oh MD - I cant even remember what i wrote on my bday - i hope i didnt get your hopes up that there was an amazingly exciting story to tell.... the bday was memorable as it was a day from hell in many ways LOL!!! too much on to go into huge detail (and tbh now in hindsight it isnt so bad) but lets just say it involved a flight to melb with N, turning up at aiport and realising DH did NOT leave the pram in the car for me like i thought he had before he went away, parking miles away at the back of the long term car park, delays and more delays, no parking at my mums, sick N spewing all over me while all our stuff was in the car - you get the drift!!! so not memorable for any delightful reasons or anything to get excited about unfortunately! i was spoiled with gorgeous gifts etc etc but it wasnt a day i'd like to repeat any time soon!!

OH no pregpan, so memorable in a faulty towers kind of way then?

I'm starting to think about Alister's party - have done invites. I hvae done more for Erin's party the following month LOL.

Luckily the hives aren't all that itchy on my arms or legs, only my back, so I can't get to them LOL. The phenergan worked a treat for the itch anyway.

Pregpan: Oh no what a day! What a mess! Bet DH copped it for not leaving the pram in the car hehe. How is N going, is he unwell still?

Trillian: Thanks for the tips, I?m going to give it a go. Not sure about the pooing, she always does one every morning after she has been up half an hr or so. Also I?ll try give water instead, but I?ve tried that before and even when sleepy in the middle of the night she knows and shakes her head lol. She is also sick at the moment again and cough coughing during the night, so I'm kinda waiting for this to pass iykwim. Mind you last night she didnt have a bottle, as she woke, I put the dummy in and she went off easily. What program did you make Alisters invites on?

Renee: We are missing a swimming lesson today due to Maddie having a cold too and another nasty cough. Good luck with the smart trike, all this talk about them makes me want to go put one on lay by for chrissy. I showed DP last night so I figure I?ll go down to target today and if they still have them then its meant to be hehe. YES that was my MIL who insists on taking over caring for M when she is around, hence pushing the pram all day long. I don?t mind so much anymore, well not as much as I used to. I try not to work myself up anymore about my MIL! Yay for the portmans purchases! I stopped sterilizing only a couple of weeks ago and I?m still sad about it LOL I love cleaning & doing the dishes (as weird as it sounds) and I loved sterilizing bottles but I figured she is too old for it now. I can?t get M to take a sippy cup at all, she plays with it, so don?t worry about it. Thanks for your offer re the cake book but I want my own copy, it brings back so many good memories.

Leemar: Whats wrong with your neck?

MD: Hope you had another good night with E. Yes M is a mouth breather, I never even thought that it could be her mouth being dry! You smartie hehe.

Noni: Let us know how Asha goes at the doc. Hope its just teeth?

Cally: Haha I?ve had the cat jump onto my lap while on the loo as well. Yay for the decent tax return!

While Sherie has metioned phenergan & while I remember, the girls at work are adamant that I need to give this to M before we take off on our plane trip (early Sept we are going) to ?knock her out?. I don?t like the sound of this at all though. I figured she would be ok seeing as we leave at 4.30pm and arrive at 11pm ish in KL, this would normally be when she is sleeping. However we are then onto another plane at midnight to Penang, so a few disturbances. I know sometimes babies get confused with the ear popping. What do you ladies think, is it as drastic as the work girls are saying? I haven?t been on many planes myself let alone taken a baby along so I don?t know.

I haven't done anything for K's party either, better get onto that!

MM - Some of the others will know better about plane trips with bubs, but just to let you know, if you do try the phenergan test it out beforehand! My mum gave it to me on a couple of plane trips and apparently I use to run up and down the aisles and be absolutely hyper. It can knock some kids out but can work the completely opposite way as well.
