gosh very quiet today.

I had a good mumnesia moment today - went to the shops, collected the stuff I wanted, waited for aaaaages to be served. And yup - I'd forgotten to take my purse with me!! I was so annoyed I actually went all the way home, got my purse and then went out shopping again!

I'm in "distract self from worrying" mode. It's not working all that well, but oh well, a gal's gotta try! We've got our u/s for X's hips at midday tomorrow and I am soooo impatient. I'm not good with this whole waiting/wondering thingo. I'd rather just know one way or the other... oh well, not too long to go now.

Hope it's cooled down for everyone at last. It's awful hearing about the fire tragedies here in Vic... makes me appreciate how lucky we are to be home safe & sound.
