That's great Jodi! I'm 2 days ahead of Ness, so...*checks Ness' signature* I'm 5 weeks 2 days. We might tell at 10 weeks, with River I was paranoid I was making everything up, the symptoms, the tests - I needed to see the ultrasound!! Haha. This time, the 2nd test has relaxed me a bit, so unless I get bad morning sickness and need mum to help with River (in which case she'd guess anyway, remember she'd already told her mechanic and bought baby socks before we told her about Riv), or I pop out too obviously suddenly (no sign of that so far), then we'll see how we feel at 10 weeks, which really, is only 5 weeks away. I'm thinking of telling Cobes (mate, birth partner, student midwife) tonight, but I might wait a bit longer. We'll see. We'll see.
Did anyone know you were TTC nelle? Your mum sounds like mine, she knew before I did that I was pg with Nina. And I'm sure she'll know when I'm pg again.
I'm sitting here with a very nice glass of red wine, some lasagne. Nina's in bed for the night and Heath's gone to motorcross. He won't be home for a while yet. So I'm all lonesome tonight.
Anyone up for an msn chat?
good post ness!!
A friend of mine does the same as yours Nessa, she works at Centrelink but always refers it as 'working for Indigenous people' lol never says 'i work for centrelink' she gets harrassed otherwise. But from what I hear, the benefits (pay etc) are great.
Happy birthday Shell hop eyou had a fantastic day.
Had a cr@p one here. 3 things I sent off that I sold on ebay have not arrived after a month so now I have paid back the buyers their money! grrrrr
Then I went to see how much our car is worth after a trade in and they said only $4000...what!!!!!!!! Keeping it now and have just bought a ****i seat for the back for $700, the last of our savings
BBL kids being $hits!
Happy birthday Shell!!! Hope your day was a good one.Did u get a pressie?
What a bummer maz!
Me,well my xray came back fine but a couple of drs still not happy with lympnodes being swollen as its not a part of the coeliacs disease so i had some blood tests today to see if i got a viral infection otherwise i will most likely need surgery for a biopsy.I thought that was done already but apparently not, that was just for testing my bowels. So dr still wants to rule out lymphoma.Never ending but im fine.
Im going to enjoy my cuppa.
Awww Caddie, huge hugs, hopefully the drs can get it figured out soon.
Nelle-I think your mum knows already, was thinking about it the other night, was funny that you mentioned she knew before you told last time. Anyways goodluck keeping the suprise.
Hi everyone else. Have been pretty busy with business stuff today and trying to figure out where to get moeny from and budgeting etc, bug headaches. Hope you are all well.
Yeah Jodi, some people know we are open to whatever happens, but I've also been telling them I *might be* pregnant all year. So when they ask I'm not going 'no, no, no...um...maybe?' but I'm going 'might be, might be, might be' every time they ask so I'm not lying. Like to avoid lying where I can. Happy to gently lead people to the wrong conclusion though.
Nup I don't reckon she does yet Helen, cos she knew last time cos I was sick and I'm never sick. I have been more tired than usual though...though I assume she'd just think I'm being my normal lazy self. You never know though, she might suspect. She's temp working at the moment though, so she doesn't have as much free time to hang out and notice things this time around!
How impractical are doctors Caddie!? You'd think they'd go, hey while she's here, let's do all the tests we need all at once? Ah well. As long as you're hanging in there mate.
Caddie.. oh hun sorry to hear about that.. lets just hope its something very minor when they figure out what it is :hgs:
Nessa.. Apricot Chicken is yummo.
Well just a quick one... need to go get ready.. have a Wedding party to go to today (DH's best mate is getting married in a few weeks to a girl from Austria... theyre getting married over there but going to live over here so are just having a sorta party today with all their friends and family in Aus.. his fiance is really nice, we'll also be TTC together so hopefully we'll fall around the same time!)
Morning all,
We had a good night out last night, went to Pancake Parlour then went and saw Licence to Wed, Ash settled nicely for IL's but then we we got her home she would not settle, I gave her booby, she was all sleepy put her down and then she took 1.5hrs to settle! Made us wonder if it was even worth going out!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes though girls.
Kell- Enjoy the party, it'll be fun if you get to be preg with someone close together, that way you can moan to each other bout all the aches and pains.
Nelle- Lol soon all those clothes you were excited to "borrow" from your sister will be too tight!
Caddie- God why couldn't they have just taken the biopsy while you were under the GA!? Ah hope they sort it all out soon, must be very tiring for you. How is it going sticking to the diet? You finding easily gluten free products?
Maz- They total rip offs with trade ins. They'll offer you 4k then try sell it for double that! Hopefully a big win fall will come your way, I hate when money is tight too much stress!
Laurin- How you going with those assignments?
Nessa- Omg at the post, I think you got everyone.
Chrissy- Good luck with the interviews, fingers crossed for you.
Big hello to everyone, hope you all have great plans for the weekend. I have none at the moment. Weather is crappy anyways.
Who mentioned about AV's and someone does good ones or something? Think it was in last thread cause yes I do need a new one, Ash is taking steps now so def not newborn like in my AV!
Maz - Sorry about your crappy day yesterday. I hope today is much better for you. Bummer on the ebay stuff.
Caddie - It must be frustrating with the never ending doctors appointments, being proded and poked, the prodded and poked some more. I am sure it will be fine though.
Shell - Is there a chance that the in laws can look after her at your house? That way she is in her own cot. We took James out last night to a freind house. She is heavily preggers, so the nursery was all set up. James had a snooze in the new baby's cot, and woke up at 9pm. Resettled with booby. Then we left go home at 11. He played around all the way home in the car, and didnt go to sleep at home till 12:30. Although he was happy and stayed in his cot talking to himself. Must have been tired tho, coz he slept in till 9am.
Kell - Hope you have a fun time at the party.
Laurin - Hope you got your water back.
Ness - Tim is home this week. Woo Hoo! Then he works 3 days, and then he is taking a month off. Woo Hoo hoo hoo!! He gets 13vweeks annual leave.
Helen - How are the sikkies in your house?
Ohh 0 Happy (belated ) birthday Shell. Hope you had a good one!!

Anna-Thanks for the beautiful tattoo, did you like the one I got you.
Rikki-Thanks for my beautiful aquarium.
Anyways got stuck in bad traffic today, due to a car accident so took longer than normal to get home. Eithan had a good ol scream on the way home, and is now asleep.
Shell.. glad you had a great birthday. Mmmmm pancakes! Yep will be nice. Another friend in my mums group is currently TTC too so hopefully we'll fall together also. Yeh, let me know if you want me to have a play with your Av... just let me know what you want, fav colour, type clothes or whatever..
