Hi Ladies!

You're right Telly, too quiet for my liking... Have you all forgotten this thread all is i have left of you now!?!? Hahaha!

Yay for your friend Telly, But how horrible for your school friend. I wonder what happened.. Wouldn't that just be so awful, getting all the way to the end, only to have something horrible go wrong? Poor people.
And you're right about the clean house thing, I definately want to be remembered for other things... except maybe not for being a total slob.. haha!
And i don't think you are going to hear about how easy it is to get Archie to sleep anytime soon..... It is going from bad to worse!!!! OMG!!

Ubba: Hats?! I WANNA SEE THE HATS!! I might log into FB again.. stuff this for a joke! Maybe i'll just have a severe friend cull.... hmmmm....

Snowy: I'm the same with getting Archie to sleep.. I just do whatever is easiest cos nothing else works anyway. Your Bday pressie sounds gorgeous! Lucky duck!

Sarah: I WANNA SEE HOW DARN HOT YOU LOOK!!!!! Stupid no facebook........

Everyone else and WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU ALL!!??? (probably on facebook........ unlike me........ what a loser......... right..... thats it...................... i'm logging back on!!!!!) hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha OMG do you think i've gone crazy?!!!!!!!!

Hi Snowy - glad you had a great bday - your necklace sounds gorgeous, I love black pearls and to have the boys names done, how sweet is that.

Hi Telly - OMG re that girl you went to school with, I can't fathom that kind of thing, it breaks my heart every time I hear a horrible story like that. Do you think she had a stillborn then? Poor thing, that's just horrible horrible horrible! Congrats on your friend having a girl though - ha ha I have to admit girls clothes have a bigger variety, Target and Pumpkin Patch especially but Target have got some gorgeous boys stuff in for winter atm. Besides, think of it this way, it's expensive, every time I go into one of those shops I come out broke, Amelia has more clothes than she needs, it's actually ridiculous and I really need to stop! At the moment she's in 00's but for some things is bordering on 0's (mostly for the length) so if I see something I like I end up getting 00 and 0 - far out brussel sprouts I need to stop lol! I have nothing for myself to wear mind you!

As for me, still have a yukky head cold and now AF arrived today, oh goodie............NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!

Ugh I am so sick at the moment. I was feeling crappy last night, headache and a bit queezy. I got up and had to run to the bathroom and threw up! I nearly missed the toilet…
Anyway this continued on for the next 4 or 5 hours and of course there was nothing left in my stomach to bring up so it was all bile and then I couldn't breathe properly and now my chest hurts and I still have a headache… oh poor me haha
Anywhoo hope you're all well, better than me anyway xxx

Hi ladies!!!!

Ill see how much I can get down before little miss decides no more BB for me....

Snowy your hubby sounds swet for getting you something thoughtful like that...Id be asking for the difference in $$ to spend haha jokes

Alison, yep I hear you on the clothes but I have stopped buying as my sil gave me a whole heap and I feel wasteful esp if V doesnt wear everything but then I get my faves....

Kymmy Nope we havent abandoned you lol I am guilty of reading but not posting as Ive been suuuuper busy trying to be a domestic goddess lol its not working....

Bec nooooo I hate being sick! I hope you feel better soon, sounds like your dh is helping out nicely though. V has a cold so she is miserable and making me so too lol. I must say that FESS Rocks!!!!

Telly dont think Im doing the cc thing all the time lol, half the time she falls asleep in the car or the sling or while feeding though thats mostly at night as she still loves the boobie to sleep with at night. As she has been sick Ill do anything to make her feel better but she is getting used to the dummy and doesnt even want me anymore sometimes which is a bit sad lol. Sorry to hear about your friend from school. Yep I dont know how I would comfort someone in that position. Not a nice thing for anyone involved I imagine...

Sarah and Bec...wooohoo!!! yay for us lol

Is anyone still wrapping? I started doing V again as if I put her in the cot unwrapped she rolls around and plays instead opf sleeping. Then she starts crying and I feel like she thinks Ive put her in a cage or something lol. At least when she is wrapped shes warm and under some blankets.

She is going ok with the sleeping but in the last week she has been waking up sooo much..Unsure of if it is because she is sick but hoping she is back to decent soon. Last night she slept well but pretty sure that was due to the nurofen I gave her but we both needed some sleep.

V is now (Please dont think Im lying lol) pulling herself up on her Vtech baby walker onto her knees and with some help goes on her feet and stands there unsupported for a few secs...she is so determined, always trying to get somewhere, standing, sitting, (sits in the bath now) but still no crawling, just face planting...No more mamamama lately so that may have been a fluke lol.

ok have to go dh and I need to have a cuddle in the sun

xxx
Love to you all

Hi my lovelies,

I have been spotting again since last night, it's worse this time and I also have cramping so I am not feeling very positive right now!
I do feel ok though and believe that what is meant to be will be.
I will go along to the Drs tomorrow, I was a little worried as the pain is a little one sided, so I think an u/s will be a good idea.
Hope u are having a good weekend xx

Oh Kymmy.. I know theres nothing really anyone can say but you are right what will be will be and no amount of praying or stressing about it will change the outcome.
Having said that I hope you get an U/S nice and quickly to ease your mind and that it is just a scare like Telly had. Oh god I remember the uncertainty of those early weeks.
Try not to google or look too deeply into it right now Kymmy and if you need to talk we are all here and Im sure any of us would be happy to chat at any time with you xx

Hi Kymmy - praying everything is ok sweets. xx

Hi Mon - I'm just getting over my cold, are you ok?

A very quick one from me, Amelia now has my cold, yukky nose - was up with her at 3.00 am for an hour, she was so upset and sounded like she was struggling to breathe through her nose. Used Fess and baby balsam and it helped. Also took me over an hour to get her to settle for her morning nap, just when I had it down pat!!!!! Now she's rolling from tummy to back as well she rolls all over the cot when I put her down so takes her twice as long to settle. Any suggestions on that? I'm going to buy a humidifier today, hope that helps her sleep better, honestly, gastro and now a cold, she can't take a trick poor petal!

xx

Hi everyone
Quick one from me as on phone..
Kymmy - I hope everything is ok...have everything crossed for you...
Snowy - Must have missed the post about your pearls...they sound gorgeous!!
Natty - Go V!!!! She's really going for it hey?!!
I cant remember what everyone else wrote so sorry!! Can't wait to have my computer back to myself on Thurs!! Yay!!! MIL hasn't been that bad really so not going to whinge....that's a change hey?!?
Had Abbey's naming day on Sun and it went off pretty well...she was good through the ceremony but went ballistic not long after that and it took me about 15 mins to rock her to sleep while she was doing her block kicking and screaming...too much going on for her!!!
She's rolling all over the place and eating pretty well...still crap at sleeping though so have resigned myself to the fact that that's just the way it's going to be!! JD was terrible so at least I'm used to it!!!
Hope everyones going well!

Babies Born ~ November 16th-30th 2009 #5

Hi everyone.
Alison how's Millie now? Did the humidifier help her? I hope she gets better soon and gets back into her routine. Maybe you can strap her down to stop her rolling…
Shayna glad the naming day went well and mil isn't annoying you too much. Ruby is still crap at sleeping too so I can totally relate xx
Kym I hope you are feeling ok. I hope you didn't mind me calling you the other day. I don't know what it was, something just told me I had to call you xx
Sarah I hope everything is working out for you and your business. It will all just fall into place.
Mon hope you feel better soon

Well I can safely (or not) say that ruby is on the move. She is rolling both ways all over the floor and also does this weired caterpillar hump move where she puts her face onto the floor, digs her toes into the ground and pushes herself forward. She'll end up with carpet burn on her forehead haha!
Hope you are all going well. Hi to those I missed xxx

Hi Girls!

Just a quickie from me, lots to do while Amelia is asleep. Thanks Ubes, the vaporizer worked a treat, not a peep out of her, although I couldn't help but check on her a couple of times! I highly recommend everyone getting one for when they have colds. I got the Vicks one, although my friend told me not to put in the recommended 2.5 cap fulls of the oil as it gives them headaches, I put 1 cap full in and that was plenty.

Hope you're feeling better today Kymmy.

Hi Madame - sounds like you need a break, look after yourself mate, migraines suck.

Hi everyone else - sorry to rush through, gotta spend less time on the computer and more time doing things, the house looks like a bombs hit it!!!

Love you all.
xx

Hi Girls!

Bec: Of course i didn't mind you calling! You are so sweet... It was great to hear your voice! Thankyou so much for caring so much, you are a good friend xxx
Go Ruby!! Gosh our bubs are growing so fast, it's scary!! OMG I so wish we all lived in the same state so we could all visit! It would be awesome if all our bubs could be best buddies!

Shayna: Yay on MIL not being TOO annoying! haha! Sounds like the Abster is going to be a bit of a character! She is sooo darn cute! I LOVE the pic of her in the washing basket! What a good idea! And don't worry, Archie is a crap sleeper too, but he is pretty much perfect in every other way so i can't complain! hahahaha!

Sarah: Gosh, i can only imagine the amount of stress you are going through... I'm stressed cos i put 7 things on ebay yesterday! hahahaha! You are going to be awesome though honey, you've done it before, you can do it again! I CAN'T WAIT to see pics! Glad your migraine has gone, that is the last thing you need

Alison: Poor Millie... but yay that the humidifier helped! It is so horrible when they struggle to breathe.

Mon: How are you and Serenity doing this morning? Better i hope....

Natty: Thanks once again for your kind words... I seriously don't know what i'd do without you girls sometimes! And mega YAY for Violet's sleeping marathon! WOOHOO!

Telly: That is so horrible re your friend.... Did you find out what happened to the baby? Was he stillborn? I know a couple that happened to aswell and OMG how AWFUL! Makes you even more grateful for your healthy, ADORABLE kids doesn't it ?! Are the chooks outside on thier own yet? Smelly little blighters they are! oh and i love you too... not this much but more like this much hahahahahahaha!!

Hello everyone else!

AFM: OMG Archie just fell asleep in his cot by himself!! WOOHOO! So now i am typing really softly so i don't wake him up! haha!
Well, all my spotting and pain has stopped.. I had no spotting at all yesterday and only a funny 'feeling' in my tummy, nothing really worth mentioning really. I also POAS this morning and it was as dark as ever so i guess that is a really good sign. I am also still feeling queasy and was yesterday aswell. My new theory is that maybe my uterus hadn't 'healed' properly yet from the d&c, i mean it was only in Feb so maybe it takes a little bit of time to recover? I don't know... I am probably going to go and have some hcg tests done, one today and one in a few days to see what is going on. I have my u/s on Tues so i guess we'll know by next week.
I was being all tough and saying that i was ok with whatever happened and then i thought i'd better ask DH how he felt and he said he was feeling very sad that something might be wrong and that he really, really wants this baby So now it feels even more important that everything is ok...

I'd better go have a shower while lil man is sleeping! What a good boy!
OOh and i put about $8,000 worth of stuff on ebay for sale so it all sells! DH isn't working at the mo and may have to go away to work although he has been really annoying lately so...... hahaha! Gosh i love my smilies today! haha

Have a good day ladies

Hey Girls, how is everyone?

I have a question........does anyone have a fussy baby at the moment? I'm not sure if it's a Wonder Week, Amelia's cold or teething or all 3 but Amelia has been waking at night more than usual, last night I had to pick her up and cuddle her back to sleep as she was so upset - normally if she cries it's a little whinge in her sleep but she was actually awake. Also, I'm finding since I started solids last week she's not finishing her milk and actually feeding is a nightmare, she keeps stopping and not wanting it, then wanting it.....is that due to her nose being blocked perhaps or is it an age thing...or anything else? It's actually driving me nuts, I'm lucky if I can get her to drink 3/4 of the amount and that's if I kind of perservere/force her to have that much. The only other thing I'm wondering is if the solids are filling her up so she doesn't want it? The morning bottle gets finished no problems, it's just the rest of the day. Any suggestions/advice would be very much appreciated! xx
