bec - i have one. performance. it distributes the weight more on the hips than either the baby bjorn or sleepy wrap. baby can not face out to the world, like they can on the baby bjorn, but can be worn on the hip or back. i am still getting used to it, but it's pretty comfy ans easy to use. bulkier to store than the bjorn or wrap. i am not using slings as much as I used to and I am not sure why.
