maz, now girl take it easy, i wasnt joking when i mention to come away with me...i need a freind to come, and i dont think i will take mr craigs best mate (#uckhead)..my shout..if you can organise a week with out the kids..i will take you away, you have been there for me in the last 3 months and helped me in so many ways, its the least i can do.
hi to everyone i missed.
as for me, well the doctor has uped my medication, and it has made such a differnce, im starting to feel alive again, and coming out of my dark hole i was in, and looking forward to life as a single mum, and also looking forward to meeting new men down the track.its amazing when things like this happen, that you really get to know who your REAL freinds are, as the first month there was so many calls, 2nd month a few calls, now the odd call, but its from the people that where craigs freinds from years prior, that had not seen much of him or me, that have kept in contact, the best freind does not ring anymore( after he tried it on) which suits me fine, but the guy craig only knew for the last 6 months of his life, he has been there for me ( dont worry he is married with kids) he helped me with fixing craigs bike up all in his own time, he has been great, and one guy that will indeed be my freind for a long time.
it looks like i will be recieving craigs insurance in the next 4 weeks ( thats if his ex accept the offer) i get 75% and his 2 kids two her get 25%, which would see them get around the 28000 mark each, but they have put her as the trustee??? go figure!!! as craig always said $5 burns a hole in her pocket, i can imagine that she will blow the money for them, but what can i do, i will just make sure that i keep all the paper work to show them when they are older that dad left you something ( if indeed she does blow it).
i have been looking at cars to buy i was going to buy a toyota klugar ( or something like that) i need at least 7 seats, but i went looking yeterday and they are all so small inside ( to fit my tribe in) even the landruisers, and taragos, are so small and you would struggle to put a pram in the back with all the seats, i looked at a kia grand carnival, and it s*it on them all for room, so at this stage it looks like that could be it.
caity and liam started family day care on tueday they go twice a week, and the cost is half the price as there old day care and the carer is so nice, and my mum looks after them on wenesdays for half a day, so i have 2.5 days off. caitlyn absoultly love going the other day.
i have also been talking to family support and they are coming everweek to help out, with whateve i need..even if its come for a coffee and a chat..so i am getting the help i need.......now all i need is a new car and a holiday.
Glad things are looking up Chrissy! Def dont go the Klugar with 7kids, I will have 3 and its got just enough space to fit stuff for them!

Oh chrissy im so glad things are looking up for you mate! You so deserve it! A new car will make it so much easier for you and your family to get out and do things. Im sure maz would love to go on a holiday with you! Maz is always supportive to anyone who needs help and seems to put her needs on the back burner. Usually at the detriment to herself because she ends up being exhausted! So yes its a great idea:D

OH Chrissy - id love ot come but its a bit hard with the kids and Jed's work. He took that much time off when Mateauz wasin hospital that he owes them time IFYKWIM. Im very honoured that you want me to come with you..thank you babe...and friedns are there for each other no matter what. I did nothing special...you would have done the same for me or anyone of us.

Happy 10mths to Mateauz Maz!!! Can you believe we only have 2 months to go until the boys are ONE :shhh:
Ness must have spread her shopping germs around cause I was naughty and bought things I didnt need today lol Some new clothes cause I am too er large to fit in anything I currently own and some DVDs for Jett (Top Gun included as fighter planes are the flavour of the day right now). Thankfully all my christmas laybys are on and almost paid off so just have to figure out when to get them out that wont involve a 2hr lineup.
Boys are good except we've have poo's and vomits all round this week. Nothing tragic, I dont even think its gastro, but its disgusting nonetheless. Jett is his usual cranky self, Ripley has become the ultimate velcro kid and wont leave me alone for even a second. Ive had to take him out of daycare because of it. Luckily he is an easy kid otherwise I might just be pulling my hair out now. He still only has 2 teeth but he's standing on his own more and more so Im sure walking is just round the corner (oh yay :rolleyes: ) Its bloody hot x1000 and Im starting to feel it, esp being as big as a house. Im 19wks on sunday and have my anatomy scan on monday. Excited to see if he is indeed a he (and Im betting he is!) and get some cute piccies. I have nothing organised for the kid, and I prob wont til the veeeeeery end. Im rather blah about the whole thing this time round, all my effort is concentrated on existing every day.
I pop in to read but hardly post. Life is not exciting for us so I have nothing much to share :)

No only kidding but I do miss it even though it was hell for us last time round. Suppose i feel sort of bad that Vy will be the only girl too :( but she'll always be our princess. We have the samerpoblem with velcro baby here......but we've worke dout its out of frustration so we've put him in his baby stand up gym and he's happier. get an amber gem necklace too..they rock.

Ugh I think one of them has done yet another disgusting poo. Now Jetts started with the ikky yellow exploding poo's. Just fabulous. It was about this stage last preg that I got gastro real bad and ended up in hospital for 3 days and then all my pre term labour issues started and looking back I think it stemmed from getting so sick with gastro. My body just couldnt cope with the strain of preg and being sick. I so hope to god a) this isnt gastro and b) if it is that I dont get it.

Okay, I am a bit peeved, just when I thought I had finished my uni degree I find out that they won't credit me two subjects which I did at another uni when I was living in South Africa - they originally said they would recognise them. So I now have to contact a lawyer and do an appeal....yes, just what I don't need at the moment.

Just got back from an exhausting day in the City with Mum and James. We hada ball. We saw the madagascar stage show put on for free in town, with Santa. It really wasn't that busy, and J LOVED it, as there was a lion. Then we had a play in the Myer toy department, and bought this baby her first outfit. A cute little dress.
Then J sat on Santa's knee. He didn't really like it much and we didn't get a photo. Oh well.
Glad you had a great day out meg! Make sure you take a photo of your little princess in the dress! and share of course.
Im off to the casino in about 1/2hr with my mum and aunty's. Shall be fun. I need it to be honest. Ive felt flat all week after the sickness and being in hospital sunday. I think ive been leached of vitamins.
On a positive ive put on hold my overlocker!! Yay. Now i can start making some gorgeous dresses again!!

Nina is sick. I have no idea what is wrong with her. She was full of beans today. Her and Heath went for a swim, and about half an hour after getting out of the pool she detoriated, threw up a few times, and is really lathargic. She's fallen asleep on the bed in the spare room where Heath is, on his computer. Which is very odd for her to do. She's burning up too. We've tried to give her panadol, but she threw it up, three times.
Sounds like she could be getting sick? maybe viral. If she swam in the pool it wasnt warm on top? I just think of that viral sickness you get if you inhale water up the nose and its been stagnant. I mean thats a huge thing and its probably not but be careful jodi.
Sorry didnt want to worry you but id hate it if anything happened to our kids.
Jodi.. oh dear poor pet. I wonder if she has a case of gastro? Jesse was the same the day before his bout of it.. his normal self, then of the evening it came on. We were told just to give 1/2ml or water to kg of body weight every 10 minutes to keep him hydrated and no more as it can hit their tummy and bounce back up if its too much. If you have any Gastrolyte thats great too to help keep them hydrated. He had the temperature too. Just see how she goes with the water and if she keeps it down for an hour or so then try some more panadol? Poor pet. Hope shes ok.

Yep we did have a KK last year (I think Ness organised it???). Rach is in Agnes for 3 weeks I think, does anyone have her mobile or the Agnes number? I can't find it anywhere.
Last year we did presents for the kids didn't we? I'm pretty sure the year before we did presents for the mummies 'cause I remember Anna** sent me a really cool photo frame. Or that may have been last year?? Dunno, I'm confused now :lol:

Shar - I'm in for the kk. Come to think of it, I think it was the year before last we did something for us adults. Can't remember last year though.
I did initially think it had to do with the pool, as it happened pretty much straight after a swim. But Heath has had the levels checked recently, and the pool was only 28.5. So I'm thinking along the same lines as Kel, that it may be gastro. Everytime she has water she throws up. And she didn't even want dinner. She fell asleep on the loungeroom floor just then, so we've put her to bed now.

Gabriel and Tallulah have finally reached their birth weight. They are doing really well. I miss them so much, leaving them in hospital, but do know that they are in good hands. I am having heaps of trouble with my milk supply, so it is one day at a time and I have been told to not feel guilty for not being able to BF. I am going to give it my best shot, and that is as much as I can do, at least I will know that I have given it my all. I have heaps to tell you guys, but I think I will give you a birth story and baby story soon.
Sorry I dont have much time for more, got to go attatch myself to the milking machine:(

Si's teething here....not so fun. I'm trying to find a way to lock River out of the whole kitchen in general. He pulls stuff out of cupboards, my tupperware drawer, the recycling basket, and spreads it through the house. It's only a matter of time before he figures out how to open the fridge. I've already moved the bin into the laundry...
