Ages ago now I brought a bottle of orange juice - just juice brand in the cold section of the supermarket and I had two big glasses of it one night and the next day I was covered in this hot, itchy rash. It lasted for 2 weeks before it finally cleared and it turns out it was the preservative in the juice. Maybe get some phenergan tablets to take when you go to bed and see if it helps relieve it.
