I don't know how trolls can keep their stories straight. I have a hard time remembering what I ate for lunch let alone keeping track of any fabricated stories. They must be pretty desperate to do this, it's just sad that they suck so many people in and betray their trust.

Lunch was great today...these girls were nutters (was it you Chepie?). So easy going and heaps of fun. Nothing compares to you girls but great to find people IRL as well who are so supportive.

Sherie- Sarah has found the water cooler thing and has figured out the taps on it. I have had to tell her off so often that it's doing my head in. Now she'll reach up to it, look around to me to see if I'm watching and then either go for it if my back is turned or pretend to be innocent if I am watching. Such a clever little rat. I swear she even blew me a kiss the other day when I roused on her for playing with it. Cheeky!

Cass - Yep, well I'm the silly one who asked.... Had a vague idea but wasn't 100% so thanks Sherie. Glad I could help to enlighten others.

MD - Good luck with setting the lappie up. They are never straight forward are they. Why can't they just make all of them so that you just plug the bugger in and go for it. Instead of just fart-assing around...we are not all 10 year old geniuses that can program NASAs satellites in under 10 secs. Or even a DVD player... I think I'm pretty techo savvy but these young kids these days... S has been doing that reaching up thing as well...driving me bonkers. Everything needs to be either raised or pushed back. She has even learnt to pull on the tablecloths to get to things. Argh!!!

Chepie - Hi, welcome back...don't think we met. I went AWOL for a while until semi recently so don't feel bad. Life can sometimes just over run us. Jump on whenever...and think of us as squirrels. We like nutters...

As for the vaccs, S has had egg in mixes etc but not by itself. Should I be testing her first on scrambled eggs etc first just to make sure? There are no egg allergies in the family that we are aware of and very very few allergies of any sort as well. S is still not well so won't stress about it until shes better but would help to know. I don't eat eggs so find that I don't cook them for her either.

Off to bed...buggered today. Night all

Ange, we didn't start egg yolk until about 10.5 months, then whole eggs a little bit later but only in small quantities in mixed things. So I've just been increasing the amount and gave her a whole scrambled egg two days ago. I'd been umming and ahing because she's got a rash over her chin that seems to flare up sometimes after food but there's no clear pattern and I really think it's dribble-related. It's just flared again but she's got two more toofies erupting so that explains it really.

Kate, yes i'd be trying her on a larger amount to check for a reaction before taking her along for the MMRs. You'd expect that if she was sensitive you might have had an inkling by now but I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

MD- i have given Lu pikelets with an egg in the batter, and she has eaten a few. I would pressume this is enough to know if she had an kind of allergic reaction. The volume of the injection is only around 0.2ml and according the research i can find there are only 'traces' of chick egg protein. So i would think that as long as they have had egg in something with no reaction, then they are unlikely to have a reaction to the injection. But, as you say, better to be safe than sorry, just trying to help put your mind at ease!

sorry for the selfish post but I am feeling a little sad today, Logan has decided he doesnt want any more BF. We have gone through so much to get to 13 months so I am very proud that we made it this far. He just isn't interested any more and I wont force him. I guess the positive is that I can have my body back to myself for a little while before we start TTC.

Katie - well done on getting to 13 months, that's a great effort.

    Chepie - welcome back.

Kate - K is the same with knowing she's not supposed to touch things and checking if I am looking at her. It is so hard to keep a serious face when she has that cheeky little grin and her hand reaching out.

Renee - what have you been up to?

We've done the MMR - I knew the problems in the US weren't here so we went with it. DH is very pro vaccination. The only problem we had was she had a temp 8 days after that didn't want to go down.

Well K is having her last day with DH today. Then she is off to child care on Monday. Unfortunately we don't have a nice family day before she starts - DH has cricket tomorrow arvo and all day Sunday (1.5 hours drive away). Last week he drove for 2 hours to find it had been cancelled as he left home - and no-one bothered to ring and tell him. I've put my foot down and said no more rep games after Sunday (and that was when I thought Sunday's game was only 30min away and we could go see some - and the dolphins that have moved into the lake next door).

I spent last night labelling more clothes and containers for her. Fingers crossed we don't have too many more cold spells because I've hardly put labels on the winter stuff.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend. Fingers crossed the weather is nice and we can spend some lovely outside time.

Katie - It's a sad day when they wean themselves isn't it. Great big hugs to you. Hannah weaned herself just before her 1st birthday. I do miss that close contact, but i can still have a snuggle while giving her a bottle.
Cally- How annoying that they didn't call him!! I bet he's had a wonderful holiday with her, and will be sad to go back to work

I'm having a love/hate relationship with the rain at the moment . It absolutely bucketed down this morning when i had to take the girls to school. Hannah was the only one who remained dry. Looks like i'll be in for more rain at pick up time too. Oh well. It will be nice to come home and get toasty warm and have a hot chocolate.

PREGPAN!!! Ive missed you too xoxoxox LOL if Dwyane keeps going on about another baby I think we might haha. I think we will start TTC in 6 months to a yr. We are staying at the Mandira, its very nice

I really need to get back into the loop here. Chatting here helps me know where Rory should be ..iykwim. For example are the FF bubs still having bottles?? What are the bubs eating through the day?

Rory has a bottle first thing in the morning, then 2 wheetbix for breakfast, a vegemite sambo, cheese stick and yoghurt for lunch...dinners are a bit of a nightmare at the moment, he is having mashed veg (pumpkin, carrot, potato, sweet potato, cream corn) with a tuna mornay sauce and fruit after. He also has his suppy cup of water during the day.
He was fussing through dinner for so long and its only after I dropped his afternoon bottle that he has starting eating dinner again. Im going to try start him on what we are having for dinner soon since I have realised that it wasnt what I was feeding him, it was just that he was full from his afternoon bottle and not interested.
    sorry to babble everyone

    hi Renee
How exciting for you going on a nice holiday! Re food/bottles: Hannah has 3 bottles of cows milk - morning , lunch and before bed. She'll have a thick piece of Raisin toast and 1/2 weetbix for brekky, a sandwiche and fruit for lunch, biscuit and cheese for afternoon tea, dinner ranges from tuna mornay, spagettie bog, chicken balls, lamb cutlets or whatever we are having.

Jut a quick one from me today - been in Wagga all day and not long got home.

Hey Chepie! Great to see you back hun. So how's life been for you while you've been MIA?

And Renee! Hello to you too! I was thinking of you the other day actually. You've been super busy with work? To answer your Q, Alister still has 5 bottles of formula a day (170ml), brekkie is fruit and porridge or vegemite toast, He has a few snacks though the day of arrowroot biccies or those rice ones with the hole in the middle, a piece of fruit, for lunch it's a vegemite sandwich and fruit, and then for dinner it's usually veges off my plate and some of his own. He's not a big meat eater yet. I tell ya though, I don't know what he does with it all because he has the skinniest legs you've ever seen. If he burns off all he eats like this when he's a teen I dread the thought of the weekly grocery bill.

OMG I have a piggie on my hands. N has 3 bottles of cows milk - morning, afternoon and night before bed. they are 100-200ml each - were all 200ml but i notices he wasnt finishing them so he does about 150 morning and afternoon and 200 before bed. he eats some fruit when he is up at about 6am and then bfast is usually some cereal and maybe some toast. then for morning tea more fruit and/or crackers and then lunch is uaully vege soup or baked beans or something like that and a yoghurt, afternoon tea more fruit or veges (peas or cherry tomatoes) and a pikelet or crackers and cheese and then dinner is something we eat (pasta, cottage pie, curry and rice or something) plus some veges to munch on and some more fruit or something like that... and he may also pick up other things through the day... pig! he will also drink about 150ml of water some days... if i would give him fruit he would eat it all day!!

    Hi ladies,

Great to hear that my cheeky little monkey is normal with his tanty and exploration phrase. He also seems frustrated at times, maybe because he can't communicate effectively what he wants or is not quite physically capable IYKWIM. This seems to send him off on a tanty at times.

I hear you ozstar about stopping bf. I miss it so. I was really sick with morning sickness this time round and I quickly lost my supply and Hamish didn't like the new flavour either so we stopped abruptly before I was ready. Big Hugs to you dear.

I have a little piggy too pregpan. Breakfast - 1 weetbix or bowl of other cereal if dad is around , then half a banana, then at least one piece of toast - if not two , and a drink of juice or water, 200ml of cows milk at morning sleep, fruit, biccy or rice cake on waking, Lunch - a vegemite sandwich, fruit salad (strawberries, grapes, mandarine, kwiw fruit, orange, banana , drink of water or juice - 200ml of cows milk at arvo sleep, fruit or biccy on waking, Dinner - It's amazing how much he eats at dinner. I fill a childs plate of diced vegetables or at the moment he's having lots of salad (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, pineapple, cheese) with either steamed fish or grilled chiken breast. He's yet to refuse anything we try to give him. Today I left the fridge open and he helped himself to a mushroom and started munching stork and all. But I not complain as he's easy to please.

I know you ladies have been chatting about more things too but my mind is mush tonight, sorry. We are going to a wedding tomorrow which should be lovely and then Im working sunday nightshift (awesome !) so if Im not around much over the weekend I hope you all have a lovely time and will catch you all next week.
