Kate, any X stitch I want done I get my (ex) MIL to do it! ROFL. Its her major hobby & its all I know (other than house/yard work) that she does. But she is great at it hey. Draws her own in a pad then puts it to that stuff.
Been organising my list to pack for QLD in Oct & realised its a good thing Kate has her own portacot now .. she doesn't have to borrow one from, was it you or your mum? for us! Ha ha

Well I'm off to bed & then I think I'm going to do a reading of my own, now I'm thinking of it!

Nite all, sleep well. Hope the babes have a good nite too. xxx

H I hope you have a great time away and that you don't get stuck with adjoining rooms.

What a glorious day it is today, think I might go and get the groceries done while DH is at work so we can spend the rest of the day enjoying the sunshine. Better catch up on some washing to o I guess.

    How is everyone's weekend going?

We went out to the coast & had a play at the park there before having cake & walking through the markets. Boys wore themselves out. (Photos beening upload at present). Now though, I wish I could be having a nap. Haha.

Feed Jack at 5pm last nite & put him down at 6pm, went & got his panadol & he was almost asleep so I didn't bother on the bottle. I think I should have. He didn't have more than an hour & half sleep in any single session hence I had to play yo-yo all nite. Then this morning he drank a cows milk bottle & a stage 3 formula bottle before getting out of bed. Think I will ensure to give him a bottle at night though.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATIE! HOPE YOU AND YOUR MUMMY ARE HAVING A FABULOUS DAY

Clare - We were married on Sonaisali Island then went up to First Landing and our family stayed on Denarau. We had a great time and so can't wait to go back next year. Planning on heading out ot one of the islands out further to experience that area. It wasn't full on trouble getting pregnant but it took us a while and I had to have a HSG amongst other tests before getting knocked up. Apparently, needing clinical help this time as well. I asked her if I needed to refill my pill prescription and thats when she told me that. I think I will anyway just so that I don't have a newborn in Fiji. I might go over pregnant so watch this space in 6-9 months time... I love the pram pimp out...post some pics, I brought S a $60 stroller from kmart on thursday night and am keeping an eye out for what can be done to that. I Was thinking of those stoke beady things that normally go on pushbike wheels. KWIM? Love the LED light idea...

Sherie - I'm a bit skeptical as well but thought why not...can't hurt. A lot of general things that could be interpreted to suit anyone but then she did pick up on personality traits amongst other things. I wanted to make sure that I visited some reputable thats why I chose the expo because I figured they wouldn't have shonky pyschics under their banner.

Andie- Good on Kate for buying her own portacot, so handy for so many reasons. Yep, she borrowed mine and then Ayns. And it sounds and looks like you had a great day at the park. S and I just chilled out this morning and then did grocery shopping this arvo. Tomorrow we're doing markets and maybe the beach...

    Have a great one ladies...

Hi there Rainy good to hear your still with us. Hows the pregnancy going?

    Trillian the crossstitch is beautiful.

ETA Cally sounds like Katie had a lovely day!

I am very bored tonight, I was meant to go to an engagement party but really cant be bothered dressing up and driving in. Instead we had pizza and ribs polished off with a few beers and a bit of footy. I spent tones in Target today and got L some summer shoes, new swimmers and two new hats. Now I am banned from buying him anything else, lucky we didnt have a girl I reckon I would be broke.

Katie says thank you for all the birthday wishes!

And belated Happy Birthday's to Will, Elisabeth and Rory!!

I've been so busy this week (although looking back I can't remember why I was so busy) and just haven't had a chance to pop on. Hasn't helped that K's great 1.25 hour day sleeps have shortened to 45 minutes and she now wakes at 5:45 - so she does 2 hours less sleep each day! Ridiculous.

90210 - I'm old enough to have watched it, I used to love it and even though the new show is trashy, I'll keep watching it!

MM - hope your flight is going well.

Pregpan - glad that Bali was such a hit, lucky you having a holiday, I'm hanging out for our 2 nights in the Blue Mountains in January!

We had our honeymoon in Fiji (Tokoriki), it was great, would love to go back (maybe for the 10th anniversary)

Clare - OMG, I can't believe you have lights for your pram! I want to see a pic!

Katie had a lovely birthday, it was so warm today, she spent most of the evening wandering around in just her nappy! She had the Number 1 cake from the Women's Weekly book (the old one I got on Ebay) and had a piece with chocolate frosting (no smarties though). Ended up putting her straight in the bath afterwards, she was so filthy! Then we went down to the beach and had a run around in the sand. She got a bee wheely bug from Granny, and lots of other lovely presents from the family. My sister got her a wooden puzzle with her name on it, looks awesome.

Trillian - great samplers, I do crosstitch too, but haven't had a chance the last year. I got a huge beatrix potter one for K, but the way I'm going it will end up being for her first child!

Katie's christening is tomorrow so I better head off to bed. Couldn't sleep this morning with all the excitement for the birthday!

Cally, sounds like Katie had a great day. Good luck tomorrow with the christening.

Rainy, I am soo jealous of your ticker, I want another baby!!!

Ozstar, I am like that, I complain that we never do anything then when we get the chance I can't be bothered lol. Did you do photography as a self business or were you working for someone? What sort of training do you need? I am really interested in doing photography as a job when I go back to work but I can't seem to find any courses (not that there is much on offer here in the sticks lol)

Lol Arte, there are a few you can do from home. I did it at school and then got my diploma from a private arts college after school. I worked with someone as well as for myself. If I get back into it then I will just work for myself from home. I have all the equipment. I went looking for a new camera today actually. You should do it, its loads of fun.

Hi just wanted to pop on quickly while the party cakes are baking to wish Katie a very happy birthday! Cally it sounds like you had a lovely day, hope all goes well with the christening tomorrow, we'll be waiting for photos !

Well behind schedule with the party preparations, I gave up this afternoon and just sat on the floor and played with E. Getting zen on the loungeroom floor!

Trill, gorgeous cross stitches, I'm dying to do some sewing soon, I get everything out then something happens and I have to put it away again! Ah, maybe once the birthday excitement has died down...

Noni how you going hun? in case you need it.

    Rainy it's A's birthday on the 18th.

Ange, where abouts are your parents heading to? The sun is shining, people are out mowing the lawns (DH included), summer is on its way.
After all my complaining about how low the itti bittis sit, I have decided to buy a pack of them lol. I figure they may not last until he is toilet trained but they are a nice fit now and they are really reliable - I had a couple of leaks in the first few days but now that they have had a few more washes they are really good (and they are very cute!).

Ozstar, it is my semi-plan to set up some kind of studio from home when W is a bit older. I would like to use the time I have now to train. I would have thought that photography would be something you could do as an extramural course but everything seems to be on site. Do you know of any courses that you can do online? I have an SLR camera, just the entry level Cannon 400D but I love it.

Nth Island Arte- Mum has a conference in Auckland, so they'll be based there. They'll head up to Bay of Islands to visit some friends. Then usually Dad trips around while mum works! Have you been to Catherdral cove on the coromandel Arte? I love that place. I just love NZ though!
Ittits are pretty reliable. Plumbers crack is all fashion these days Arte. Do they do package deals on that NZ site? Happy to post them on if it works out cheaper from here.
