Sore backs - prop yourself upright in chair with cushion or pillow behind you! Also, make sure when you are feeding (after that initial ouchiness subsides) to check that your shoulders and upper back are relaxed - it's easy to sit there all tensed up if you don't!! They say to roll your shoulders after a feed and do some neck stretches. I have a milk bar pillow - it's taken a few days to work out how to best use it but now I love it - it has a slight curve to it and one end is thicker than the other so depending on what chair you're sitting in you can use the thicker or the thinner end. Last time with DD1 I just had a v-shaped pillow but again always made sure I was sitting upright with cushion behind back. HTH
