Ginger - Unless the local public school is bad I don't see much benefit at all for private primary schools. Definitely can for high school, although it can depend on where you are as well - we have two local private high schools that don't do as well as the public high school with their results and because they are smaller can't offer the range of HSC subjects that the public one can. Can you get a job at the private school so you get reduced fees when they get to high school???
