sounds like you and i had the same bug today tracey,i also rearranged chatelle and coreys rooms today,my goodness i cant beleive how much stuff i threw out,it was good though cos i soughted out all of there wardrobes aswell and now there is more room and i know what they need for summer.i went shopping today and bought chantelle heaps of new clothes for summer.i also went through all of the kitchen cupboards and study and gave it a good clean out,i have finally caught up on all the washing after the trip away.grant has been wonderful and cleaned the whole house for me and cooked a roast dinner,he has gone to basketball now,he has started playing on a sunday night, which i think is great for him to have a hobby other than work and kids all the time.my cold is a dozy,i cant stop sneazing and my nose is so blocked.chantelle has a really bad rash on her bottom and gina, poor thing is in pain.i had her in nappies for the drive to and from hotham to make things easier but i think she has had a reaction from it.cindy i hope you are having a nice time away this weekend, when are you actually moving into the house?

We are back!! Did you miss me????

We hada great break at venus bay-and my party was a good one too! 2 parties booked and about 800 in sales! yay!! The new catalogue coming up is helping!

Nikki - i have your thingo too!

With the move- we still havent packed anything - very slack - oh i lie! We packed some toys and some stuff we wont be needing in the kitchen tonight and al is at the house tonight pulling dodgy shelves off toris bedroom wall and filling in all the holes and painting an undercoat on one of her walls which is a deep burgandy - hoping that it will cover it up! We are picking up the truck tomorrow arvo and will get most of our stuff from the carport and shed packed and ready to be moved tuesday.

Mum has the girls for us tomorrow for a few hours (taking them to playgroup) so we will try to get the painting in the girls rooms done then and the big move will happen tuesday i think - or wednesday. not sure!

I need some gift ideas - its my baby brothers 18th this weekend - what can i get the little bugger???

oooh a tattoo..i think my mum would have killed me if I'd ever got my brother something like that!

I have no suggestions Cindy. I think I got him alcohol or something boring. At least the tattoo is different! Your trip away sounds like it went well. I kept thinking Hervey Bay not Venus Bay and thinking wow thats a long way for Tupperware! LOL. I'm going to send out a bulletin this month and offer some specials!

Nikki, it sounds like you did have a good trip away one the traumas of actually getting there were behind you.

Melissa - wowzah. I hope that they get it all sorted and no more hospitals for you til IVF.

phew! our house is finally up on the interweb here if you want a peek. Just dont look at the backyard! Its feral.
Its sooo hard trying to keep it spotless all the time. I dont know how you did it Kristie!

Neil keeps finding art on ebay and wating to buy it for the new house, i told him to wait til we've moved in and get a better idea of what will look good where once our furniture is in.

Milo has started riding his little 3 wheeler using the pedals! I'm so relieved, he was just pushing himself around on it and people kept telling me it wasnt normal and he should be able to use the pedals properly by now yada yada yada. So we're very happy now!

He's also been singing a lot. He knows and sings all the words to the Bob the builder theme song, its his favourite at the moment!

    hi ladies

i am having mid life crisis thinking about going back to work in 4 weeks and i have decided i want a change of career. I ideally want to work admin in a school so I can get all school holidays off however I am open to anything really. Was thinking of kindergarten teaching but not sure if I would start to hate it after a few years. I figure as I still have over 30 yrs to work I should get into something I really enjoy.

Cindy glad your move went well cant wait to see the house.
Nikki LOL at you also having the re arranging bug, its fun when its all done and looks fantastic
Rach YEAH on Milo riding his bike

    So take care everyone

tracey i was your age when i decided i also wanted a job i loved,it is never too late to change and i think that while you are strong in your feelings about this you need to act on it NOW,otherwise if you just let things go you will still be in the same mundane job in another 5 years time.just put a resume out there for everything and anything that looks appealing and see what sought of response you get,it cant harm, only a few knock backs but also the possibilty of a wonderful job that suits your and your families needs.you wont regret trying is all i can say,as for kinder teaching can you go without the second income for a few years.if so then go for it.i went to uni when i was 29,james was 7 and corey was 3.i was lucky cos grants income was enough for us to get by on,i dont regret it at all and if it wasnt for me jumping out there and giving it a go i wouldnt be a nurse and in a job i love now.I can give you a hand with your resume if you like.APPLY FOR EVERYTHING TRACEY,YOU MIGHT BE PLEASANTLY SUPRISED.
alex, thanx again for a great day today,we had a great time.your house is awsome, very child friendly.I still keep thinking about toby standing at the top of the slide.LOL!!!!

Just a really quick update before i try to get tori to bed - we are kind of moved - um, not unpacked at all - we are all really really sick at the moment and so everything is happening really slowly - we have the girls in child care tomorrow though(if they are better) so hopefully we get stuff done!
The house ended up being cleaned but it was still trashed and we wasted our first day here fixing up holes in the walls etc.........

Mum reminded me today that it is my birthday this friday! I cant believe how fast that past 12 months has gone and also how much has happened in that 12 months! All of us have had a massive year!!!

OK, i have to go get tori to bed- they are still in the one room untill i have time and energy to finish painting - OH, i hope the girls are better tomorrow and can go to child care!

thanks Nikki yeah I know i have to do it now before it becomes a fleeting thought however i have to go back to work atleast till the end of the year so I will be keeping my eyes open for that ideal job over the xmas holidays and into the new year. I realise now I am not to old to change jobs/careers. I didnt realise you started nursing at 29, thats really motivated me to seriously do this.

Cindy glad the move is going ok hope you guys get better soon though. cant wait to visit you in the new house.
