Ohh Sherie you have beautiful children!!! I love the falling over pic of Alister too, what a crack up!
Jazmum - I'm still sterilising bottles in the avent steriliser, but I was told in hospital that there is really no need to sterilise anymore, and that being too sterile is actually not always a good thing. I'm a nervous & learning first time mummy though so I sterilise everything hehe by the time I'm onto my third I bet I will be much more relaxed.
-
Thanks Hayley :) LOL at being more relaxed by the time you have 3 - ain't that the truth! With Lindsay I was still sterlising bottles until he was nearly 1, Erin's were done for a few months, then the teats only until she was about 8mths I think and Paige only had the teats done for a few months. I stopped sterilising Alisters teats when he was 2mths old. I know they are clean though.
-
jazmum - thats a good idea about the tv never know when they are gonna bring out a new plane crash movie haha
we use a microwave steralizer and just boil dummies i'm not the best washer uper lol so it makes me feel better to nuke the germs lol that and with the dummies we cant use soapy water coz with the air intake thing the nuk dummies have going on the water sometimes gets sucked into them whilst washing so i dnt want any soap in them...
i was thinking of getting a bath seat maybe that would make asha more interested in the bath? idk though could juyst be a waste of money coz she could still hate it lol.. guess i could put her on the floor in the shower in it hahaha its always cold at the bottom of the shower though i really should go to bed lol but i am too addicted to bb!!!

Went to the dentist this morning for our 6mo checkup, she was surprised that William has a tooth already. She said the first checkup for kids is when they are around 2 yo.
We had a little incident a couple of weeks ago. Didnt realise back then that runny poo is another sign of teething. I bought some Boost juice - Mango Magic and sat down with him on my lap. Suddenly I hear some funny 'noises' and (TMI) apparently it had leaked through his nappy and pants to my hands. So I screamed and asked DH for some wipes. DH calmly asked whats that in your hand, did you spill your mango magic LOL.
Since then, we cannot forget the 'Mango Incident'. Next time I definitely choose a different flavour :)
Just now I received some news from home that mum isnt feeling very well. She has been going to the dr several times this past couple of weeks. I wish I can see her right now. My parents live in Indonesia. I might plan to go there this year with William. DH might not be able to come as he just moved jobs.
Baby socks, yay with the sleep. Love the name Aurelia, my best friend's daughter has the same name.
MD, its just the tradition which has been passed around for quite sometime. Even for baby girls in the family, thats why the girls in the family have earrings from early on, so that people can tell LOL. They said that the hair will grow thicker, perhaps just another old wives tales?
I hope the soreness goes soon and that you're feeling better. Agree with you on being thankful, what cutie little angels you have there :) Makes me want a baby girl
Still on W's hair, yep I am still not use to him being bald. He looks different. Sometimes he even rubs his head in a funny way. Gee, mummy where is my hair :)
Noni, good to hear it doesnt take long to prepare. Something to look forward too, giving him solids. And good luck on the trip, I heard RR do works
Arte, MCHN told me that Dynamic sitting is when they can sit by themselves without us helping them out. Ohhh it must be so cute, when he is doing that. Perhaps the bumbo helps?
Queenie, hope you feel better now and can get past it soon
Sherie, the good news is you now have more reasons to go shopping for Alister :)Btw I love the pics of him sitting up and falling over, so cute
Yeah, it was me asking about the skin. MCHN told me to put some cortisone cream on his cheeks. Is it not suitable for kids? I didnt know that and have been putting some on him.
Cally, how was the walk? Hope she had some decent sleep. I also went to the library to borrow some kids books today. He loves seeing all the pictures
Hayley, sounds like Maddie is such a lucky girl. It was a really short video, less than 2 min I think. DH took it on his digital camera. But I really love watching it.
Not quite sure on the chest thing, if you have some doubts just go see the dr. At least, that put your mind on ease. How does it feel going back to work? I am thinking about going back part time as well
Have been meaning to ask this. To the ladies who have been doing exercise, do you leave bubs in creches when exercising?
Gracie, I have a Velcro boy too. LOL on the boys in drive through
Jazmum, I hear you on crying while watching babies born. I think motherhood makes me more sentimental
Katie, good on you to really appreciate life. I am happy for you too
Happy Sunday everyone!
-
Agnes- i always get Mango Magic!!! it's my favourite...not anymore though! i want to call our next dog Mango. dp thinks i'm crazy!
Sherie- yes i think i might be getting burnt soon! Glad to hear you don't all think we're completely crazy though!
Arte- that bath thing sounds great. what is it called?
Noni- i don't believe you weren't hot enough to pick up in drive through lol! my friend who is a stand up comedian uses rescue remedy and swears by it before a performance. good luck!
Katie- glad to hear you're a bit 'silly' like me! lol. every sunday night i sit down to watch 'from here to maternity' on foxtel with a box of tissues. dp calls it my tension release show. i pretty much ball my eyes out from the opening credits to the end.
jaz- i think the 9month gap sounds great. ive been relying on that bfing thing to get me through. i'm sure it's not foolproof though! dr told me i have to be on mini pill but it just doesn't agree with me.
-
Did someone bring popcorn for the late night partay in here last night...??? LOL
Wow Gracie and Arte - you both wanna read Jools Oliver's book, she ended up falling pregnant with #2 flower named baby when #1 flower named baby was about 3 mths old. I know plenty who've done it but it just sounds like too much hard work to me! LOL But it'd be a really happy surprise for us all to know our lil Sept BB family was growing again :D
Jazmum - thinking of a 4th? Is there room in the car or would you need to upgrade (I lost track of who bought new cars this time round)? I'm sure you can talk your DH round (womanly persuasion is a force to be reckoned with) LOL
Agnes, I know what you mean about your parents being far away, my stepmum's just gone into hospital this week, I wish I could be closer at times like this. What part of Indonesia are they in? Did you grow up there too?
Arte, what sort of bath seat is it? Still doing a bit of research here...
Ok, things are getting hectic here, catch up later! :)
ETA PMSL at Mango Magic, Boost Jooce will never be the same again. BTW I think Mango's an exc name for a dog! Us kids named a stray Pineapple one time (LOL what were we thinking?)
-
Morning All :)
Does anyone know if drawing up a will is a complicated process? I had the worst nightmare i've ever had in my life last night & It has prompted me to investigate life insurance & write up a will first thing Monday morning... It's strange, the nightmare wasn't even about dying or anything but i woke up with this intense feeling which i still can't shake that i really need to do it.
Noni ~ You could spend a little while in the bar at the airport before you get on the plane ;) That'll fix ya! hehe.
I stopped taking my pill too Gracie, I just didn't see the point - There's NO blanket shows happening in our bed lately that's fooor sure! I really should make more of an effort, I think we have DTD about 5 times in the last 3 months.
JaZmum ~ I have sterilised with boiling on the stove, I stayed at my friends place for a few nights & that's how she does her bub's bottles - It works pretty well. At home i use the Advent microwave steriliser for everything, dummies, teats, bottles, I wash in hot soapy water, rinse & microwave - Once a week i soak everything in milton too. I only sterilise at night so Scarlet sometimes has a bottle that's just been washed without being steamed.
I hope your mum is feeling better soon Agnes . When i go to the gym (which isn't very often! LOL) I take Scarlet in her pram & park her nearby, She's happy playing & watching me on the treadmill... for now! When she gets older i will probably use the creche
Scarlet gets a rattle noise in her chest every now & then Hayley, but she is fine in a couple of days & has never showed any other symptoms or discomfort so i just leave it alone. Come to think of it it does happen more often when the aircon is on.
LOL MD.. no popcorn for us pikers!.. Are you using your bebepod often? I think i've changed my mind & i will get one (or a bumbo) because S really wants to sit up heaps now.
Hope you all have a Happy, lazy Sunday :).
-
LP drawing up a will is really important once you've got kids because you really need to specify who the legal guardianship will go to and how your estate will be managed for them in the event that you both pass. My DH has to have his done before going os (being in a somewhat high-risk demographic of needing it - eek) and it's really best to see a lawyer so that what you want done is what gets written in a way that can't later be disputed.
Not using the bebepod lots yet, just short little sit ups to get her used to it, she still sort of drifts sideways or forwards LOL. It'll be great in about a months time when she's sitting up with more conviction.
-
Hello Lovley Ladies,
I am very proud of myself atm I went to WW yesterday and lost 1 kilo. Yippppee for me. I nearly died. lol. Now just have to keep it up.
Sterlizing- I am still doing it.
Pill- Have not been on the pill for about 7.5 years now and wont need to as DH getting the snipe.
DH is at the Big day out today so the kids and I will be off visiting my cousin.
Hello to everyone and welcome back Agnes have a wonderful day
-
Gracie - our cat is called Mango!! (and she's grey, not orange)
Really should go and have a shower, gosh you girls were chatty last night.
DH recorded the Lleyton game and is watching it now -- still got ages to go for the result.
-
lol i only got up at twenty to twelve how shocking!! funny thing is dp was up at three so he fed Asha before bed and she didnt wake up till then either and was just laying there lol.. shes much more content now she has solids for dinner and she sleeps much better..
dp is off to the soccer today to see sydney v melbourne was hoping to find something for me and Ash to do but it will be later this avo and i cant think of anything weather is bad again so no swimming :( just wanted something nice for me and Ash to do but i cant think of anything any ideas?
lp - i heard ur not supposed to put dummies in the microwave? well thats what it says on the back of our dummy packets which dummies are u using? lol i wish i was a drinker!! it makes me feel so awfully sick when i drink no idea why its always been like that though so wouldnt make for a very nice trip for any passengers near me lol yuuuuukkkk good thought though ive always been a bit dissapointed coz i dnt know what i am missing i am told!!
md - damn i have popcorn in my cupboard but didint think of getting it out for the late night party lol next time!!
leanne - lucky dp going to the bdo i used to go every year when i was a teen the last one i went to was a while ago though the one with metallica i think??
gracie - you didnt see me as a teen lol not that i didnt have potential when i worked at maccas id already lost weight (was quite overweight as a child) but i didnt take care of myself iykwim died my hair so many times it was really ratty and unbrushed/unwashed lol un - looked after skin etc etc i wasnt doin much picking up at the time lol especially not at work lol.. not long after that though when i started paying more attention to the way i looked i did have a 28yo chasing me and i was 17 needless to say that gave me a stupid amount of confidence i could have done without hahahahaha ahhh the teenage years...
-
oh my god! I have missed so many posts!!!!!
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!
I had a lovely lunch at a winery in the swan valley yesterday YUM! Rory had a boys day with his dad and uncle :)
Well better run Rory & I are having a Sunday roast at mums with the family. DHs at the car show *rolls eyes*...when will he ever grow out of fast cars!!!!!
Well be on later to try and catch up LOL!
-
hello again lol
well the weather has heated up and we are finally going swimming!!! though i cant find Ashas swimmers lol theyd still be too big for her anyway (they were 6-12mths size from pumpkin patch lol) so i am just taking a few swimming nappies and a nice yellow bonds singlet and ofc a hat and lots of sunscreen, we will be in the indoor pool anyway but i am paranoid when it comes to her getting burnt!! going with my mum and her dh and they are taking us out for dinner afterwards :) a nice avo and night so i wont be lonly while dp is at the soccer :) hope everyone is having a nice weekend!!
-
LOL Marydean, no popcorn, but I really shouldn't have been here partying - Ii'm so tired today.
LP, getting a will is so easy. We got ours done once we were married and then update it every few years as we either aquire more property/equipment or sell it off etc. You don't have to do it after every child though, ours just has a statement 'children of the marriage'.
Agnes, I only don't use the cortisone as it is the strongest one you can get and I am a bit peeved that it was even prescribed for him actually. over the counter ones should be fine.
-
MD, DH got the OK Baby Flipper bath ring. Seems to do the job.
Renee, yay for a baby free day. I sometimes think I would like some time to myself, but we have never bothered with expressing and bottles etc so it makes it hard.
Leanne, congrats on the whole kilo. You must be very happy with that. I went to BDO last year (Tool rock!), found out I was pregnant a few days later and felt guilty for walking around all day in a cloud of second hand maryjane smoke.
Noni, have fun swimming. Does Asha like it?
Agnes, I was wondering if the Bumbo helped W build up the muscles/balance to sit. I have put him in it since 8 weeks old, but he could hold his head up well then. It took a couple of weeks before he stopped slumping to the side though.
W is thinking this new trick is pretty cool. Every time I lay him down he lifts his head off the bed until I sit him up. I feel I am going to spend a lot of time in the near future propping up a fallen baby. Is it o.k to let him topple over all the time? DH is worried but W doesn't seem to mind. I only let him fall if he is on the bed, not if he is sitting on the table or floor.
-
He'll be right if he has a few tumbles Arte. What I would do with the kids was put them in a washing basket (the oval ones) and put them in there with some toys. They loved it and the sides of the basket kept them propped up.
-
Sherie, that's an excellent idea about hte washing basket, I just always used a L-shaped cushion (which was fine provided they don't plop forwards LOL)!
Noni - you're not the only teenager who wasn't doing any picking up - I was saaaaaad, my mum used to cut my hair (!) and I didn't have a wardrobe to speak of. Some point after I turned 18 I got my hair done and discovered short skirts and then it was BOM CHIKKA WAH WAH - well at least long enough to score a good man like DH!
Well the night time wake ups are getting RIDICULOUS - it was a partay in there last night, I didn't get to sleep until 3.30. Got a nanna nap in this afternoon thank goodness. Not sure what it is that's waking her up so much, we keep it dark and quiet.
-
Cally- i can't believe your cat is called Mango! that's too funny. i love that name. dp called our dog Spooky. i hate calling it out at the park!
well, Lewis is officially Derek Zoolander! we took him into my best friend's photography studio today and took some nudie shots of him. he absolutely loved it! was squealing and laughing. he's such a tart!
i'm getting weighed and measured tomorrow so i'll let you all know how i go. well done on all your ww losses girls!
-
hi everyone
good luck with the weight loss Gracie - i said last week that i was starting a diet ......well, guess what. I happened to spot some leftover chocolate i used for christmas cooking, and it was 'all over red rover'!!!!!
sooooo, tomorrow i'm starting again for real. I haven't got much will power though. Maybe i should put 2 photos of myself on the fridge - one now, and one how i looked a couple of years ago.
hannah is waking so i'll be back later to continue :)
-
had a lovely day out :) hope dp has made his way to the pub from the soccer already as it is bucketing down!!! i just read on the web it was a draw interesting lol...
arte - i went to the tool concert in sydney pregnant and felt horribly sick the whole time because we were seated up so high i ended up sitting outside for some of ot convinced i was gonna puke, a nice lady helped us move to lower seats right at the end which was nice.. yep Asha loved swimming this was her first time apart from my mums spa.. i even dipped her head under and she had a great time :) oh and i think if hes on the bed and will dosnt mind its finbe for him to topple over!
sherie - wow good idea re the washing basket!! did they tip it over much?
md - lol i was the same round 17 i discovered nice clothes and getting my hair done nice lol
gracie - goodluck with the weight and measurements, i havnt actually measured myself.. my ww leader suggested getting a peice of string that fits exactly round your waste then putting it away for a month or so while you diet and get it back out and see it grow lol good motivational tool i thought maybe i should do it!!
jazmum - dnt worry about the chocolate just work it in its not all over if u have something a bit norty lol just balance it out with a nice healthy salad for dinner :) theres a really nice roast cherry tomato and tuna salad in the ww cookbook if anyone wants me to post as well as that vege lasagne really nice as well :) actually i have heaps of really nice ww recipes if anyone is interested :)
-
Noni, please post the roast cherry tom & tuna salad - I need some salad inspiration. DH did one last night with hot lamb, and a mixed leaf salad with peas in it (!) and tzatziki - noice.
-
Noni glad you and Asha had a good day out.
Jazmum I have decided rather then cutting out cartain foods I am just becoming more active, then I dont feel bad for eating chocolate etc. My main meals are always pretty healthy so combined with the walking I have been doing everyday I am feeling great. BTW I eat loads of choclate all day long.
Gracie LMAO at Zoolander, make sure you show us some pics.
MD I hope the sleep situation gets beter for you soon at least you managed a nanna nap.
Arte provided there is a soft place to fall I say W will be fine taking a few tumbles, Logan thinks is hillarious when he falls.
Sherie we put Logan in the washing basket with some of our bed pillows and toys, he loves it, it is nice and easy to drag room to room too. Will have to post a pic of it in my gallery.
Renne lucky you having a Sunday roast and a beautiful lunch. Did you end up having KFC?
LP we need to do a will and look at getting life insurance etc, we keep saying we got to do it and never do. I think I will make an appointment with the solicitor this week.
Agnes LOL at the Mango juice. I hope your mum is ok.
Logan has self settled tonight and is sound asleep woo hoo. We had such a boring day today and just sat around at home. I made a whole heap of pasta to freeze up and then spent ages cleaning the mess up (its so worth it though). I hope you all had a great weekend.
-
Agnew - re mango juice - K did that during a feed once, I was sitting next to my sister and she had to run out of the room she thought it was so disgusting.
We have doing the wills on our to do list. Supposed to be done before DH goes back to work, we'll see!
MD - oh, 3:30, that is not a good time to be going to bed. That was my second wake up for the night last night. Not looking forward to DH going back to work!!! K actually went longer today between feeds (big nap) than she did overnight!!
-
Hayley - Thanks you just reminded me about getting a will drawn up. It's something we have been meaning to do for ages. And not to mention life and health insurance.
Leemar - Congrats on the weight loss!
Noni - That was nice of DP to let you sleep in while he looked after Asha! Sounds like you had a great time at the pool!
Renee - Oh no the car show isnt on again is it? Luckily my DP hasnt mentioned it, so I wont say anything. He is car CRAZY! Why are men so addicted to cars? DP has a brand new ss commodore atm (its not his it belongs to work), omg it is a lovely car to drive, but I drove it to the gym this morning and all the young boys rev their cars at me when we stop at the lights!! Men!
Arte - I'm finding the bumbo is really helping Maddie with learning to sit up. She loves it.
Sherie - The washing basket...great idea! Have to keep that one in mind.
Marydean - "Some point after I turned 18 I got my hair done and discovered short skirts and then it was BOM CHIKKA WAH WAH" HAHA hillarious!!!!! The only man I've ever picked up (well he really picked me up) is DP, so yeah I did no picking up in high school either!
Gracie - Lucky you getting baby pics done. I sooo want them too, but they are so expensive.
Jazmum - I am a chocoholic and theres nothing I can do about it hehe. I've tried to avoid chocolate but I cant. Oh well who cares we have to treat ourselves right!?
Katie - Wow you are good walking every day. I just cant find the motivation. I did do body combat today, what a work out. I am so sore!
Maddie's chest seems better today thank goodness. Maybe the milk/air con was getting her all gluggy. Bummer off to work tomorrow, so I probably wont check in now until Wednesday sometime. Hope you all have a great week!
-
ok md
Roast cherry tomato, lentil and tuna salad
serves- 4
value per serving (for those on ww) is 2 1/2
200g cherry tomatoes
200g yellow cherry tomatoes (i could never find these and didnt put them in)
1 cup - 200g, drained, rinsed canned or cooked brown lentils
150g green beans, topped, cut to 3cm lengths (didnt put those in either not a fan lol)
1/2 cup chopped fresh leaf parsley
3 - 95g cans ww tuna in springwater
30g baby spinach leaves
4 green shallots, ends trimmed, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tbs balsamic vinegar
-preheat oven to 220, combine tomatoes in a roasting pan, lightly coat with cooking oil spray and roast for 10mins or until slightly tender, remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly
- meanwhile, cook beans in a medium saucepan for 4mins or until bright green and tender. Drain and refresh in cold water, place in large serving bowl
- Add all ingredients drizzle with vinegar, toss and serve
-
Cally I was especially peeved cos I was all ready for an early night too (unlike most nights when it's quite late that I go to bed).
Thanks Noni, I'm printing it up. The lentils will score it an extra big tick from the dietician who I am seeing tmrw (AAAAARGH - christmas is coming back to haunt me)! LOL
-
i didnt think it would be nice but it really is :) gl with the dietician
-
Thanks Noni! I have sooo many cherry tomatos! I'm going to make your salad for lunch, Hope the girls eat it .
-
Thanks Noni, I have heaps as well, we have a cherry tomato tree out the back going nuts so may have to give it ago when I get some time.
Far out girls I'm being paranoid today....DP and I watched something on TV last night about SIDS, and although I'm very much aware of SIDS its never really worried me too much. I always thought as long as we follow the guidelines we are fine. Well apparently you can get a special mattress cover as they have done new research which suggests that mattresses excrete toxic fumes that has been linked to sids. Does this sound dodgy? Am I being a big paranoid mummy? Sorry just been thinking about it non stop and whether I should go buy one of this covers.
Anyway off to work now have a lovely day ladies.
-
sure is quiet in here this morning!!
thinking of going to a step class at the gym today, it claims to give u 'buns of steel' lol i deffinately need some work in the bum and theigh area well all areas really lol i should join the gym but i never stay commited once i signed this thing to pay $33 a fortnight for a gym membership for 12mths and after about 2mths i stopped going and still had to pay the money  so this time i will just pay what it costs to go when i go haha i'm gonna download a free 3 day pass from the net so that will help..
Asha fed at 1pm last night and then again at 10:30 this morning lol shes getting much better with her sleeping :)
haley - ive never heard that before maybe look into it on the net ie how much evidence is there to support that theory? how many ppl actually believe it, are there lots of scholars with the same theory or is it just one persons theory and idea to make alot of money selling matress covers, thats what it kinda sounds like to me because think of how many people dont have those covers whos babies dont die of sids.. in saying that though ive never heard anything about it just my opinion from what youve said..
lp - hope the girls eat the salad.. are they good with foods? i was a terrible eater at that age!! actually i was pretty much all my life until now lol from extreme over eating to extreme under eating lol couldnt get it together.. when i was only 2yo i would refuse to eat anything but tinned spagetti or vegemite on toast lol a difficult child to say the least so my mum would make me milkshakes full of fruit etc and atleast id drink those lol, then at 6 or 7 wouldnt eat my dinner unless my mum arranged it in a face and even then id only pick lol my poor parents!!!
-
Hayley ~ You're being a paranoid mummy! LOL no, just kidding - I don't think you need a special cover though, Just MO... Never heard of them.. hm.
Noni ~ They were terrible at first, All they wanted was Maccas but i've persisted & now they're both eating pretty much everything, in the first week Bee (9) declared 'I can't eat that, I'm a vegetarian - I want a cheese burger' LOL. It's been hard as DF refuses to eat any kind of vegetable, other than a potato as a result of being brutally force fed as a kid so they're like 'how come he doesn't have to eat vegies?'... Now he pretends he's eating them... I think they secretly like vegies now :D
-
lol lp - i'm vegetarian i want a cheeseburger thats classic!!
-
Hi Girls,
Well not much happening here.
LP- Thats so funny - but now I feel like a cheeseburger.
I hope everyone has a great day
-
Time for a new thread found HERE
-
This is still open?... The link doesn't work Lea.
-
HI everyone
Wow you guys have been chatting up a storm so I won't even try to pretend that i can cover it all.
Noni - congrats on the courses sounds great
Jaz - we have poo (lots of runny, leaking poo -mm mmm) a couple of times a day usually and therefore at least one change of outfit and playrug sometimes too - eugh!
Maia was 6.02kg bout a week ago. She is finally moving up the percentiles, growing longer more than heavier and apparently a giant head though it all looks in proportion to me - I say its brains with lots of smarts.
She is still in 000 clothes and not looking like getting out soon - still in a couple of 0000 pants and t-shirts too.
She had her needles last week and did really well - was already screaming beforehand due to wanting some sleep so we didn't notice extra screaming.
Still waiting to see the teeth actually pop through though I can feel them more now and she is chomping on everything but doesn't seem as grizzly so must be feeling a little more comfortable.
Well I had a horrid night Friday night with only 2 hours sleep (prob bout 8 hours in 48 hours). She was still doing her 2-3hour wake ups but I woke up at her 2am one and then couldn't go back to sleep for the rest of the night - ceiling wasn't too interesting either.
So my wonderful DH gave me a break Saturday night. We went to some friends house who are park rangers living out on a park for dinner. After her first sleep of the night I fed her bout 1030pm and then DH and my little cherub jumped in the car and went home leaving me there to sleep. It felt so weird as it was my 1st night away and I was worried as it took me a while to get to sleep. Woke up to express at 445am and then alept again till just before 8am which was so nice. DH had expressed milk and formula to keep her going at home and apparently had a pretty ordinary night. I felt a little bad but didn't last long as he did have a whole week of sleep when he came home early from our holiday down south. But was great to recharge the batteries :-)
We had a better night with her last night. Down at 7pm after bedtime routine, woke at 940pm for feed. She then woke at bout 1am but put herself back to sleep and then woke at 230am for feed and we then woke her bout 730am - was so nice. Of course still looking forward to her sleeping through but am so grateful for any improvements at the moment.
THis "wonderweek" that a few of you have mentioned - has been more of a 'wonderMONTH" for me which is why I have been worried it was becoming more of a habit but I am hoping that she is turning the corner now.
Despite her yuck nights she is much more fun in the day. She is sleeping better and talks a lot. She has been rolling aroudn teh floor for weeks which is funny but also means I have to keep a better eye on her. It is still so hot here but with our new pool (not huge but great for us) means we can have a dip at least once a day to cool down without trekking to town.
How often are you guys breastfeeding during the day and how much sleeps?
Well I think she is stirring again so I better go check - hope you are all having a great day
