Don't feel guilty Shell, your health is valid too mate.

And Maz I hope Wil turns a corner soon.

Jodi! I have been waiting to hear whether you got that job, and then I didn't put 2 and 2 together! Congrats!

I didn't even really think that we had muscles in our chest, you know in the flat part - I just thought it was bone or something - but no, it's muscle, and I know, because I think I've pulled a muscle there! Right in the middle of my chest. Done all my 'nope it's not a heart attack or lung issue' checks. And you know how I think I did it? Stirring! How bad is that, when I am getting cooking injuries?!
I must be so out of shape...

    Pretty funny Nelle.

Shell - I wish FIL very well for the op. Not feeling well and being very preg is difficult. I too and just generally struggling now. I am just so tired, and to top it off, J has been a nighmore to get to bed lately, and crying when you put him to bed. I don't kn ow why as he used to go just fine. He is also crying in his sleep, so that is waking me.
Anyone else foun their 2yo challenging atm, or is it just that he knows that there is something different about me.
Gee I am hoping that he is not mega naughty once the baby arrives.

Nelle - Rest up with your cooking injury.

That's hillarious nelle!! What on earth were you stiring??

shell - like nelle said, your health is valid too. I know when there is something close to you suffering this sort of illness yours seem so pathetic, but it's not. It's important. You are carrying a very precious bundle in your tummy.

meg - I reckon it's a bit of both. Nina has been a little challengine lately as well. But I remember when I was almost due with Emily she was very challenging. J will be sensing things are changing. What worked best for us was for me to include Nina in EVERYTHING. I started this when I was pg with Emily. When I was feeding Emily, I would include her. She would sit next to us and I'd read her a book, or sometimes she'd just prefer to stair at Emily feeding and want to look at my boobs And she'd help with burping too.

I've just worked up a sweat cleaning the house, so it's Red Rooster for lunch for me today

Thanks girls, I'm feeling alot better today thank god, had fever all night and I don't think bubs liked cause it'd kick alot more wildly when temp was right up.

Meg- Ash was crying in her sleep last week and it ended up she was unwell, had ear infection. Maybe he is teething or something causing him bit of pain?
Ash plays up a bit too at bedtime, as soon as we start getting ready she suddenly becomes manic, runnning around, will clamp her mouth shut when brushing teeth, start squealing etc and we have to try so hard to wind her down, read her books helps.

Nelle- pmsl at cooking injury! Don't exert yourself too much or who knows what damage you'll do!

J woke up last night crying out for Bob the Builder. This is his latests obsession. He carries a little Bob figurine around almost everywhere.

Doing awesome on the TT. Using the potty all the time as the toilet is right down the other end of the house. He even asks for his nappy off in the morning to go and do wees. I think the incentive of 4 mini M&M's each time has done the trick.

How is everyone? Hopefully all around but just lurking.

Very exciting news for us in Cairns, we have food on our supermarket shelves again! They shipped the trucks from Townsville to Cairns yesterday to load the supermarkets. It looked as though we were going to have to eat canned food for a while there

    ETA:
with all this rain anna, we can't call you guys Brownsville anymore, lol! It's going to be nice and green in Townsville when the flood waters ease off.
