G, they are in the supermarket in the aisle where all the muesli bars and rollups and everything like that are - at least they are in our supermarket.
I don't give A dried fruit as it always has sulphites in them - even ones from the healthfood shops and they aren't any good for anyone. The recommended amount of dried fruit for a child is 1 apricot half (this was according to someone who advocates preservative free foods etc, it was years ago I heard about this) plus they are a known allergen for some people and is a trigger for eczema, so I steer clear. I tend to give him fruit, or the trident/fantastic brand rice crackers and those fruit finger things - there is a brand I buy that has no preservatives in them. he will have arrowroot biccies too occasionally. But fruit is his biggest fave for snacking. I have a little ice brick I use for when it's hot to keep it fresh.
Clare  hun. Maybe she feels that the meds will help you along, it's not easy trying to overcome it on your own.
H, HOLY COW!!!! Are you sure it's only 6wks and not 6mths? ;) that's gone so fast! If you can hardly see the marks, then don't worry about getting it cleaned now cause as soon as you put in on for the big day - it's going to get dirty again no matter how hard you try to keep it off the ground etc. So not worth the cleaning fee to only have to do it afterwards anyway. But $300 is a rip off - I paid less than $50 to have mine professionally cleaned and $50 to have it properly boxed in tissue paper.
PP, great to hear everything is well with you and the baby. I bet you'll keep it to yourself again what flavour you're having wont you? ;)
Cally, don't worry about K and her Daddy, it's all circles and roundabouts hun - soon she will be mummy's girl again and Daddy wont even get a look in.
Re the pottys, I got one for Lindsay and had it about the place etc, but all he would do was wear it on his head as a hat and refuse point blank to use it. He was nearly 3 before he was TT (in the January before he turned 3 in the feb) and he was completely trained day and night in 3 wks. The girls were day TT by 2, but night TT a bit later - I think it was only about 3mths and they were night TT too. I plan to start Alister this September if he's ready.
