In relation to milk supply and expressing, i have had to start to express to increase, i jsut have a feeling its getting low. Is it normal that pumping friggen HURTS!!!! also, i only got like 30ml out of both boobies. I expressed immediately after a feed last night. I am worried about doing it before in case Nathan wants a feed and there is nothing there i wont use a bottle or a dummy so i want to make sure there is plenty for him. Any ideas?
