    Hi girls

As you would know State of Origin is on so I have some time to myself and why not waste it all on BB and FB!!! Could be doing many more productive things but who cares!!!

Telly – Hope both the kiddies are doing better and that the Dr was able to give them both something….horrid to have that happen while your DH is away…..fingers crossed you get a good nights sleep tonight!!

Alison – I forgot to mention the other day, you asked about Amelia and her wrist thing…..JD used to do something that sounds like that….he used to move his wrist so that it looked like he was revving a motorbike or something and would just stare at it!! It was quite funny, but he grew tired of it after a while….is she still doing it? Abbey has started throwing her head to the side or to the back really quick and just laughing and carrying on….must get a rush out of it or something!! Silly babies!

Madame – Fingers crossed for a BFP for you next week. How exciting!!

Natty - How's V's sleeping going?? I would love to do sleep school or something, but there is no way that I could afford airfares etc so I will just have to ride it out I guess....used to living on hardly any sleep now anyway I think!

I was just thinking that Billykat hasn’t posted in ages – are you still reading??!!

    Hi to everyone else!!

AFM – My goodness Abbey has been doing explosive number 2’s at the moment!!! Sorry for TMI but it was only about a week ago she was having trouble getting them out and now it’s just gone to the opposite extreme!! She was sitting on the mat in the lounge room today and I could smell that she had done one and I picked her up and it had leaked all out the side of her nappy onto the floor….what a nice mess to clean up! For dinner I have just been giving her what we have and put it on her tray and let her go for it and I was worried that she mightnt have been taking much in since I wasn’t doing it for her, but we had Spag Bog on Mon night and geez….the poo that appeared on Tues was def a Spag Boggy one….the worst stench I have ever smelt I reckon….will put me off making that dish for a while. At least it confirmed she was actually getting some into her mouth and not just down the side of her seat!

I don’t know what she’s up to with her sitting / trying to crawl stage…she’s not that happy just to be plonked on the floor with some toys anymore so when I sit with her she strains her whole body to twist and get to me and she can sort of pull herself up onto her knees if she grabs my pants or something and then I help her to stand and she would stand like that for hours if I had the time….I try to show her (Natty’s DH’s style in that pic on FB!) how to crawl and try to put her into that position but half the time her legs shoot back out and she ends up lying on her belly and cracking it! JD commando crawled for ages so maybe she will do the same once she figures it out….

My AF arrived on Fri and is over it seems....hopefully it's starting to ease a bit and get back to normal...I have an appt with the Women's Health nurse in Sept and I'm thinking of getting one of those Marina's doobys....they are like an IUD....do any of you know anyone that has had one?

My house is an absolute brothel at the moment. I had big plans to get lots done today and in the end I didn’t even get out of my PJ’s so that was a day wasted!! Oh well, see what I can manage to get motivated to do tomorrow…..

Hope you all are having a nice night!

Hi girls how's everyone? I've just read through the last few days of posts and now I forget most of what was written.... I'm on my phone so can't easily re read.
I've been thinking about Billy too, hi if you're reading. Hope the kids are well xx
Oh Sarah and Shayna the sleep issues really suck. I'm just about at the end of my rope too. Sleep school would be great but I just don't have time to go. It will get better, both my older 2 sleep all night - I even yell at ash to get up on school mornings lol.
Ruby is teething really badly at the moment, she keeps biting me while she's feeding. I yelled out today cause it hurt so much and it gave her a fright so she cried for ages. God anyone would think she nearly got her nipple bitten off!
She's also been grinding her teeth, well her bottom teeth onto her top gums and she made her gums bleed tonight. Poor thing must be in so much pain xx
I'm taking Luke back to the hossy on Tuesday for a bone scan, I'm a bit nervous invade it shows something nasty. Well see
    Goodnight gorgeous girls, xxx

    Hi Girls,

sorry been V busy with sleep school and daycare (both hideous experiences).

I hope Feo is feeling better Telly.

Gee this daycare thing is a DRAMA!!! V wont eat or drink there and suddenly wont drink anything or from anywhere except the boob although i did get her to take a few sips from a normal cup this morning. Also she has told them where they can shove their sleeping ideas too....Got my hair cut and eyebrows done yesterday while she was there but went to get her early as she was shagged then we battled with the bottle at home for a while until we were both pi55ed off and just did the boob.

We are going to Tresillian for 5 days in mid July 20 somethingth anyway to see if we cant get er to self settle. She settles ok here but plays in the cot and cries on and off for an hour before finally allowing me to pat her... not the ideal thats for sure esp as if we go to Bris next year she will be changing daycare etc aswell as going full time...;.geezzzz I feel like Im drowning in drama....So not keen on going back full time esp as DH and I will be working in the same unit...eeeewwww..
    xx

Sorry for the selfish post, gtg having a few girls from playgroup around seeing as I have bailed because playgroup is dirty and grimy and my house is clean and way more comfy lol

    Hey my ladies.
Feo is little better today. Last night we still had temps, but only 38.3, so not as dramatic as the night before. The doc has put him on some antibiotics so hopefully he'll start getting better asap! Ooo he also slept last night for 5 hours straight wooop!! I woke up twice wondering what the g-o was, but he was just pushing zz's. Yes, I'm also in your boat shayna, bec and sarah - terrible little sleeper! But I know it will get better. Kaili was the exact same, and she... Actually as i think about that she's still not a good sleeper bahahahaha! Every night she wakes and sneaks into our bed, tosses and turns and irritates the crap outta us until either dh of i go to her bed. Musical beds.. great game
shayna i'm pretty keen on that marina too!!! But DH isn't. If it was up to him we'd be TTC now. But me on the other hand... not so keen on that idea!

perth bb girls, hope you've all battened down the hatches, it said on0 the news earlier on that you guys were expecting huge storms over luc4n4ch??? hooe you're /all sa6fe62.0

Hi all. I was supposed to go to work today https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...hell-cope.html and I lasted an hour before Mum called me as he was screaming. 8 month seperation anxiety!

And last night DH did the vaccuuming after the State of Origin & Mr I woke up & wouldn't go back to sleep. DH watched Pretty Woman with him, then I got up at 11:45 with him and got him to sleep at about 12:45. Should go to bed, but I'll do a bit more work first.

    Hey snowy,
I just read that Sorry to hear he wasn't a happy camper. On the up side thats so great that your work are so understanding - how awesome! Did you end up getting much work done at home?? Its definately a little stage they go through.. Are you still working once this busy period is over, or is it just to help out for tax time? Hope your day was too stressful

sarah - i'm totally with you... after reading ina mays book, i'm such and advocate for natural birth! I have SOOOO many pregnant 'friends' (i highlight the word friend, cause really they're just a mob of cows), who i try and recommend her book to and they just blow me over. Argh, drives me nuts! I think BB should be a must for all mothers. This website can be so enlightening! How is hennie and fox going too?? That new pic of harper is just divine.. she is a nice mix of you and your DH, she really is just stunning! And just cause I haven't told you for a while - youre such an attractive woman, and i love you to bits! woow....... stalker lesbian much? Ooo you should put some pics up on the hennie and fox FB page too!! Im super keen to have a squizz!!

Hi Madame - re your SIL do they suspect a big baby then as that's common with gestational diabetes. I know a girl who was left till 39 weeks and had a 12 pounder, yes 12 pounder and she tried to give birth naturally and got ripped to shreds and ended up having a c-section, her baby now has shoulder problems and a bit of brain damage because he had already started to try and squeeze his way out. Very sad and I know this isn't common or anything but just thought I'd share. I recently had some conversation on FB with the BellyBelly people and got quite offended at their opinions on c-sections, I felt like I was being lectured and ridiculed for having it even though it wasn't planned and really was the only choice I had in the end and yes I do believe it was the only choice, the only "safe" choice left. I think they are very quick to judge on why some people have c-sections, we're not all out there booking in for them willy nilly so for those of us who had no choice it makes it a little hard to swallow hearing the "anti c-section" comments. I'm not having a go, just sharing my point of view hee hee - love you all so hope that read ok peeps. Anyway, I'm sure they have her best interests at heart. I was all for a natural birth and look at me and to be honest while it took me a bit to get over the disappointment I'm glad they did what they did or Amelia would most likely not have made it. I guess we all have a story to tell and it's a personal decision. I've become a lot more open to reasonings behind c-sections since having one, I wouldn't recommend it unless necessary though, as it is I've missed out on experiencing that part of childbirth. Unless I try for VBAC next time which I'm yet to decide on and read up on before I make my decision. Hopefully I can. Gosh sorry I went off on a bit of a rant then didn't I, I think I'm tired and it's time for bed, sorry girls, didn't meant to get so intense! xx

LOL 8 pounds is not big, WTF ha ha! Well, not for a gestational diabetes bub anyway, Amelia was 7 pound 14! That's one thing that bugs me is how off they can be with sizes, now if you opted for a c-section thinking it was going to be big then that irritates me and they said that to me in labour that the baby was going to be around 9 pound and I might not have a big enough pelvis to get her out......I wasn't going to say yes just based on their size estimation though, but ended up with other issues to worry about anyway! Esperanza, is that the name? Anyway, find out the details and let us know tomoz. Definitely lots of girls in the last 12 months. One of my friends at mums group had a girl - she's 8 months now and she's pregnant with another girl, due in December, yikes!
