fianne - have u got a place outside you could put max for nappy free time? apart from that i just try and keep asha off the rug and on the wooden floor part so its easier to clean lol. maybe its the birthday lol asha was born on the 26th as well lol and just eats and eats and eats lol..
sherie - thats so cute little A with the gumboots Asha really loves going outside too and will be escaping as soon as she can open the door!

Noni, that sucks that you are so tired. Maybe it is worth a trip to the doc to get your iron checked?

Fianne, hope you can get the nappy rash sorted quickly, sounds painful. I don't have any advice for nappy free time - Will climbed into his ball pit and had a wee the other day lol

Sherie, W keeps bringing me his jacket with a hopeful look and then stands by the door. I feel so mean when he can't go out. It is meant to snow again this weekend. I have been letting him play on the deck but soon he will figure out the steps.

MD, sounds like E is on the verge of saying heaps of things! So exciting

Rainy, what was your 'try hard' name? I guess Ruby, Scarlett, Lily, Rose, basically all the pretty names are out lol. Jodie is a lovely name Does your DP come up with anything or just shoot down what you suggest? I will be triple checking any future names after my Willy Rod **** near miss lol

Ange, how is the morning sickness going? I hope it is easing for you.

Cally, how is K's bump? Hope she hasn't had any more accidents

Kate, heaps of people feed to sleep but no one talks about it when they are this big lol

We saw some sheep and lambs in a paddock yesterday, there was a little hand reared lamb that came to the fence saying Baaa, W was pointing at them all saying 'Neiiighh' lol, I think he is a bit confused

    Arte - lol at 'neigghhh'

The week of accidents has continued - yesterday she pulled the tray from her highchair (it was hanging on hooks at the back) and it landed on her toe. The nail went all purple, but later in the day she must have knocked it because there was blood all over her sock, but her toe was back to normal. So we've had 3 lots of blood in 4 days, whereas previously I don't think we had any!

MD - my mum made the duck from WW many years ago. It had chips for its beak and popcorn for the feathers. I must go and get the current cookbook and work out what we are making. Our bday invites went out yesterday and they have a duck on them.

Fianne - I haven't been brave enough to do nappy free time in this weather, let alone the fact she can wander all over the carpet (which was cleaned 3 weeks ago). At least in summer we can put them outside and let them go crazy! (with a bit of sunscreen on)

SupaB - finally have caught up on McLeods so saw you yesterday. It must have been weird seeing yourself pregnant again after all this time!

Pregpan - how's it going at your place?

Rainy and MM - I think DH tends to write his lesson plans down at the end of the lesson once he knows what they discussed!

MD - we have the one giraffe toy that is for bedtime, but there are 3 of them (one for Canberra). I know KMart still has them so I am tempted to get another one for childcare. I just got the same little cheap thing so I could get plenty (she has some lovely other animals but they are all a bit 'good' to be chucked through the wash regularly).

Noni - hopefully you can catch up on some sleep over the weekend.

Have had a lot of early starts this week - she is waking about 5:45, I feed her then she sleeps for another 45mins - 1.5 hours. On the upside she is waking up in a good mood more often, but on the downside I am feeling pretty tired. And I thought it would be easier when she slept all night!

Off to get the groceries today. Am going to make homemade hamburgers for dinner tonight with wedges. Yum.

Why is it when you have nothing to do around the house and want to go out, they sleep for ages yet when you're busy they only do 30mins!! She's been down for 1.5 hours now and I'm bored!!!!

    Hi everyone
thought I should jump on and say hello. Way to much to catch up on again.

Logan is walking now, so keeping me on my toes. We have had a shocking week sleep wise but I am hoping it is just a big developmental stage (especially with the walking) or teeth. He has had a cold over the last two weeks too so thats could be it, who knows lol. I cant wait for the day when he can tell me whats wrong.

I had better run Logan has just woken up and we are off to do some more painting.

I hope your all doing well.

    Yay Katie, another walker!!

Those that have walkers - how long was it from those first couple of steps by themselves to when they were doing it regularly? K has been taking steps by herself for 2 weeks, but needs a lot of encouragement to do it (or be absorbed in what she's doing and not realise she has let go). Just wondering when she will start doing it more often?

Fianne - she woke the moment I pressed the 'submit reply' button lol!
