alex welcome back i am sooo glad you guys had a great time on your forst family holiday,hopefully you will do it more often,we do it atleast once a year.

our stay at occonnell was fntastic,chantelle caught on straight away,she cried a bit on the first night but the rest of the stay she went to bed with very little trouble and each night when she tried to get into my bed i just walked her back and tucked her in and said good night and she went straight to sleep.i have told her that if she gets out of bed i have to close the door,i only had to do it twice for about 30 seconds each time and she got the message and now stays in bed.i hope she does as well here at home tonight but i am confident that she will cos she does understand.we didnt go down the path of getting rid of the dummy,they thought it might be too much to deal with at the same time.
we cant wait for everyone to get home from work/school we have missed them so much but i have REALLY missed harry,i have never been away from him before so when he wakes from his sleep at creche today we will be getting him and i cant wait.
dont stress about the pool guys....it is really shallow and i have hired a second lady to go in with them to help out,you can easily walk in with shorts on,the water wont go past your knees.
as for puffing billy we will organise who is taking what this week and i think a $20 kk is great.the kids are getting a bit older so it is hard to buy things to suit both boy/girl so if you r all ok with it i will put all the kids names in a hat and get james and corey to pull them out and decide who is buying for who and let you know buy the end of the weekend.if anyone objects we can easily go to plan A.

forgot to mention that another bb member was at occonell with me and her nameis lara,she is from melborne as well and has a daughter who turned 3 last week,she is lovely,she also has a little boy who is 9 months and would love to join our group.she would have been in the earlier group but there isnt one so invited her in,her user name is little lara.she will pop in soon.

No worries about the pool...I'm sure it will be lots of fun - Louis is very excited and keeps talking about the hi-5 invitation and seeing everyone! When we talk about who's he's going to see he say their all his bestest friends!!
I think the KK getting allocated is a really good idea - will make buying heaps easier!!!
Well, we're settled into the house but still nowhere near all unpacked...because I'm just doing it a bit at at time it's taking forever and Michael is bringing them in just at night so kind of taking the day to just unpack the bits he's brought in...although I'm just up to bubba clothes now which is exciting - just done the first load and I can't wait to finish packing my hospital bag and getting Ethans clothes all ready in the change table...we don't have a wardrobe in his room though so I can see a trip to Ikea coming up - also the boys don't have drawers in their room so we do need a few things!
What a gorgeous day!!! The boys have loved playing outside and we've got all the doors and windows open letting the fresh air in! Actually, since setting up the play room they don't make such a mess all over the house which is great - I mean there's still toys everywhere but not half as much as at the unit...they tend to want to play in the room more than drag everything out...
Louis and I are so excited for his party tomorrow! Will be so much fun having everyone over and knowing that there's plenty of room! It's meant to be great weather as well so will be able to kick back and relax a bit...I've bought heaps of frozen food that can just be put in the oven so I will be able to enjoy the arvo as well!

OMG i am so sorry I missed Louis and Toris bday. I hope they both had awesome days. WOW the 1st of the kids to turn 3.
Nikki I am glad your stay went well and I am sure CHantelle will do just as good at home. I bet you are rapted to be home with all the boys again. Jamie will be bringing the boys to C's party as I cant take the time off work, I am sure the kids will have a ball and Jordan will tell me all about it when I get home.

I have a HUGE day tomorrow- got my tupperware open house and then toris party! I am going to be buggered and then i have another tupperware party in fish creek sunday! Geepers i tell you!

we just got back from kids choice awards THANKYOU SOOOOOO MUCH TRACEY the kids hjad a ball and indeed they got so much slime on them,they looked hilariuos on the train going home,we got home just in time to see them on tv.we have a friend who taped it ,they were on tv throughout the whole show.
tomorrow we are having a bbq for the family to celebrate c birthday,she will have a great time im sure,it is going to be a beautiful day also.

What a weekend! Louis had a ball on Saturday at his party - was very excited to see everyone there for him and singing happy birthday...he played with his older cousins and of course just loved all the attention and pressies!
The weather over the weekend was just gorgeous as well! Perfect for entertaining and chilling out. Yesterday we just vegged really - and tidied up and then in the arvo we headed over to the beach - the kids loved it! Way to cold for swimming but they loved splashing in the water and Dylan being just like his Dad found $2 in the sand! LOL! Stayed up way to late tidying up though...

Just going to chill out now and wait for Liam to wake for his last feed of the day. He had sweetcorn for tea tonight. He loved it. I cant beleive he is doing solids now, OH he is growing up too fast.

we need to bed at EMERALD STATION before 10 am.the show starts at 10am this sunday.after the show we get on puffing billy to lakeside where we will set up camp.we will return to EMERALD STATION on puffing billy also at the end of our day.
there is free animal farm,jumping castle face painting etc at EMERALD STATION
it is 2.00 per car for parking at EMERALD STATION.

as for food.instaed of fighting for a bbq and having to carry around all the gear we would need to cook,i think a picnic like what we did last year at the zoo sounds like it would be easier.
so everyone can add a list of things they would like to contribute and if we all bring a few things each then it makes for an easy lunch for everyone.
i have decided i would like to hand my hat over as cake bearer to someone else this year so....go ahead and fight for the title.

Having a super lazy day today - I was wrecked after yesterday and fell asleep on the couch at 9.30pm! LOL! I've got some girlfriends over for dinner tonight so I'm making homemade pizza...better get the house cleaned up first though!

the thomas pantomine is at 10 am,then we can wander around and see the other things at the station,trains leave regularily to lakeside,we can go straight there after the 30 minute show and come back to the station at the end for animals etc,we can just go with the flow,im not confident that we can get there much earlier as we have a long drive.otherwise everyone can get there as early as they like to see the animals etc before the show.
Rachael - I don't mind what "meat" you bring either! LOL! I won't be eating it either! hehehe.
Nikki - I just realised I haven't even given you money yet...I've just transferred it over now to your account...Sorry for being so slack...
