all day and was so sick of pass the parcel. She slept all night though and also did on my b'day which was the best present ever!
Olive hasn't done a poo since sunday so i'm waiting for the explosion, hopefully she does it at home this time, wish me luck.

    Hello all,
did we all get spoilt????. I know my kiddlings did, I also know that it will take them a week or so to recover from all of the excitement, Paige hasn't been to bed before 10pm for the last three nights so I have put her to bed early hoping she'll crash out...Angus hasn't slept since 6:30am just cat napping and every time I thought I had him asleep he shook himself awake again.
I have eaten way too much Christmas food
DH phoned me earlier and he is so down about having to work Christmas night and boxing day, he will get home in time for New Years this time though.

HJ- at the risk of corrupting you, look up the lovelinks website and you can design your dream bracelet in cyber space and then print it out complete with a shopping list...this was the list I left lying around for DH to find, I have already corrupted Feeb on live chat last week and she too got a lovelinks bracelet for christmas
Warning....It is addictive and fun!! (similar to Pandora bracelets but a whole lot cheaper)
I will try to take a photo and post it of my beautiful bracelet....I am sooo spoilt...can't wait to add even more charms and beads.
Well I am going to toddle off to bed early and try to let some of this food digest...woah tummy ache!!!
    merry christmas everyone

I agree Hollye, next Chrissy should be lots of fun. And my older sister will have her bub who will be about 9 months - FUN FUN FUN!!! (FYI - my sister was told she probably couldnt have kids, the same week we found out we were preggers with Liam, so its very exciting!)

Liam has been a little odd too. Really sleepy, then hardly sleeping at all (during the day. He's still a marathon sleeper at night). Grizzly etc. I figured it was all over stimulation from Christmas. He seems to be settling back down now.

Blizz, your lovelinks bracelet is gorgeous. I love the 2 either side of the chrissy tree. I always thought they would be a good way of celebrating big things - like births for instance! But pretty little hope of getting DH to understand the concept and thus be excited about buying them for me. Ah well, he can't be perfect I guess.

Welcome neane. I love the name you chose for your little girl. Ashleah and Jade were both names I was considering if we'd had a girl. How did you both go with the immunisations?

Happy Birthday Olivesmummy for the 24th!!! Hope it was a great day for you too. Nice of Olive to give you some rest as a nice present.

    Hi Girls,

Sounds like everyone had a great christmas. Lara got absolutely spoilt as well. I am now trying to decide where to put all her presents. We live in a small house so between her toys and DD1's there isnt a lot of room.

    Welcome Neane and little Ashleah.

Sorry I have no time for personals at the moment, I'll try and come back later to do them. I still have all my family here so I don't get much internet time at the moment.

Oh just a quick question, how many of you girls have a swing for your bubs? We were at friends the other day and they have one of the Fisher Price take along swings and Lara loved it. It settled her straight away. Lara is a great sleeper but is really full on when awake so it was good to get a break when she was in the swing. I'd like to get one now but I am scared she'll get used to being rocked to sleep and I dont want that.

Better go, have a great day!!!
