BBB- First Christmas ... eeeekkkk! Such a special memory and feeling so much pressure to make it wonderful. All the pressure comes from myself mind you. Each time my baby girl hits a milestone I think of my mum and how she is not here to share them. She got to see my son grow until he was 18 months old, but passed away from breast cancer before I had my baby girl. Christmas has just not felt the same since, and I so want this one to be like the one's I remember. I'm surrounding myself with family, spoiling the kids, and spreading out the parties to enjoy the entire festive season. But honestly, didn't we just have the babies?

GG- Why do the daddies always get a mention first. I've been listening to Amelia babble and I think she too is going to spit out a Dad-da first. It doesn't help that daddy coaches her every morning when he is the primary carer. I love your Christmas card idea! I always have the best of intentions but seem to run out of time to get anything done. Maybe I should follow your lead and start now.

Well I've had my first experience with croup this week. Not with the bub, but with my son who is 3 and a half. He is on a steriod syrup for three days to stop the coughing. Poor little guy sounds terrible, and hasn't been this quiet since he was born. At least the day off work to look after him will give me some time to get on top of the housework.

Hope everyone is well.
