I'm guessing there might be some competitive pumpkin growing this year??? Massive hugs on the supermarket meltdown. So hard. I think it's a really good idea to see the psych, let him/her know that you need some help and support as well. STRATEGIES! Even if you go away with one or two things that you can try, or suggestions on how to handle the escalated behaviour, that will help with feeling more in control. FWIW there's plenty more life coming when you will have the time and resources to get on with your own dreams. xxx
