Please help......

DS is sleeping well at night but during the day will only go to sleep if I am holding him. He will go to sleep in my arms then I try to put him in his cot or the bouncer and wide awake again! Any suggestions on how to get him to sleep in his cot would be great! Its starting to drive me a bit crazy!
