Rainy - i love the Cradlerock website - i've bought a few gifts for friends from there.
Hannah loves cows milk too, although i've found that she prefers it with the chill taken off.

    Arte - yucko!!

Katie - That is so exciting! Just a month away. I wonder if we'll get those storms up here today.

Noni - maybe you could start your own playgroup. I'm sure Playgroup Australia could put you in touch with others from your area.

eta - Sherie i was wondering the same thing.
hey Rainy - the other day on FB you said you like K Rudd. I was thinking of K Fed, and i thought he must have given custody back to Britney!!!!!!

We will be getting the $1000 from Krudd too, but more than likely will have to pay it back after tax time next year. We had to pay back all our family tax benefit this year, we underestimated our income by mistake. Its hard as DP works on commissions so his wage is up and down. So might just tell Krudd to stuff his $1000 because he'll want it back by tax time LOL!

Rainy - Ohh dont you encourage me, I'll end up with an Oobi addiction like you lol! Thanks I'll check it out. Come on I am hanging for your second surprise, I am hoping you & I will be planning a wedding together and can trade tips!

Noni - Ooooh whats this you are planning a wedding too!? HOW EXCITING! Asha will love going to storytime at the library.

Katie - YAY for ttc, I'm sooo excited for you. Thats a perfect time I think, L will be a good age once bub arrives. No havent gone dress shopping yet, I've become very relaxed about this whole wedding thing and thats the way I like it.

Arte - Ohhh yuck W! Hehe little munchkin.

Leemar - Those mountain buggy's look awesome!

Re Milk: Maddie is on cows milk now & has been for about a month, I've just been giving her normal coles brand full fat milk. I've noticed the toddler milks but they are expensive! She has 3 bottles a day, should I be paying extra for toddler milk or is it a scam? We havent even used the toddler step 3 on her. Seems to be going fine on coles milk. (Just to clear it up, I'm not the stingey one, its my DP - stingey Italian lmao, no offense to anyone)

Must say, I am having such trouble keeping Maddie in a pram these days. Now that she is walking its all she wants to do. Went to the shops today, what a nightmare, she just wanted to walk everywhere. Went into Pumpkin Patch & I can see we've got a little fashionista on our hands, she was walking around picking things off the rack & bringing them to me as if to say i likey can I have! Dad wont be impressed hehe.

    Hi girls!!

Noni: it can be a real PITA getting around huh! before we (mums group) changed venues i had a 40 minute walk up my sleeve. luckily it went past a cafe and i would get my latte to help with the energy LOL!
great news on the library session. i'm sure she'll love it!

Oz: Dec seems like a nice goal to aim for re the TTC. we fell pg with L around the 15-18 dec...great month!
oohh i heard about the hail! big as tennis balls!

Ange: YAY! on seeing bubba! i loved that scan.

Rain: ooohh i LOVE that dress too! will have to buy one for L for her christmas dress (always need an excuse! LOL)...

MM: i cracked up at M waltzing around Pum Patch. so funny!

re the milk: Leila is only really managing one sippy cup a day. but she has milk in her cereal and loads of dairy in other stuff so i am not too concerned. she is healthy and thriving.

it's COLD here tonight. (no doubt freezing where you are Rain!). i have the heating on again....

I checked L's mouth for teeth tonight as he had REALLY bad nappy rash the week before last and what do you know he has both top molars. They are quit they way through too. I checked late last week but obviously didnt do a very good job lol, I was expecting another bottom tooth he still only has 3 on the bottom.

Anyway thats my bit of news lol. Can you tell I am bored tonight.

ETA Ange glad the scan went well, when I saw your post I was like hang on she wasnt going to find out the sex, your as cheeky as Rainy.

no one's as cheeky as me

i'm sooooo friggin bored! i seem to be spending so much time on bb atm- i think it's cos there's nothing decent on foxtel lately, has anyone else noticed that? all the trashy shows have finished up.

katie- congrats on top molars. L has had really bad nappy rash too, hopefully that means he'll get his too.

kate- are you ok? just sleep deprived??

Thats a good idea Clare, I might get it as a chrissy dress too.

Hey Rainy are there any places in Melb that you can buy Oobi, that you know of? We are coming over in Dec for a quick family visit so if you know of any stores I'll pop in.

Ange - Very glad to hear that bub is doing well. Did you find out the sex the first time around?

Clare - Well I am boiling hot lol. Its been quite warm here the past few days and our house is like a sauna.

Kate - Hope those teeth come through quickly.

Katie - Haha well thats good that they came through with not much hassle.

hayley- i usually buy all my oobi stuff online from either cradle rock, ten little indians, the rocking horse or the kids store. i don't think i've ever seen it in a shop. mmmm maybe i should open an oobi shop....

MM: hmmm not sure of a place that has loads of oobi stuff. i mean, there are some gorgeous little baby stores here in Brunswick/Fitzroy that stock oobi, but yeah, online is best (just cause you get all the choice!)...trust me it is as good as it looks LOL!

Awww i wanna move to Perth!! i can't stand the cold...think i am allergic to it. i have grown up in the tropics, and my body just isnt able to cope. or maybe it's just the dodgy rentals we have lived in...

Rainy: i so get it. there is nothing on ATM. so BB has been my entertainment. pity that it was crashing so much earlier in the week...could have racked up way more hours LOL!
oohh i FORGOT about the clips! ha ha! i have noticed that Leila's wardrobe has been getting really daggy. it took me awhile to realise that it's because all the clothing (ie pretty and expensive stuff) were presents and she has grown out of them!! arrghhhh!! no more country road, oobi or collette dinnigan in sight!! need to go splurge shopping...need money. darn it...my plan of winning lotto is taking longer than i first thought! LOL!

Oz: holy moly girl! two gorgeous molars!! BONANZA! we are still tripping the light fantastic here with 6 (4 on top and 2 on bottom).

Kate: oh no you poor things! teething is the pits...cant wait til they get all their munchers on board.

AFM: well i forgot to mention that we all headed off to the world's greatest pram stroll here at albert park on sunday. it is run with beyond blue to raise awareness on PND and to welcome new parents into the community. it was pretty fun and we met some nice families. problem was that it was freezing, so walking alongside a lake with ripping icy winds really reminded you that you were alive...Leila loved it. she likes the cold. egad.

    hi everyone
sorry have been rather MIA - have had a reeally busy time at work. and now DH is sick so looking after him too.. poor guy has a bad flu
MM - I saw heaps of Oobi (girls ) stuff at kids central in chadstone the other day - so that could be a good bet... i wish they had more boys stuff, it is so boring with boys clothes. just bought N a whole heap of 'basics' from american apparel - looks great and comfy so good for day care days and around the house. he also needs some more groovy stuff though - but i am a mad shopper so i must admit he has quite a bit!
Katie - so great the molars came through without too much trouble, i need to check N too but he wont let me get close to his mouth - has been madly drooling for about 3 wks now so i am guessing there must be some action happening on the teething front.
Ange - so glad scan went well. cheeky you!!
Rainy - any preferred names yet?
Kate - hope you are doing ok

hi tp everuone i missed - hope you are well.

Clare - Wow didnt know collette dinnigan did baby clothing, far out. Leila must be the best dressed bub on the street! The snazziest we have is baby gap and even then the items were bought by her grandparents when they went to London not long ago.

Pregpan - Thanks I'll check out kids central when I go. Is Chadstone anywhere near Parahn??? Thats where we are staying. Oh no sorry to hear N is sick, M seems to be forever sick as well, its daycare. Sucks doesnt it.

Just took M for her 12 month needles, and she screamed the surgery down, poor thing.
