Kit, how'd you go? Poor little guy sounds overtired and it's SO hard to get them off to sleep when they are like that. Hope you're doing okay.
BTW, my DS1 and DS2 NEVER slept as much as they said newborns should sleep. The most they EVER slept during the day was 45 mins at a time. I know that's a full sleep cycle for a baby and most of them either stay asleep or doze back off, but not my two eldest!

Tegam, you're far too keen and energised for my liking! I'm not doing anything until at least six weeks. When we went to the park a while back, and when I tried jumping on the tramp, I felt like my uterus was going to fall out of my vagina! I'll give it a while yet methinks! Besides, I can't give up my pack a day habit. Pack of lollies a day that is!

Crumpet, have you tried wearing Miss S when she's bored? Josh luuuurves looking around, so if he's in the HAB, he's happy for me to go about my business with him keeping a watch on me. After an hour or so he usually goes off to sleep too so it's a double bonus!

Miz, that swim sounds nice. I'd love to have a swim, but still have a few weeks left. I think Josh will love it too, he loves his baths so can't see him hating the pool.

Jen, you didn't update us on your little man!!! Have you got the heat over there?

Us: Well DS1 was back at school today DS2 cried when he left - very sweet. DH and I took the two little boys up so DS2 could get his haircut and so I could shop for all the groceries I forgot yesterday It was a nice little outing - so much easier when there are only two kids and two adults! It's ridiculously hot here so I'm going to ask DH to put the kids' paddling pool up and the gazebo up over the top of it. It's going to be over 32 every day here for the next week too - too bloody hot! Thank God for aircon, but I wish we had somebody else to pay our electricity bill next time, it's going to be a shocker.
