Kristie - That's sad to hear about your Dh's Oma. It tends to happen that way though, when they've been together for what seems like forever, they tend to long for the other and generally pass also. Hopefully the family can lift Opa's spirits and keep him going for a little longer when Oma goes.

Yay on you and Cindy being almost spot on with timing also, that's so great!

Well, I've been feeling sick a little lately throughout the day, and I've been waking up with tender nipples that sometimes tingle through the day. The pg test I did last Saturday was a BFN but if AF don't show up this weekend/early next weekend well be testing again. Who knows, we could be up the duff here too...

Hey, another question for you all...Can implantation bleeds happen earlier than the usual 9 - 10 days after conception? Or are they standard?

    LOL Kristie - I'm here!

Sorry to hear about your DHs Oma.

We had a better night last night. Up twice for dummy, but no feeds, which is great, I really needed that!

Just went for a swim at the pool, Emma had a great time, but has no fear of the water at all. Swallowed one big mouthful oops! But it was fun.

Krsite, i love reading your posts so keep on with it all. Sometimes I just have nothing exciting to report so keep quiet. Sorry to hear about your DHs Oma.
Thats so cool being due again at the same time with Cindy, how crazy would it be if your second kids were born on the same day

Nikki I find it hard to keep Jordan enterained and happy some days. Since he isnt crawling yet I find it really hard as I have to keep moving him from sitting to tummy etc. I wish he would work it out as I am sure we would both find it easier to ammuse ourselves. AND Jordan Jamie and I will be at Chantelles bday party, count us in.

Cindy YEAH on Toris walking she certainly is a clever little munchkin. I would love to meet up with you again so lets set a date.

Kristie, Nikki, Cindy how about we meet on Tuesday once school has gone back?

Linda I am glad you had a good night with Emma. Cutting out the night feeds would be a blessing. Atleast then you can get DH to go in to her and resettle and give you a little break.

Melissa TEST TEST...... another pregnancy would be great.

well today we went to swimming and Jordan is really enjoying it. he was splashing his hands heaps. I still havent got him to kick his legs but I am sure that will come. He is now eating bread with jam or vegemite for lunch.... I finally got the courage to try it. He doesnt get too much in his mouht, most all over the highchair and himself but he is getting the hang of it. We also put him on cows milk with banana quick (so naughty). I am trying to cut out the morning feed now so by 11 months he will only be on the night feed.

HOpe you are all having a nice day, its gorgeous out. Think we will go feed the ducks when Jordan wakes from his afternoon sleep

OMG Nikki - 22 weeks! That has just flown!

Melissa - how exciting! I think I'll be the only one left in here not pg soon!

LOL Tracey - eating can be SO messy hey! This warmer weather makes it much easier to clean up though.

Except that Emma has figured out how to take off her nappy when she isn't wearing anything over the top!

Woohoo I go out for the arvo and come back to lots of posts!!! (its amazing we conceived another child at all considering the amount of time we both spend on the computer - hehehe!)

Thanks heaps for all your thoughts. I was really emotional seeing dh's Oma - she looked really frail and obviously doesn't have long to go - she's speaking mainly in dutch now and said "she was praying for the babies every night" meaning Louis and bub in tum...Of course that sent the tears rolling.
Louis was so good - it was really hard as they have so many knick knacks that we can't just let him crawl around really but he was up for hours and only cracked it at the very end.
Does anyone give their bubbas bananas? Louis loves them and I don't even chop them up I just peel it and hold it and he eats it - in about 3min as well. He takes off the biggest bites! So cute.

Melissa - Ooh how exciting!!!! I'm not sure about implantation bleeding - I've never had it....I think you should test again soon though! I can't wait to hear!

Nikki - I'm 10 weeks tomorrow!! The times going so quickly! Wow you're past half way!! Sorry to hear the kids have been cheeky. I imagine it would be tiring having them all at home again and being p/g! It sounds like you're doing plenty to keep them occupied - perhaps its time for some sleepovers at friends houses?? hehe.

Linda - Thats great that you had a good nights sleep!! It certainly makes a difference not feeding overnight... Louis has had mouthfuls of water at the pool as well although he is good at keeping his mouth shut when we dunk him under! How cheeky that she can take her nappy off!! I'm looking forward to some warm weather when I can let Louis run around in the nuddy! hehe.

Tracey - I imagine that would get hard having to move Jordan around and keeping entertained. My never fail plan with Louis is to put on New Mcdonalds farm. He'll often sit there for 30min and watch it, especially if I give him his dummy and blanky and he sits on his little couch. So cute....Anyway, I'm sure he'll start crawling soon!!!
I can't make it once school goes back as I'll be teaching again! Any chance of getting together next week???
Glad you had fun at swimming! Louis isn't very good at kicking but we've haven't been for ages...Yeah on eating bread! Louis is really funny at the moment because he gets so cross when I don't feed him quickly or I stop for a minute....Ooh I would be tempted to make flavoured milk for Louis but I know he'd love it too much! He doesn't like drinking plain milk at all but oh well - its that or water. He drinks probably about 200-300ml of water a day anyway!!
Feeding the ducks sounds great - hope you had fun!

OK turned into an epic - I so need some sleep - mum was on the phone to me until after midnight last night -grrrr!!!

Did anyone watch "Jericho"? I really enjoyed it - another show to get sucked into - hehehe.

    Sweet dreams!

Wow Kristie - huge post! Yep, Emma eats bananas, butI just break off pieces. How cute at how Louis does it! Emma drinks heaps of water too, but spills as much as d\she drinks, she's still getting the hang of the straws.

OK, I really do have to go to bed, I'm stuffed!

Kristie - Benjamin eats bananas too. I cut them up, but he scoffs them like no tomorrow.

Linda - Benjamin drinks from a sippy cup. Can't get enough of H2O! We had an incident about a month ago with my mum giving him diet coke, afterwards he went feral for about an hour. I don't ever want to go through an episode like that again and have told my mum off for doing what she did.

Benjamin's on his 2nd hour of sleep after chucking a major screaming tantrum. He did the whole arch your back, kick, go red in the face and no tears type of tantrum. He went for about 10 minutes. I then was able to calm him down to go to sleep by giving him a boob. Turns out, that when he wants a boob, he gets it or does this now. So, me saying "No booby baby, it's not on the menu, sleep is" makes little Mr turn into a gremlin everytime, guaranteed.

Melissa - I would be so mad about the diet coke!

Emma's the same, if she wants a bf, that's it, she won't take no for an answer!

    Hi!

Linda - Louis tried one of Tori's water bottles with a straw the other day and I'm surprised he got the hang of it! Otherwise I give him water out of these little tupperward cups. He drink so much that he just gulps it all down!

Melissa - I would have so mad as well. Diet coke!!! Poor little munchkin....Poor you and Benjamin with him having a tantrum. I must say Louis hasn't really thrown any yet which is good.

Wow at Ben & Emma wanting booby so much! Louis is never like that anymore. I really don't think he's that fussed over b/f at all! He loves it in the morning but I still think I could probably just put him the high chair and give him brekky. I love our cuddles and playtimes in bed though...He has his feed at 6.30 ish pm and he's not that fussed with that either....

Not much on today - I really should be doing housework and work but I'm still in my dressing gown. Yesterday was so tiring and draining I just can't seem to get going to day....

Kristie Louis is sucj a cutie, wow on eating a whole banana. I mushed oneup for Jordan the other day and he liked it. I think giving him plain milk till he likes it is a good idea, we probably should have done that. I dont want him to get used to flavoured milk all the time.
I am free next week if you want to catch up on Tuesday, what about Nikki and Cindy? Are you free?
Melissa DIET COKE!!!!! I would have been SO MAD I was upset when I felt pressured to give Jordan a freddo. I dont like him eating junk, that said I am the biggest junk food addict out. I guess i will have to curb my eating habits when he is old enough to know the difference.
Linda Good to see that Emma is drinking heaps of water.
Cindy hope you and Tori are well, and little bubs.
Kirstie - how is Gus going?
Nikki how are the school holidays going? hope the kids are keeping occupied. Is Chantelle getting better for you, are you able to leave her alone yet. Last couple days Jordan has been SOOO CLINGY, i havent been able to leave the room without him sooking. It can be very tiring.

Well, nothing much new here. Work is going good with the new boss, she is really nice which helps, also understanding and flexable with my hours etc.
Jordan ate everything today which was good but wouldnt drink anything. Wasnt crying so guess he just wasnt thirsty.
He is getting a little disinterested in the boobs I am finding. He will only have 1 side and just fiddle around or bite the other. I guess he is just growing up. I will miss it when he weans himself, hope it isnt too sudden.

    night all

That tuesday sounds fine with me!! Where did you want to meet up this time? Do you want us to come out your way this time?

Kristie - thanks for post for me the other day, having my date now makes it so much more real. I am 10 weeks today!1/4 of the way through already. It was so amazing to see the little peanut in 3D too! Could see its arms and legs but there were no fingers yet!

I am no longer working which is great! Although I am going for an interview next week to work with a specialist on wednesdays, it sounds really interesting so im goping my being pregnant wont impact, being only the 1 day a week it would be easy to go back to after #2 comes along.

Nikki-did you sort your princess out yesturday? is she teething again?

Melissa- hows your little man going?

Linda - Isnt it amazing to see them going through all these mile stones!

Well I am off, tori needs a bath and we have an appointment for her in an hour at the osteopath! Have a great weekens all!

    Hi!

Well, Dh's Oma passed away last night...It's strange because we didn't get to upset but I think it's because we were expecting it iykwim? Also she wasn't in any pain which is great and had all of her family around - very peaceful.

So I'm fine for Tuesday as long as the funeral isn't on. I'm happy to head out over Trace & Nikki's way if thats easiest! We normally meet up at around 11am don't we? Should we meet at your house Trace? Or perhaps it would be easier to meet at Nikki's if she's got the kids (and is ok with Tuesday)...

I think it gets tempting now to give them a taste of junky foods now that they're getting older. The only stuff Louis has had is chips and a tiny bit of a mouthful of my milo.....oh and a little bit of cake. Tracey, I think about when he's older because sometimes I eat crap and if you eat they'll want to eat it....We'll have to sneak it! hehehe.
Glad that works going well! Jordan sounds like he's going well also!

Cindy - Ooh the interview sounds great! Sounds like just what you'd like! Good luck! How exciting to see your little bubba!! I can't wait to see mine again! Probably in another couple of weeks for the 12w scan! Are you having that one as well? Have a good weekend!

Kristie - I am having the 12 week one, just so I can see it all over. I was going to ask you about the swim classes you have booked in to. Where and how much? I am looking at doing it next term with tori if I can get in somewhere.

So sorry to hear of DP's oma! As you said though, it happened peacefully

    Hi!

I'm booked in at Ringwood pools (Maroondah Aquatic) For the 11w term it's about $102.00 so not too bad...
I suppose you could go to the Nunawading aquatic centre also - that would be closer for you??
