ezymaysorry i just cut and copied anddid'nt even think about name changes...
Seems like Miss Em is really her own person, cheeky little monkey with all her noise!!!

Missymoo you're in...thats great we have even numbers now. Glad the visitation worked out how you wanted, it would be very nervewracking if he got Ashton unsupervised.

Captain, cute crwling....and hand clapping I don't manage to get on here much anymore, I have to learn to mange my time better I don't have any other excuses???

Hi Indie, glad to see you back.

All you lucky girls going onthese great sounding holidays (lee) France sounds fantastic wooo hooo....

Sorry I am very behind with personals I have read up but won't be replyingto everyone....
Poppy is still just rolling Sue I think Bella and Poppy are the only ones who are'nt crawling ??? Poppy is clapping hands,, she has just got interested in standing and moved her feet for the first time today, also pushed herself up to sitting from nearly laying down???( I don't think she realized she did it??) pretend s she is shy when people talk to her, snuggles in to whoever shoulder she is on (a winning technique Ithink)everyone feels very special that she trusts them enough to rely on them to keep her safe, personally I think its a ployto win votes...she dances when music comes on or when you say dance and make musical sounds. I can see her growing daily in everyway she understands so much and is very cheeky, got daddy wrapped around her little finger..
Anyway enough about us, hope you are all well and life is going great I will posted who you pressie buddy is shortly, kids are lining up for the out of the hat draw...

Hi girls.. just a quickie, little sad today, crud with my mum. Had a good couple of days at seaworld though and am looking forward to NZ in 4 weeks time.
Bella is cutting her top teeth atm and is handling it ok, not as bad as the first 2 thank god.
She took a couple of crawls while we were away, much to df's disgust cause he wasn't there. Think she will be off in no time at all now.

I could get used to all of these little holidays so might take Ashtons birthday present to him in person LOL...

Catch up again soon, off to bed after todays fun and games

Hi everybody. I have been trying to catch up with all that I have missed but just can't seem to catch up. Sorry if I have missed any responses to me.

I will give you my sad news first (you guys are my friends and I want you to know what is going on if I disappear for a while unexpectedly). I am not sure if or how much I have told you already. My mum has been in hospital for the last 6 weeks. She had a brain tumour removed and after some testing they have discovered that she has secondary cancer in her lungs. There is nothing they can do for it so she may have chemo to hopefully give her a better quality of what is left of her life. I am not telling you guys for pity or anything but it is a big part of our lives at the moment.

Miss Molly has done wonderfully through all this and she really is a happy baby. We are home now and trying to get back into some sort of routine.

Pam and Sue - Molly isn't crawling yet. She gets up on all fours but that is about it. She has started to try and get into the crawl position from sitting. She leans forward to do this and one foot gets stuck under her so she tends to face plant most of the time. I shouldn't laugh but it does look funny.
Molly seems to be more interested in trying to stand. If you sit near her she will claw at my clothes trying to pull herself up. She is getting really close to doing it.
Molly's other new trick is to wave bye bye, although when she does it it sounds like she is saying ta-da. She still refuses to do it to DH.
Dh's brother came to stay with us earlier this week and Molly screamed blue murder everytime she saw him. I have never seen her do that to any other person. Was a little strange.
What is everyone doing for your bub's 1st birthday? Not long now I am thinking of just having a BBQ lunch for people (just inviting my family makes for nearly 20 people). I have been having fun playig round making invites. Next to think of is the cake.
I can hear her calling so I will be back soon.

    Take care everyone

That's fantastic news, Jo! You must be thrilled! Makes me wish I lived in Brisbane to have access to that centre. Sleep deprivation and being back at work full time is taking its toll. Thankfully, we've just started school holidays so I have a two week break ahead of me. I'll be up in Brisbane this Friday until the following Thursday, actually. My mother and stepfather are over from Hong Kong and we'll be staying with my sister in Paddington. She hasn't seen Matthew since he was four weeks old. And we'll be visiting my father and stepmother who also live in Brisbane. We haven't seen them since Christmas. If you'd like to catch up, PM me here or on Facebook or catch me on Skype =) Likewise for anyone else in Brissie!

Donna, I'm so sorry about your Mum. That's such awful news. Anything I attempt to write seems to sound trite. Suffice to say, I'm thinking of you and your mother. I love the photographs of Molly that you've posted on FB, especially that one where she's all shy. Such a cutiepie. I haven't thought of what I'll do for Matthew's 1st birthday yet. I'd love for his father to be with us on the day but haven't had any commitment from him so doubt that's happening.

Sue, glad you were able to enjoy Seaworld! And off to NZ! Will you be going skiing? Hope things have settled down with your mum. Any more crawling happening? Go, Bella! Matthew's a very confident traveller now. Wish we had more safe crawling space!

Yay, Pam! Thanks for posting our 1st birthday pressie exchange buddies =) Another reason to go shopping while I'm in Brisbane, woohoo! Poppy sounds like she's not far off from making her first crawling attempts, building up her strength with sitting up and practising standing.

Tenille, Ashlyn sounds so gorgeous! I can just picture her clapping and looking pleased with herself!

Niamh, I haven't ever posted on other sites but I share your sentiments on how lovely our group is. Be nice to catch up IRL one day. All this crawling is keeping us on our toes! A tanty in the toilet! Eireann certainly let you know about it.

Erin, congrats again on making it to 10 months with the expressing! Such a good mummy! Drats about AF coming back! I keep thinking AF won't be far away for me and I've been wearing pantyliners for months. Hope Em's cough is getting better. Are you able to do anything to ease her cough? Matthew's just started coughing after a week with a snotty nose.

Kell, you must feel so strung out. The hourly wake ups would be really tough, especially being back at work and not getting any help from your DH. I hope Seven settles into a better sleep pattern for you soon.

Candy Jay, glad Madeleine's starting to get better. How exciting to be planning another bub! No advice for you but wishing you well!

Mel, that's great news about the visitation rules. Would be a relief for you to have three months of contact centre visits before he takes him again for the day. Glad the mediation went well.

Lee, how lucky are you to be in France for Remy's first birthday!! that would be brilliant! And woohoo!!!! on the NT results and that nausea's gone. How's the spring cleaning going? I seriously need to do some decluttering here. It's getting scary.

Got to go, sounds like Matthew's stirring. And I should be in bed!

hey lovely ladies! Just a quick one, Ash has JUST gone to sleep so I have so much to catch up on. He broke a tooth FINALLY! Just the other one to go then hopefully I'll get a couple of weeks break from the clingy whinging monster lol

Ashton is now walking. How exciting! He's into everything now, and when I say "no touching" he points his pointer finger at me and shakes it with the biggest smile. It's adorable!

We have gone a few steps back with solids, as he was eating more than he was breastfeeding, so we're back to 1 meal and 1 snack a day, and 2-3 hourly feeds around the clock. So happy though as he has been having more wet nappies and my supply has greatly increased (from a D to a DD cup size lol)

What else... oh I let my hair down the other night! A friend came down from Hobart and we had a 'few' drinks (read a bottle of baileys lol) and Ashton had some formula but it was nice to relax with a mate

Sue yay I have you for pressie swap, now what to get your little princess... oh this is SO fun! Thanks for letting me have a girl!!!

    Hello Girls

I thought I lost my post from the other day

indie24 ohhh how exciting for you, we are finished now although in saying that, my AF is normally 29 days and Im 3 days late today,I dont feel like they are coming and we have been careful except I have this niggle in my mind about my birthday we went away for the weekend about 2 weeks ago now. so dont know have a feeling its more to do with Breastfeeding and not any thing else for being late.

missymoo84 yay on the walking, they are so cute Eireann does the finger pointing as well .

cheekyfrog you should be so proud of your self doing it all by your self I hope you have a great time in Brisbane.
I normally only ever stick to here normally, but I am part of a protest group so we are trying to drum up support and I posted there, they are very unfriendly towards newcomers.

joh117 whoo hoo, wel done, thats great so much easier when you get a good few hours sleep at night, you can cope with any thing they throw at you then.

indie24 so sorry to hear your sad news, words fail me, but Ill be thinking of you and wish you well. Eireann is dong that with some people as well, my sister ca to stay last weekend and every time she went to take Eireann she would scream for me it was so strange and my sister is so good with her. I think she has copped ohooh mammy is going off some were now LOL

    Pam Hello hun
Nicamber Hello to you too, your dead right having little breaks, enjoy Newzealand, I love it when we were there and we were only there two days when Eireann was very new, it reminded me of Ireland as it was still cold and crisp some were ild like to see more of one day.

well me, im recovering after burning my self yesterday splashed hot oil all over my neck and face, it was so sore I have blisters all over, my face is not as bad this morning as I thought so I'm relieved about that. just have to look after my skin now and make sure it heals quick and with no scars.
Eireann is flying around crawling and has started to try the stairs, so stairs gate is gotten. she copies sounds its so funny a phone a door bell and she tries to copy the sound. she is all ways baby babbling away, we wont be able to keep her quite in another while lol
oh Im down nearly 1 stone now, its a loss every week so im happy ill get there, I dont care how long it takes me LOL

hope every one else is well

Hi girls - sorry I've not read back over the posts - been sick with the flu (not swine I don't think!!) - but feel like crap all the same.

Ezymay - I will send Emily's pressie in the next couple of weeks before I head to France on 4 August - as I'll be gone for 6 weeks - so, happy for you to send Remy's after we get back on 15 September (which reminds me I must get the mail put on hold!!). Can you pm me your address again- thanks!! Have you anything particular on Emily's "wish list"?

Hard to know what to get all the bubs!! I got Remy a little sit on/pull along bike thing - but I'm sure the box will be far more interesting lol!!

I'll pop back in when I'm better!

    Good morning ladies

I'm going to try to catch up with personals before Ashlyn wakes up. I'm really sorry if I miss anyone.

Lee, hope you feel better soon. I think I might get Ashlyn a baby swing to add onto our swing set. ATM she seems to be missing out because everything is for big kids. The pull on bike will be lots of fun.

Niamh, that burn sounds sore, ouch. Eireann sounds so cute copying sounds. Ashlyn just learns one sound at a time and then sits there all day making it over and over. Well done on the weight loss. I'm really back into trying again, but it's so hard to fit in exercise.

Donna, how exciting. I'm really clucky too. I'm sorry to hear about your mum. Wil be keeping you in my thoughts. For Ashlyn's first birthday we are going to have a sausage sizzle at the park. Probably just family and a couple of close friends.

Mel, wow Aston is walking. He just wants to keep you busy. So cute that points his finger at you, cheeky monkey, lol.

Kerry, hope you've been able to catch up on some rest with the school holidays. You're doing an amazing job. I've had to start giving Ashlyn formula while I'm at work because I just can't seem to express enough anymore. I also don't always get a chance to express at work so my supply is suffering. Yay for pressie buddies.

Jo, yay for getting more sleep, must feel fantastic!

Pam, I have time management problems too, lol. I am working on it though. Thanks for organising the pressie buddies. Ashlyn loves to bop to the music too. Poppy sounds like she knows how to work people already! So cute with her cuddling tactics, lol.

Sue, the holidays sound great. We were about to book a trip to NZ once, then I found out I was pg with Danielle and we had to stop. We'll get there one day!

As for us. Ashlyn has come up with a horrid nappy rash. Got rid of it once and now it's come back again so she's having a few tests done to try and work out what it is. She had never had a nappy rash and now she has one so bad, it looks sooo painful. I spent all day yesterday trying to get a wee sample. Stubborn girl just wouldn't wee without her nappy on. Dh thought the I look pretty funny walking around with a bare bottomed Ashlyn and a jar, lol. Hopefully the Dr can work it out soon.

    Bye for now!

    Hi Girls,

I thought I should have had my Af last thursday and no sign, so Im wondering now
so now Im thinking its Breast feeding thats caused them to be irrugular cause I havent been charting or keeping a note on how regular they are IYKWIM. Ild be happy if I was have no issues there even though it would be Number 5 scary lol but my poor DH would probably have a fit. then Im giving out to my self as Im probably not and dont really want to start thinking I am to only start a longing that wont ever happen as DH does not want any more. Do I sound confused LOL. I might test Thursday I think....

my burns look awful I cant go out and every one stares I really hope they don't scare I got these burn plasters make such a difference as Eireann would rub off the blisters otherwise. so fingers crossed

Captain I know it is hard juggling a small baby and exercise I'm thinking ill get an cross trainer so at least I can do it at home when eireann has a nap. I love all the little noises and giggles they make now so cute. Eireann was screaming at me today when I didn't look at her quick enough. LOL

Lee have a great holiday, hope you feel better soon

how is every one else doing

Oh Niamh those burns sound awful, hope they heal well...interesting BFP or not!!!looking forward to hearing test results + or - I know how you feel!!! I think the age our bubs are makes you clucky or cluckier???? Well done on the wieght loss, I am down 8kgs nearly into single weight loss figures fitting into old clothes well just but still motivating.

Donna, again so sorry about your mum... Godd luck with BFP I am sure we will hear soon that it has happened, always happens quickly when you are'nt trying os hard

Captain, ouch so sore poor bubba, lol about no wee with nappy off, I am sure if it was another day and you did'nt want it to happen it would.

I have no idea what we are getting Poppy she really does'nt need anything, all the hand me downs from the others, I did see a little pram walker and it came with a little my first dolly, all pretty pinks etc, so that might be the one!!!

Missymoo slow with his toothiepegs but thats it, go Ashton, he sounds so gorgeous...

Kerry, you'll get organized, it must be soo hard going back to work and you don't have the support.. Enjoy catching up with family I wish I was up Brissie way I would love to meet you. Poo to DP he really is no fun....sorry you have to put up with it..

Lee swind flu, hope not... lots of people are talking about trying to get it for immunity in the future if it comes back more severve??? I think its crazy talk it sounds pretty bad to me, they say 1/3 of us will catch it by the end of next monthI hope not!!!

joh, that sounds fantastic, we need it.. my great sleeping baby has started to wake up part way through the night we pop her in bed with us but she's not happy until she is on your arm pulled in really close, I think there is a few issues going on.. teeth being one but we also need an appoint with a pead she is constipated and has been on and off since BF stopped, but the last few weeks really bad so just waiting for the appointment.

ezymay, I had no idea that you were buddies with Lee before obviously meant to be again, this time buying for a girl instead of unisex though.

Anyway I'm off bubby is crying and nearly time to get DS from kindy. Bye for now!!!

hey girls, we've been swiney here at my place ughhhh. And i'm asthmatic too so it hasn't been fun as the flu comes with a bad cough. Super contagious at the start too. Even Liberty got it and poor baby was coughing heaps through the night, wasn't eating a thing, breastfed the bare minimum when she was asleep, was falling asleep all the time (having 4+ hours a day!) but waking up crying hysterically at night and just sooking most of the day when she was awake, sneezing out green bubbles of snot gross... it was a big eye opener to me as previously I was worried I was feeding her too much but now she's starting to get better i'm letting her have as much as she wants because when she was sick she dropped enough weight that her nappies were falling off here literally (she just clammed her mouth shut every time we tried to give her food/bottle/boob) and so now I want her to have a bit of chubbyness on her as back up in case she gets this sick again. It was so hard seeing her so sick as she didn't smile, stopped babbling, didn't want to be put down, etc

it's so overwhelming seeing how many posts there have been since I came on last. I'll eventually read them all. It must be the time for clapping as Liberty has just started it now she's getting better. She also "twinkles" her hands when you sing twinkle little star. She's started cuddling her soft toys which is adorable Oh and she says "ta" now too to give you things.

Indie - what upsetting news about your mum I wish I could think of something to say to make you feel better...but all I can offer you is some virtual *hugs*

We're not in brissie anymore, of course when it was time to move we were all sick!!
I'd better go and wake up Liberty as we're having trouble getting her to bed at night with all this sleeping in the daytime!! She's had nearly 3 hours now. Hi to everyone and looking forward to reading all your posts later.
