Kate - I don't think the new series starts for a while (says late 2009). I'll help you keep an eye out!!
Noni - how did you busy day go? Did you have to wait for the paed for long?
Only one more day until the school holidays. I think DD is really ready for it, the last two days when DH has picked her up she has been sitting in the pram - happy, but not wanting to be out and about with all the other kiddies.
The doctor rang back today saying chances of DD having whooping cough are less than 5% but we can get her tested if we want. Not sure if I will bother, she is home for the next two weeks anyway so won't be infecting people if she does have it, the cough is getting better and it's a pretty slim chance she has it.
Hi all, just wanted to jump on and tell you all it was APPROVED!! WOOHOO and uh-oh cos now I actually have to churn out a coupla essays
Noni, glad the shower hose thing worked...I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a few visits to the drs to get to the bottom of the skin thing. It will be a relief to you to get the allergy testing done, tho, I imagine.
CAlly that's a relief about the whooping cough, it does sound like it's given you the miss.
Busy day today, went to the farm barn to play with the animals - lambs, baby goats, fluffy chickens, bunnys, milked a cow, fed emus & deer and stuff, etc. Unfortunately E was a bit past it because DD1 exclaimed loudly in the car just after E snoozed off on the way there (long drive) and she woke up and refused to sleep for the rest of the day. I'm very tired too after a record breaking episode of insomnia last night. GP has given me a script for sleeping pills but I loathe the very idea of them so it all depends on how desperate I get I spose! Anyone else used them??
BTW Arte - finished watching BSG and the final ep was an absolute ripper!
A woohoo for me.....
I've got a date with Leemar!!! :dance::lol:
Hi everyone
I had time to catch up on the goss, as DH is watching Transformers
Md - I'm so happy that you got the approval from Uni. Also absolutely fanatastic news with regards to your body beginning the healing process. I can't wait to see the Hannah Montana movie - I also like the character of Jackson, he's hilarious.
Clare - I'm so sorry that you have had a family member pass. I'll keep your oma in my prayers as well.
Leanne - you've been having such a fun time lately lovey! It's so uplifting reading your posts here and on facebook - you've alot to smile about :)
Cally - i had to laugh when you said you tape H20. My girls love it, and i have to say i enjoy watching it too. My eldest, Jess, wants me to buy her a H20 locket - "they're only $100 mummy'.
MM - once you start watching some of the crappier shows, you'll be addicted to your foxtel lol.
trill - i hope your family is feeling better today. It's not much fun when they're sick.
rainy - how are you feeling?
Kate - are you having a catch-up with Leanne? Sounds like fun!
Arte - hope you're doing well :)
Hi to anyone that i've missed.
I'm going to try and keep up from now on. ;)
hey everyone,
well appts went well.. bubby is 4/5 engaged but they said on the scan report he was 3/5 so hes probably gonna move in and out right up to whenever it is ill go into labour now.. theyve given me a warning about my iron levels, midwife said i have an anemic look about me haha i shouldnt laugh but i just couldnt help it.. she said i have 2 weeks to take some supplements and then they will do a blood test coz they need to know before the birth how low i am because if i drop below a certain level after the birth its blood transfusion eeeeep thats a pretty good insentive to take the supplements!! she recomended a liquid one coz im having alot of trouble with the tablets.. i tried it this morning and its not TOO bad haha none of them are nice tho.. gonna take it for a week and see if i think its making a difference and if i dont feel a big difference i might go to the go and just have 1 injection to top it up or something yuck damn iron!!
Ashas appt went well too paed said he dosnt know if she has asthma but if she does its not a bad case atm so just something to monitor for now.. her skin he pretty much suggested the same things our gp did as well as sorbelene 3 times a day atm because her skin is quite dry and flakey.. he gave us a referal for the allergy testing but said there was a chance they wouldnt find what it was because there are sooo many things she could be allergic to.. he said to keep a close handle on what shes eating and if i suspect a certain thing i can test it at home.. for anyone whos interested he said all you do is first take that food and rub it on the back of the hand where the skin is tough, leave it for half an hour and then wash it off, if theres no sign of reaction you can rub a small amount on the lips and keep a close eye on it if theres still no reaction your ok to go ahead and feed it to them and then if still no reaction its obviously not that particular food..
md - sooo glad everything got approved!! get cracking on those essays hehe!!
cally - we didnt wait long at all.. glad she booked me for 4 tho, everyone with their school kids seemed to be turning up just after my appt wont be making a later appt then 4 there ever!!
mm - how was toddler town? i think dancing classes start at 2? not sure tho..
anyways hope everyone is well.. am going to go and bludge before its time to get Ash ready.. its her day with my mum today, and thank god because i am soooo tired!! tho if i dont do some housework i think dh will have a nervous breakdown the house is really bad atm!! hopefully ill squeeze in a rest too tho!
duplicate post
Noni - Enjoy your baby free day, I hope you can get the housework done. Yesterday I swept & mopped the floor & the house is gleaming, but for how long I wonder hehe. I hope the iron injections tablets work, I was anaemic too. Do you eat red meat? Good news about A's asthma, hope the allergy testing comes up with some results so you know.
Kate - YAY so jealous!
MD - Oh woo hooo glad uni approved it. How could they not? You would have to be a pretty heartless person.
Cally - How is the balance of work/daycare going anyway? Sounds like K needs a little break from it, perfect timing.
Jazmum - YEP we have discovered all the crappy, hillarious shows on foxtel. Last night was 'naked & funny' (noooo its not porno lol) Have you seen that one? DH & I were wetting ourselves laughing.
Went down to Big W sale last night to put a couple of things on lay by. However both things I wanted (water play table & little bike thingo) had sold out. Probably because they were so cheap lol. So will be doing some ringing around today trying to track them down.
Hi Girls,
MD- Congrats on getting the approval.... bummer on the no sleeping hope it gets better.
Noni- glad all the drs appointments went ok
Jaz-Thanks thats a nice thing to say also Kate is comin over to my house on Monday 20th July and it would be awesome if you could come too. let me know
Kate- I am excited too meet you:dance:
Hey Girls Kate is comin to Brissy next week so we are havin a meet up at my house on Monday 20th July if anyone wants to come please let me know and I will PM my address.
hi girls!
Leanne: aww! i wish i still lived in brissy as i would SO be there!!!!
Noni: so are you gunna try the test on Asha with the tomato? i vote for the injections! they are so much easier, especially for a quick boost. i am soooo over taking iron supplements it aint funny. the only thing to consider with the liquid ones is that they are not as strong, so you may not be getting enough iron from them...maybe ask the pharmacist and see what they reckon.
MD: you go girl! but yeah bummer that you have to the essays LOL!
MM: yeah there were HEAPS of things that i wanted from the sales, but i was 3 days late and most had already gone  so annoying!
JaZ: everyone i know has been harping on about this transformers stuff! i must have been hiding under a rock lately cause i totally missed that boat!
Cally: have you planned anything to do with K while holidays are on? i can HIGHLY recommend farm visits if you have them around! like MD mentioned, they are great fun and the kids can go nuts!
Rainy: how did mr J go with the needles?
wonder how Ange is...enjoying her island escape....
AFM: all good here. disliking the cold big time, but am feeling positive about tomorrow's auction. no doubt it wil be a fizzer and we still wont have a place, but i *think* i have prepped myself enough to cope if we dont. that said, i am over our current lodgings...we can no longer shut Leila's door and we can no longer open ours if we close it...grrrrr.
we have been noticing that Leila's comprehension is really rocking ATM. we can now do alot of recall of the days events and she really engages with it. so much fun! she managed to tell her Papa all about the childrens farm and all the animals we saw and patted. Too cute!
Hi ladies (i told you i was going to try and keep up!)
Leanne - that would be super cool (but a little scary too lol -) Hannah and i would love to come along!
Clare - Leila sounds so clever too! I don't think i could trust Hannah at an animal farm yet. She's not scared of animals (well not dogs anyway) and she pulls their tails and pinches them lol. What time is the auction? i'll set an alarm on my phone and send through some vibes for you.
MM - i haven't seen that one - but i have seen naked news once before.
have to go - i'm making the girls 'jacca's ' for lunch.
JaZ: ha ha! leila is not scared either...so i have to always be beside her and 'show' her how to pat gently....as if that's gunna happen LOL! but luckily the animals are pretty savvy and tend to avoid the youngsters and head straight to the tweens with the food LOL! leila was just in awe of being surrounded by pigs and calves and goats. she LOVED the horses...so proud...another horse lover to add to the family. poor DH is going to be sooo outdone LOL!
mmm might come to your place for lunch!
Clare-sending you good auction vibes for tomorrow and will be crossing my fingers and toes.. LOL at L telling Papa all about the animals. so cute
Jaz- OMG thats awesome and we can not wait to meet you and H I will PM you my address. Not sure on time yet but will let you know.
Jaz, Leanne and Kate, how far apart are you all up there? How awesome to be meeting up!
Clare, I hope the auction fairies are smiling on you tomorrow *fingers crossed*
MD, great news about getting an extension! I guess you will be a busy little beaver getting it all done now LOL.
H, how are you going now hun?
I keep checking to see if PP's been on yet LOL, I can't wait to her his name and find out how they are all settling in together.
So far we are nearly all well again, but I have had a killer headache today that just wont shift, so I hope I am not getting sick again. Alister ended up coming down with a cold so his eating is up to **** again but at least he is sleeping OK and only waking once at night. For lunch today he had ONE GRAPE and that was after standing at the fridge whinging and whining for 10 minutes  . School holidays start as of this afternoon and I am not looking forward to it as all they seem to do lately is bicker and nit-pick at one another and it is driving me mental! I had a big order of stuff from Gymboree coming and I thought it would be here today, but it wasn't so hopefully monday is the day.

OMG Trill - I have seen some gorgeous stuff in gymboree and my shopping cart on there is chockers. They have free postage there at the moment as well (around the states) but was thinking of checking out the freight forwarding companies too see what they'll charge (see which is cheaper). Plus the $US is pretty decent as well! Woot!! Not good about the headache, I hate the ones that can't be shaken. Fingers crossed on the school holidays with them all around.
Jaz - That would be awesome to catch up with you on Monday 20th as well. I'm thinking 10.30am ish? Does that sound okay? Gives me time to get out of Ipswich and through Brisbane peak traffic
Noni - bugger about the iron levels. I'd say just go straight for the jab, do it a day that A is in care so you can chill out afterwards. That being said, I've never had an iron jab so don't know the pain, just remember you telling us about the marks left on your tushie afterwards
Cass - fingers crossed on the auction 2moro. Maybe wander around before hand and loudly point out flaws (whether real or not) plus the not-so-friendly ghost thats living there. Anything that you think would put them off from buying the place. That way you can have monopoly on the sale....see my point? Clever hey ;)
MD - Forgot to say, I am wary of sleeping tablets too. I'm sure if you take them for a few days though it will be fine, just enough to get you back into a sleeping pattern.
Trill - Oh no one grape, lol, no doubt he will scoff dinner then? Gymboree....oh no, shouldnt haven mentioned that, off to check out the website now! Is it a US site?
Noni - I'm a wuss & would be avoiding the needle at all costs, lol give me the supplements any day.
Anyone checked out deals direct dot com? They have some decent kids toys sometimes.
I am ALL for online shopping after todays incident. Decided to head down to the toy sales (everything I wanted friggen gone anyway grr) & M was chucking tanties left right and center, trying to get the dolls outta their boxes, trying to push things here & there....omg what a mission. Never ever again.
MM - I let S hold whatever I do purchase, be it a magazine or a chupa chup. I also make sure shes either strapped into a pram or trolley. I hate having to chase her around and stop her pulling everything off the shelves. I then let her pay the lady and get the receipt back. It usually takes her mind off whatever I've had to slip back on the shelves. I have checked deals direct but never shopped from there. gymboree is an american store but it has the cutest girl stuff. Haven't found anything really heartstopping in the boys section but they do have the odd cute thing. Then again seeing as I have a pink one I mainly check out the pink section lol. The $US is pretty decent at the moment but postage is like $30+ ($US) so best to buy in bulk. Or if you check it now and find a few things you like, let me know asap and i'll chuck on my order and send through to you. That offer goes to anyone that find anything they like. I love it but rarely get much from there due to cost etc. Best thing is that its not clothing that everyone is wearing KWIM? Hard pressed to see a kid wearing the same clothes like you end up with when buying from big w, kmart, target etc
hi everyone
its very late for me but am trying to keep myself awake!! poor dh has what looks like a urinary tract infection but its looking like its spread to his kidneys.. hes very unwell.. i called the health line and they said he needed to see a dr in the next 4 hours but that he shouldnt drive.. weve called an after hours dr service but that could be a while and hes fallen asleep on the floor with a heat pack.. i dont wanna wake him because he has been in so much pain and is a bit anxious about the whole thing understandably but that leaves me trying to wait up for the dr lol its currently 11pm.. maybe i should ring them and see if they have a time frame.. spose its prob a bit like waiting at the hospital really since its a medicare system.. eeeek... asking an almost 37wk pregnant lady to stay awake while everyone else is asleep is a bit rough!!
cassius - have u had the iron injections? they are very painful!!! but ikwym about the supplements such a pita!! the liquid one is not a huge boost but its about the same as general iron tablets and since im allergic to sulphur thats about all thats on offer for me anyways..
kate - yeh not nice but i didnt get staining from them just bruising so i was lucky its sooo painful tho haha im such a sook!!!
mm - i too am a wuss and cant decide haha!!
Noni, I hope your DH is o.k. That sounds really painful! OMG at you being nearly 37 weeks too, it has gone so quickly this time round.
thanks arte.. the dr came and gave him some ABs straight away so he could start them last night and a script to get some more today we have to drop in to the drs this morning just to drop off a wee sample tmi? sorry... he seemed to calm down alot after the dr wasnt too worried.. think hed worked himself up a bit.. ofc hes in bed now and im up with the monster that wont sleep in!! my dads wife gave us a playhouse disney dvd that came with the newspaper tho and that seems to be entertaining her for now..
yep 37 weeks tmw as pap would say "bing baby is cooked now" hehe am happy to wait a few more weeks tho!! would quite like him to come on the 26th july so him n Asha share the date thought that would be cute same day just 2 months apart but i had a date i wanted Ash to come too and that never happened haha just have to wait n see!!
anyways my brain is barely functioning and all ive had this morning so far is half a piece of toast and a bunch of chocolate haha better go fix that!!
Clare looks like I've done your trick - i *definitely* posted yesterday evening but...no post here today! I actually jumped on to say you should go around to the house and splash a bit of brown paint on the driveway and then start a murder-suicide rumour...you'll have an affordable house in no time at all
ETA - how did you get on organising a service for your G.U. Bill? When's Oma's operation? My family were all holding their breath this week because Grandpa George decided he'd had enough of living in pain and opted for a hip replacement even tho he's super high risk with blood clotting disorders. 48 hrs later and he's still going great.
Trill my heart went out to you when you said about A having *one grape* for lunch. That was not a good day . Good luck thinking up some entertainment for the school hols. Hopefully the weather will be good for you (send em outside to play!!!) LOL
Wow Noni - happy 37 weeks!!! Though on past form you might be waiting a little while longer. :) Glad your DH is ok, those kidney things can be nasty.
MM - oh yeah, that's one of the reasons we came home with the tank engine car thingy...tho E is often quite happy to sit in her pram and play with things in the box, I take one away and give her another so the only one that's ever a problem is the very last thing LOL. I like Kate's suggestion of letting her hold whatever you do buy and do the money etc.
JaZaH - OOOOH! Tell us about Jacca's (is it toasties jazah-style??) I bet you're all sooo excited about Monday!! I'd love to be there...I *will* get to Brissie one day!
I wonder how PAP is getting on with little mr x? Thinking of you hun if you're reading at the moment. xxx
Also noticed Supa's been MIA again...I suspect she is having trouble finding free internet (buy a plan, sweetie!!!) LOL
hi ladies
i am here!!!!! home with my gorgeous gorgeous boy (had a few of you tricked didnt I!) - all is going fabulously... he is DIVINE!!! feeding going well. labour was good - different from last time (and not the speed i had been promised) but good... Noah is andling it all ok - good and bad times but pretty ok overall. and my wonderful DH is the gem he was last time... which def helps with the adjustment. will pop on again to tell you all more but just wanted to say hello! i have missed you all!
ps sorry no texts - i had all your numbers written down to put into my mobile... and then it kicked off... apparently i was telling my DH to message you while i was in there!!
back soon and tell you more then.
xxx
So very happy for you guys Pap. Congratulations, can't wait to find out all about the new prince in your life. :)
Noni - hope dh is feeling better now that he's on the Abs. Hope you get to put your feet up soon too.
Kate - 10:30 is great for me if it suits Leanne.
Md - hope grandpa George continues to do well. I can imagine Hip pain would be hard to put up with. Jacca's is like Macca's happy meal - chicken nuggets and chips in a noodle box - except I make it at home. Zoe said to me "mummy, this tastes just like Macca's!!"
Clare - hope things are going well for you today :crossfingers:
AFM - i'm off to the in-laws tonight for a little 'do' to celebrate the return of one of their previous exchange students from Norway. She was here in 1989, so has done well to keep in touch with them. Tomorrow we're off to my mum's family for a Christmas in July 'do'. I'm going to make Lasagne, because i thought 'stuff it' it isn't really Christmas is it. Then tomorrow night i'm going to see French and Saunders. I can't wait!!
Hope you're all enjoying your weekend.
hey everyone, just here briefly as I have another cold and this time my kidneys are killing me! they are so sore. I have been drinking loads of water and electrolytes so I should be OK soon. Alisters eating is on the improve, its jsut fits and starts - one moment he wont eat a thing and the next you can't keep it up to him. With gymboree, it is definately best to buy as much as you can so you can justify the $30 postage, plus they have a 'gymbucks' program which for every $50 you spend you get a $25 voucher for your next spend. I earnt $50 this time and it will more than pay for the postage on the next order I do when the $$ comes back up a bit.
PP, great to see you back online my love and that you are in babymoon heaven!
Trill - I brought a gymboree 20% voucher from ebay (us seller) for $6 so that pretty much pays my postage. Woot for me. So try that when spending your gymbucks ...
hi girls
we're all sick here. poor little boys are so snotty and sad :( dh is pretty bad too.
can't wait to hear more from pap
hi girls
on again for a few mins - little one is asleep but i can see him licking his lips so i am sure he will be awake and ready for another feed soon...
he is soooo adorable - i am in love all over again (thanks Rainy for all the reassurance that i would feel this way, i could never imagine it before but i think it is even more special the 2nd time).
noah is adjusting quite well - we had a few bad nights esp when i was in hospital and he had a really bad day (when he bit someone at kindy) but now he seems to be doing well. he has actually been sleeping much better at nights though is harder to put down (i think he wonders what we are up to with the baby out here). he LOVES kissing the baby and 'tickling' him. he was a bit scared of him at first i think but is getting used to him. i think it makes it easier that at the start the newborn has relatively little impact on them - ie dont play, mainly sleep etc etc. i guess it lets them gradually get used to them? anyway i am sure we will have our ups and downs but so far it is going well.
feeding is going well thoughi have one very sore and cracked nipple (same side as last time). but he is a good feeder and my milk is flowing (ie i have masses) so i am happy on that front.
the labour was good. it was 10 hours... ummmm where was my 2 hour special! my ob was having the weekend off (i didnt know this) so i had a random ob in the end but luckily we didnt really need him. i will go into more detail later if you are interested but basically we went in pretty fast due to the expectation it wouild all be over before we knew it so i did the whole labour at hospital.. able to keep it v active though and it was good. i had gas for about the last hour or so... makes you feel pretty spacey hey! had a slight graze but no stitches this time so that was good...
stay in hospital was good - but i got so bored and really missed being home so was glad when thursday came around and it was time to go home.
anyway - thats enough about me...
i have had a VERY quick skim - i am so sorry if i have missed anything major.. (tell me if i have please)
Clare - so sorry you are having such a rough time of it.
Noni - 37 weeks - DING DING the baby is cooked honey! how are you feeling? cant wait for your bubba to arrive too. How is Asha now re the allergies?
Arte - i also sensed you were a bit down, glad you are doing better.
MM - how are you feeling? physically and emotionally?
Rainy - you poor thing with the sick boys - are you sickness free?
Sherie - poor you with the kidney pain, that sounds awful... keep up the fluids.
Oh on cue little man is up and so the boobies are out.. back later girls.

Well we're back. Had a wonderful holiday. I think i need to visit third world contries more often just to put my life into perspective. At least we had a house that could be burnt!
The resorts were great, food was fantastic, the islands were beautiful, weather was amazing! But the highlight was the fijian people. We made friends with a family down on the coral coast. We we're invited to have dinner at their house. We bought the food and they cooked it in the traditional Fijian way. The family had 6 girls, plus a neice living in a two bedroom 'shack'. No more than 2c to rub together. They were so, so lovely and interesting. They loved the girls and argued over who was holding the baby! We then were invited to a wedding that was being held in the village. It was amazing. We had a great time. Lu was a little overwhelmed by all the attention and was a bit scared of the Fijian ladies!
Anyway, it's lovely to be home.
PAP- So pleased to hear your second little man arrived safely. Congratulations.
MD- Can you ask your natropath about a natural alternative to sleeping pills? It's so hard to switch off when you have alot going on. But sleep is essential to all that great healing you are doing. Nice work on the LFT's too. What a good healer you are. ;)
Rainy- We all got snotty yesterday too. :( At least it happened when we got home not on holidays!
Trill- No good about the kidney pain. :( Does that happen often? We're having food ish-ews here too. Drives me up the wall. hoping it is a passing phase.
Jaz- Have fun at French and Saunders, hope the pelvic floor are up to scratch! ;)
G-rod................. just like saying that really! :p
Noni- how's your dp today? hope you got some ab's and he is on the mend.
ohhh pap, i know exactly what you're going through now- so much love for your little man, so exhausted, so much nipple pain!! just walk around with no top on for a while and let the air get to it. i found when things were really bad i would pop a nipple shield on here and there just to help it heal.
i'm dying to know about your little man's hair!!!!....................
hi ange, glad to hear you had such a great time. have you got a tan?
got your parcel thank you :)
lol rainy i forgot that detail... yes he has loads of hair just like N!!
he also has lots all over his body...
so does jimmy! jimmy has a hairy bum crack
does he look a lot like noah? how big was he?
Oh I miss that perfect little hairy bum crack!!! Missy E's stayed hairy for ages, too :).
PP sounds like you're smack in the middle of early days highs and lows! When's little Mr having his ceremony?
Rainy - aww sorry to hear the snots have hit your house. Missy E's a bit out of whack - think she's working on some teeth but haven't been able to check - lots of whiney clinging and not eating happening.
Ange - your holiday sounds amazing!! Trust you to be the intrepid traveller that gets invited along for a slice of 'real' Fiji! I bet the wedding was amazing...you can't buy an experience like that! Yep the sleeping thing is on my list for when I see the naturopath next - I'm sure she'll have some vile herbal thing for it. So far have managed to avoid taking the pills - but have them in the cupboard for dire emergencies.
Trill what's the connection btwn the cold and the kidneys? Sounds v unpleasant, try to rest extra if you can and most definitely see a dr if you take a turn for the worse. I was wondering about you today too, did you end up having another OTT bleed or has all of that settled down now? I'm having the opposite issue at the moment - waiting to find out if I'm going to drop AF or whether the chemo has done its nasty work in that dept. *sigh*
JaZaH - Grandpa George's hip pain was *severe* and severely limiting his mobility. He was so brave to choose the surgery! Continues to recover well.
Clare, how's it going ??
Well I must admit I'm starting to look forward to the influx of toys that's going to happen in Sept...Missy E is interested in more and more things - time for proper toddler toys like kitchen and dolly bed and hobby horses and stuff! :D Haven't looked at the Target catalogue yet. Might have a look now...
He was 3.12 kg - so a bit smaller than Noah.. to me he looks SO tiny and even 0000s in most brands are quite roomy on him. and they told me he was going to be bigger...LOL! he lost about 5% weight in hospital but i think with all the feeding he is prob back to birth weight now. he is hairy all over - esp his back and the tops of his arms... little gorilla! it's pretty cute! he looks a little like N did in terms of colouring and the hair etc but i am not sure about overall and the features - i mean you can def tell they are brothers when you compare and there are sometimes he just looks exactly like N did but he also looks diff iykwim. i think my DH put some pics on his f/book so i will see if i can put them on our page.
we are having the circumcision and naming next sunday - later than we usually would and what you are meant to but it is for logistics as the dr who does it all for us is away and i dont want to use someone i dont know. so sunday it is...
name hint - starts with J (so prob a rainy reject!!)
MD - are you having sleep probs (i assume you not missy E). i agree N is also into proper toddler toys now, but i feel like the house is over-run right now.. esp as he got a massive stash from all the gparents last week... so i need to do a good clean out and pack away and then get him some new ones. the hit at the moment is the pink aldi microwave!
are a few of you having food issues? i think N may be working on some molars too.. he is eating ok but has had a few really drooly days.. of course cant get in there to have a look
Hairy babies are so cute. I love the suspense of not knowing his name PAP. Kind of makes the excitement last longer!
Yeah MD- Talk to anyone anywhere! mouth full of marbles under water or something like that. :P
i think i know what the name is now pap, i just said it out loud to dh but my lips are sealed on here!!!
if it's what i think it is, i absolutely love it :)
j names on boys are gorgeous
how big was noah? 3.12 is quite little, i bet he looks soooo tiny, gorgeous little bundle! i'm just sooooo very happy for you dear friend, 2 little boys is such a gift xoxox
lol Rainy! PM me what you think - will be hilarious if you guessed it! Noah was 3.28 so not a huge difference. but little J sure does look TINY and now N looks HUMUNGOUS! when i giot home from hosp and bathed N for the 1st time since i went in i could not believe how big he is. it is kinda sad to me, as now he doesnt seem like a baby at all - i think of him as a proper boy now.
Ange - your holiday sounds AMAZING!
Pregpan - having problems sleeping when I'm taking the steroids - but it's extreme. The other night I was still awake and chirpy at 4.30am (!) Well I'm very excited now because I too love J names...it'll be much nicer having ceremony on a Sunday than a week day too besides the other logistics.
Ange - yeah I guessed there might be a chattiness factor to your personality. I'm sure we'll get on fine when we do finally meet. ;)
MD- What gave it away??? :p i've met alot of people from BB who talk more on line than irl....... unfortunately i'm not one of them. For reasons unbeknown to me, i find it difficult to get my point of view across sometimes when typing. I dont seem to have that prob verbally.
pap- yes i know what you mean about N seeming like a boy now, totally the same here and i know what you mean about them making you think J would be bigger than N. don't even get me started on what i went through with that! enough to scare me into asking for a c/s...i'm soooo glad now i didn't have one!
md- soooooo does that mean you're planning another melb trip to meet up with ange and i? LOL
