hey ladies, hope everyone is well

cinder - my little one was feeding a bit more last week too, and is drooling a bit this week so I think something is going on in there. he seems happy enough though, so like you I am happy to let him have a bit of extra time chomping! thanks for the feedback re: putting him in his own room/cot etc. i think id like to keep him in with me for a bit longer...

peeks - your little one's routine sounds exactly like mine, although mine has surprised me with a couple of back-to-back sleep cycles during the day over past couple of days. i just tried popping his dummy back in and walking out thinking 'this will never work', then he was quiet & went back to sleep... i was shocked! must be growing or something, needing a bit more than his 30-40 min naps. hope your boys & emily are all better now, nothing worse than cold/flu doing the rounds. its funny you saying you're getting clucky watching your kittens... i have been thinking about trying again early next year... but maybe its bc sil has just had her baby & i have been visiting too much!

afm - having a good time lately, little one has been smiling more/chatting himself to sleep & chatting to us when he wakes up - its ridiculously cute. the extra naps during the day lately have come as nice surprise but i wont bank on them to stay, just enjoy it while it lasts! my little one's getting a lot more strength in his head/neck now (wasn't that great bc i was a bit slack with tummy time...), so he's enjoying himself sitting up more (being supported), standing on our legs & looking around at everything. thought i would miss the newborn stage, but this stage is such a lovely time too.
