Katie - WOW I thought you were going to say you were pregnant!!! I hope it happens really soon for you guys how exciting. Sorry I missed you talking to me on fb the other night, I tend to leave it on and go away from the computer.

    Nella - Hello & welcome!

MD - So glad you had a nice time away, you deserved it.

Noni - Good luck with the ttc.

Joels G - YAY for H taking steps, he will be walking before you know it and then theres no stopping them!

I only lost $20 on the horses, I picked all the favourites and got no where haha.

As for tantys, M has been chucking tantys since about 7 months old. Boy does she let me know. I'm glad she's not the only one, we were beginning to dread the terrible twos thinking we have a very stubborn little girly hehe.

M LOVES remotes, what a cool idea I must look out for one for chrissy. It drives DP mad because she changes settings and chews off buttons lol.

Anyway must go and put miss grumpy bum off to bed....painted veil movie was lovely as well cant remember who asked? I'm watching Georgia Rule tonight with Lindsay Lohan.

Ange of course you can hun! I was thinking about all the Vic girls after I logged off, if you're close enough to be doing laps with Rainy then I guess you're in the same area (ish)? I'm still a big vague-o about where everything is but I promise I'll spread the MD love around if I can LOL.

MM Georgia Rule is really good. I loved it. Haven't seen Painted Veil.

Arte I meant to say before that I think you nailed it when you said "There's more to life than keeping everyone clean and fed" or in my case "keeping everyone but not the house clean and fed" LOL. I'm loving thinking of Will saying ut-oh and then dropping stuff. He is one cute and clever lil boy!

Pregpan, also remembered I meant to say - I'm soooo glad that you're slowing your hectic pace down - not only for your sake but also because it makes the rest of us look bad! LOL Also hoping there's another reason you might be wanting a little more rest than usual .

    xxx

Pregpan- thankyou for saying such lovley words your a sweetie
MD- Glad you had a great time away.

ATM- Livi has another molar poking though and she was really really restless last night
Boys are great and Jordy has finally started doing poos on the toilet so yippeee for Jordy. X has sort of gone backwards and will only do it in his nappy at night. (I have started to put Livi on the toilet when I change her nappy thought I would get a head start on her)

Hello to everyone and have a wonderful day

It will feel real once those cravings for Hot Chicken rolls kick in again

Leanne, I had a few problems with Lindsay and toilet training for #2's - he would only do them in his nappy first thing in the morning before I took it off. So I actually did a bit of tough love and when I saw the signs he was about to do one, I quickly ripped the nappy off and sat him on the toilet - he tried to hold it in but cause he was busting he couldn't LOL, so he did it and never looked back. His problem was that he was scared to do it on the toilet, so once he realised that it was OK, then he was fine with it.

Thanks for all your support everyone. It means a lot to me. I am OK with it now, have joined a support group so I hope to draw on their experiences with the medication.

Apart from all the health issues, things are just poking along here same as always. The big news was that Alister isn't in our room anymore - I moved the cot into Lindsay's room. The first few nights he was acting up and just mucking around when I put him to bed, meaning that I had to keep him up till Lindsay was alseep, but he's fine with it now.

He is getting to be such a handful now though, but also a delight at the same time kwim? He has really started to show an interest in playing with cars and trucks etc - he would play with them before, but now he's really playing with them kwim? Like he will drive them around a track and make car noises. The other day he came tearing out into the kitchen when he heard DH come in the back door and he said "HEY" to him - I always say to him, "hey, what do you think you're doing" when he's into something norti (like right now - can hear him in the bin LOL), so I think he said it to DH to ask him what he was doing.

Congratulations Preg-again-pan!!! How very exciting. Now I'm starting to feel a bit jealous..

    Welcome Nella

Well, after reading pages of posts I have a slightly numbed brain and will just say hello to everyone!

K is over last week's chest infection, now we are dealing with head lice! What a pain - she is the only one at day care that has it (they had to tell me, I hadn't noticed) but she has to have got it from someone there as she has no other contact with other kids (except her 7 month old cousin and she most definitely doesn't have them)

Will try and keep up a bit more, but this full time work and being a mummy is keeping me awfully busy!

all this talk about sandpits, i'm on dp's case about it now....we need one!

Rainy, I thought your deck was getting finished last weekend?? lol, is your DP a tradie? You definitely need a sandpit, they are heaps of fun. The only downer is co-sleeping with a sandy toddler - no matter how much I shake and wipe him my bed constantly has a layer of sand in it. Hint: put sandy kid to sleep on DH's side of the bed lol

Cally, bummer on the head lice. My head itches now, I always have major nit paranoia. Luckily W is still a bit short on hair so not a problem for us yet.

Trill, that treatment sounds awful! I hope it treats you kindly and does a good job fixing the psorisis (sp?)

MD, any ideas what has caused the liver damage? Is if fixable? I guess your plans of being a short term alcoholic have been put on hold?

Clare, sorry to hear about your horror nights. Sounds really terrible. Has your tonsillitis cleared up?

Ange, how are you lately? Has the morning sickness and shingles gone?

PP, I am getting in early and predicting a little girl for you

Does anyone know when they are big enough to eat apples and raw carrot?

Thanks girls! Yep Rainy I am terrible at keeping this kind of thing a secret!!! Noone IRL knows, so I had to be able to talk to you all about it!
LOL sherie re the hot chicken rolls! YUM! look what you may have started!

Cally - i know how hard it is to juggle it all, how are you feeling about it all? Yuk re the headlice and that's all youneed! I better watch mr N will all his curls - he is prob a real candidate for it.. (though i never got them and I am a curly tops too!)

MD - what liver damage? i hope you are OK. how is E going with DH now> and how are you feeling about it all? when will you find out re the job?

Clare - how was last night? I posted in your thread abt it - poor you!

Trill - what treatment? oh i feel like a bad buddy now, i have no idea what is going on. sorry!

Arte - LOL at the sandy bed!!!

ok better do some work.. off to dr at 4... so not a v longwork day!

arte- yes, i thought my deck was getting finished last weekend too, but it is still not finished. it is driving me insane. if it's not finished soon i'm going to jump off it. yes dp is an electrician but he is a bit of a jack of all trades. sandy co-sleeping doesn't sound too nice- could be a good exfolient for my hairy legs though?

pp- are you feeling sick at all?

Rainy - I am totally knackered and I realise now whyIhave been in a VERY bad mood the last week or so... the last couple of days quite nauseous... i think i feel about as bad as the worst with N, as I harly got any sickness at all last time. mainly it is just fatigue though!I am also pretty bloated - thin i will show early. in fact thats partly what made me sure i would get a BFP, went shopping and clothes looked AWFUL!

Oh Cally bummer on the head lice. I use Banlice I got it from the chemist and its very very good. Its like a foam and really works well. Oh God now I am scratching I swear sometime only mentions the word lice and I am scratching.. lol The boys have got lice only once and at separte times too. Both from kindy. I check their hair now at least twice a week just to be sure.

Ok so I am really excited for all you ladies that are pg and the ones ttc.

PP - no wonder you are planning on slowing down the trips to Melbourne, you will be exhausted with working, looking after N and growing another little bub. I think I am coping fairly well at the moment, although am looking forward to DH's thumb being out of the splint and usable again (2 more weeks). Also looking forward to my two day training in Wollongong in a couple of weeks.... Will miss K but can have a sleep in (although my body has been waking me at 6 anyway!)

Yes, my head has been permanently itchy since I was told she had them. Didn't even occur to me that she should be checked out (naive first time mum). It's so hard getting her to keep her head still though - best if she is eating!

Arte - I'm assuming once they have their molars they will be right for apple and carrot. DH gave K half a carrot on the weekend and she grated it on her teeth and created a huge mess - but had fun and he got dinner ready in the quiet!

Clare - hope tonight is a bit quieter at your place.
