csab - hey ww buddy how's it going? My first day was a total blow-out - I pretty much ate what I usually eat & cut out the junk... thought I'd do ok... but I'd blown half my points by lunchtime! So I've tweaked my morning food and yesterday & today have been MUCH better! I feel fitter & stronger already but that could just be my imagination! Hope it's going well for you... sending you healthy food vibes

Kuraiza - goodness that women sounds awful! I wouldn't agree with those articles either! Yoga sounds lovely, I should find some out my way... or I'll just do it on the Wii Fit... dunno if that's quite as good, oh well.

Thanks for the 5mo wishes everyone... X had a lovely day. And mummy celebrated by buying overalls and a winter sleeping bag! I'm up to a week of dairy-free and it's been less painful than I expected thank goodness. It's probably good doing WW at the same time, cos then I've got two reasons to not think about having icecream & pizza etc! Think X's skin does seem to be improving, but want to give it a few more weeks to really test it. Oh and for the first time ever, I've actually done my BAS stuff early (yup, amazing!) so I'm going to spend today tackling my bomb-hit house!
