I always did them Anna**. Maybe not all day everyday but I did do them. I even went to physio class when preg with Jett, walked alot and make a concious effort not to slouch/lift myself up with my core muscles. I danced for most of my life so if anyone abdo muscles would be nice itd be mine. I just dont know why this happened to me unless Jett weakened my vag muscles coming out (esp so fast) but because I had no complications the medical staff didnt think it was an issue? How can you really know though, obviously my vajayjay just cant do lots of pressure/weight. Thankgod no more babies for me atleast. Im not so worried about it anymore, Ive researched a bit on the net and its pretty easy to fix if you catch it early enough. Im just concerned about what damage another vag birth would do, as much as I am anti caesarian for myself and would do anything I could to avoid one if it will minimise damage and allow me to get out of major vaginal surgery and be able to have sex in the future then Id definately opt for it.
