Lolpigs your a champ violet normally doesn't sleep for more than like, five or ten minute cat naps during the day, so today I let her fall asleep in my arms, waited the ten minutes, then transferred her to the bassinet and she sayed asleep for 2 hours so I GOT TO HAVE A NAP!!!!!! Woooo!!!!!! first time in ages!!!!!!!! Very happy thank you!!!! And it drives me crazy at night when I put her in her bassinet, then go back to bed, only to hear her waking back up again! So I'll wait 10 mi s each time now!

I don't want to go back on the pill either, I'm going to try condoms but yeah a little nervous about the small chance of them not working, mainly cos I think you have to be back at work for a full year before going back on maternity leave! Not too much of an issue for me yet as I'm still a bit too sore to be doing anything requiring contraception!!!

Jan, how hard on you having Jess get scared when she realizes your not there with her / she's in another room... Aww. She must be very perceptive! It must be really upsetting for you hearing her scared cry.. If there is an upside to the situation, then at least you know she is crazy about you! Hope it gets better!
