Tan how cute, I'm looking at putting Julian in cloth in the New Year, so I'm guessing I'm going to be just as excited as you are.

Blizz sorry to hear you've got AF back how rude, I've been lucky with all the boys and not got her back until I weaned as well, just hoping it will be the same this time.

We had a great christmas, the boys loved ripping open all their pressies and playing with them on the day. Julian got spoilt too, he got heaps of clothes and two stuffed animals (a monkey and a blue bear) both so soft and snuggly, some squeeky chew toys and a train that makes lots of noise and moves.

I've decided that I need to lose all this extra weight that has slowly been staying after each birth and I've joined the 2009 body transformation, fingers crossed I can still lose some even though I'm b/fing.

    hugs xoxo

Tan - i like the colour of the BG ones! they all look so cute tho - makes me want to buy some - but for some reason i think they look like more effort than the good old fashioned cloth nappies that im using? i was given one of those nappies at my baby shower - bumblebee or something which i havent quite worked out how to use! it has a cover also!

Hollye - i saw what Katones did with her bub and cot - its a good idea! im glad tho that i just put B in her cot from day one! it was hard tho - and i was up nearly every hour just checking on her! DH and i havent exactly talked about bub number 2 yet but DH has mentioned he Definatly wants a 2nd bub but only 2! i cant wait to be pregnant again, which is something i never thought i would hear my self say - but because i have so many regrets with labour etc this time, i want a 2nd chance also so thats another reason why i want another bub - besides the fact i love being a mum and can't leave B to be a only child! I think we will wait until she's at least 2 or 3 tho! wanna drag it out a bit cause the 2nd one will be the last one! How many are u planning on having?

Blizz - heheh sorry that AF is back! sucks dosent it! mines been and gone and due to come in about 2wks time again! in away im happy that it came back - cause now my body seems to be back on track with what its suppose to do as in AF and Oing etc.... so will make it easier when it comes time for bub number 2 - which is a loooong way off!

Amanda - i have joined the 2009 body transformation thing also! so we can do it together! Tan is in it too!
Dosent BFing help with weight loss?

The ones I have are all AIO's so no covers. I wouldnt have a clue how to fold a terry so these are just like sposies for me but I have to wash them! Too easy! I need to get a little squirt though, just cleaned her poo off with disposable chopsticks so I could chuck them out! The trickiest bit is putting the insert in and thats easy!! I've just chucked the 2 in the wash that the kids wore today and will hang them out as soon as they are done. I made the mistake of leaving the BG on Izzy for too long though and she has a terrible nappy rash now the poor love. I've got to get otu the habit of leaving her too long - Huggies are really absorbant but these aren't so I need to remember that. She wouldn't even have a bath - UNHEARD of she LOVES her baths.

Tan - u crack me up! that is sooo funny about the chopsticks :rolf:
But on a more serious note - poor Izzy - wouldn't be very nice to have nappy rash!

    Hi Girls,

Tan - James is such a cutie, the nappies look great. Poor Izzy with the nappy rash, hope it clears up soon.

Blizz - Bummer about AF returning. I'm still bleeding from having Lara (9 wks) and it is driving me nuts. Its mainly spotting but enough to annoy me. Think it is from the implanon. I go to the dr with Lara on Friday for her needles so I'll be asking him what the go is with the bleeding.

Lara is our last child (coz I can't have anymore kids, pretty sure I told you girls why when I first joined this thread). We have almost a 3 1/2 year gap between DD1 and Lara. I wanted my kids closer together but miscarried in between but now I am actually glad that they have a bit of a gap between their ages. DD1 is such a good helper and I also go to enjoy her on her own for a few years before Lara came along. My sisters two kids are just on 14 months apart and I see how busy she is.

Sorry for the lack of personals but I have to go get dinner organised. Hope everyone has a good new years. We're just staying home I think.

Hi girls - it feels like ages since i have been in here. We are doing well, Logan is now 6.18kg and 59cm he has grown 800g and 4cm in 4 weeks!! We have had to put him into the cot as he is too big for the bassinette. He is much happier as he has room for his arm and legs to move around - he is kicking all the time!! We are having our needles next week - i am making DH come with me too!

Blizz - i haven't got AF back yet. Have decided not to go on the pill for that reason!! I want to leave it as long as possible LOL

Tan - I started using cloth, but we have been so busy out and about that we have been using sposies exclusively for the last few weeks. I should really try and get back into the habit of wearing cloth again.

Hollye - I think we will be not waiting too long to have our next - I am 32 this year so will prob start trying again when he is around 1. I would love to have 3 kids My cousin has 3 kids under 3 (3, 2 and 5 months) and she said it is really hard work! I don't think i want them that close together.

Hi to HJ, AJ, Leigh, 1stbub and anyone else i missed. Happy new year to everyone

HJ - We are going to a friends place for a bbq - nothing big just 6 adults and a few little kids. I have made a delicious white choc raspberry cheesecake to take. Maybe I will have a drink after Logan is asleep - that's ok isn't it?

I had no problems getting Logan to sleep in the cot but he isn't in it at night yet as we don't have a monitor and the room is too far away. I don't want to only hear him once he is screaming. This morning i put him in at 8am and he happily played for a bit (he loves his mobile) and then fell asleep, he only woke up at 12:30 and i hadn't fed him since 7am so that was a big one. I was leaking everywhere by the time he fed!!!
