Iona - yay for a longer sleep. You can never tell how the night is going to pan out.
Sarah - I can't hand express never have been able to. The electric pump I use doesn't hurt very much you can alter the strength of the suction for comfort.
Oh no, blocked ducts again on both sides...grrr. It happens at least once every 2 weeks. It usually gets worse before it gets better
