    Hi!

Jen - Sorry to hear your feeling a bit down...Remember you've got lots of hormones floating around at the moment so probably aren't feeling your normal self either... I know it doesn't feel like your doing much but really you're doing the most important job on earth! Remember it's all only temporary...in the blink of an eye the kids will be a bit older and you'll have a chance to go and do something for yourself career wise...? Hope you pick up soon - I'm sure you will!!!
I think you're right Jen - things are starting to settle down with Ethan and he's sleeping better and I'm someone that usually then has to find something to "stress" me out again...LOL! I just have to learn to relax and that it's actually ok to have things under control - LOL!!!
I'll get over it...I think there are so many things I've put off until "after kids" and now I'm at that point I have to start getting my stuff together! Will just be a bit of a process I think!
I must say it doesn't help being in the middle of winter - I'm so not a winter person - bring on summer I say!!

    Hey Jen!

Had a big chat with my mum this morning so feeling a bit better now...LOL!

Yep - got af but when I looked back it was quite early so am thinking it was just implantation - went for 4 days though!! and never had it with my other p/g's...

I know - I've been assessing everything so much this month and thinking things over way too much - I think it was probaby all my hormones going haywire!!!!!!

I must say I did have a dream before what I thought was af came along that I looked at a postive test...all very strange really...

I'm ok...just really need dh to get home from work so we can have a big chat and suss things out...I've got a few plans in place so that hopefully I'll cope well - one of them being that I probably won't bf as long or at least express and have him used to the bottle so mum can help out and actually babysit for me!!! I guess it's done now so I'll have to cope!! LOL!
The only other stressful thing really is that we'll need a new car...can't really afford one - we've just got rid of all of our debt so we don't want a loan - we will just have to scrape some money together and buy the best we can that will fit us all!! (I so don't want a van though - LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Let us know how your chat with DH goes.

OMG OMG...I am in shock...well congrats. You know what, I have only known you through this forum for 2 years and a bit and I have met you a few times. I know that you will be just fine. Things will work out with $$ and you will cope because already you are coping well. If you need anything...I'm not far away...oh just a little enveous (I cant ever spell this word...just doesnt look right!) Ok I am so excited for you.....

So Mel.....did you get AF? you were wondering if you were utd?!

Jen- have you got your results back????

Kaz- hows ttc? lots of fun?

Kel- hope youre getting some sleep and Liam is better now. Hows things with your dh?

Us- we are going ok. Finacially its tough time of the year with tax, so hopefully things will be ok soon. The girls are great. Olivia has been sleeping through most nights and on the odd occassion she will go to sleep on her own. Bec still has late nights and am having trouble getting her to have good day sleeps. Shes almost there with crawling. Almost.

Me- I still have some weight to loose but am feeling no where as frumpy as a month ago. I still have 9 kgs, but really if I can loose another 5 only I would be stoked.

    OK grumpy child.... chat soon

    ps...Kris....hope your talk goes ok

    Hi!

Talk hasn't gone so well...dh is really upset...has asked me to do the unthinkable...which isn't going to happen...I've told him we'll get through it, we'll just need a bit more support...I think he just needs some time for it all to sink in...
I've also made a big promise to him and made him promise back that this won't break us...
It's a bit hard - he didn't even want 3 - that was for me and now we've a 4th on the way!!

Thank you for all your kind words - I think we'll be ok as well...just need to keep the lines of communication open...dh probably needs to go out now and get drunk - I might send him out on the weekend to his brothers for a big night...LOL!

Mel - Yeah, I think the money thing will work out - we'll get a little extra family assist which will cover the babies needs - I think I'll need to win tattslotto by the time they're all in school though - LOL!
Glad to hear the girls are well...I think you've done such an amazing job losing weight - keep it up!!

Ok...better go - Ethans crying in the other room...

Thank you for your support - xoxoxoxoxoxoxox

OMG Kris! I'm sorry to hear that your chat with DH didn't go so well, but I'm sure it's just shock right now. If there is anybody that can cope with four I know it's you. A bit of a related story, my SIL is now a single mum of four kids ranging from 3 years - 11. Her DH (Not Dear Husband in this case, a different acronym!!!) left her when the youngest was only 2. She isn't getting any child support and is still managing alright financially. I think when you get in these situations you just find a way to deal with it.

Mel, sorry to keep you in suspense, I don't think I am pregnant. Almost 100% sure. The sickness seems to have been a bug, my mum got sick for a few days after me as well so I'm sure I passed it onto her. I don't get AF while bfing so I can't use that as a sign. Only had one AF in the past three years!

Been super busy lately. Disney On Ice today and now I have a hyper 2yo to try and get to sleep so I have to run. Hoping I'll have time to log on for proper replies tomorrow.

I'll be thinking of you Kris

    Hi!

Dis - Ooh Disney on Ice sounds like fun!

The boys hardly slept today so we got them to sleep by 6.30pm - woohoo!

Everythings chilled out a bit - dh had a snooze (we had a rotten night with the boys being sick last night) and he's a bit better...things will be fine!!

As for me - I feel queasy and tired - yet have butterflies so know that if I go to bed I won't be able to fall asleep iykwim??

Was just thinking I'm so glad I hadn't started selling stuff on ebay - it was sitting in Ethans room ready to go - LOL!

Kris!! Oh wow, hun!! My jaw just hit the floor! Hugs babe. I know how you feel. We had the same thing happen with Liam. So didn't expect to be pg! Things will be ok, I'm sure. It might be tough for a while but as bubs grows things get easier. But I'm sure you know that! Your dh probably just needs to process it all. It is a big shock! But congratulations, what exciting news!

Agghhh Belly Belly so slow to load at last I am on! Gosh could only read and not post!
Kris - Sorry to your Dh was slow to come around, I guess he has had a lot to get his head around too, only wanting two babies originally! But still so glad things have smoothed over now. Thats so lucky you didnt start selling things off! I think 2 will be our magic number, not from financial reasons or anything, I am not sure I want to have three cesars IYKWIM? Im a bit petrified about the second as is....
Mel- Thats great the girls are sleeping so well and you are getting some more rest - good on you for feeling great about your weight loss too!
Kel- Hiya hope you guys are doing ok x
Dis- Hope you are feeling a bit better now, mmm no AF in three years! Lucky you! Should you test? Hope you enjoy Disney on Ice (oh and the kids too but we all know you are going for you!)
Us- Yep Mel the Ultrasound midwife called yesterday and everything is great! No chromasomal abnormalities to speak of so the lil man is doing great! Had two GF's over from playgroup yesterday for a few hours (or 5) with their kids so that was fun, might make it a weekly thing which would be awesome. Having family up this weekend and going to try and make some curtains for the sunroom as I have extreme privacy fishbowl issues now we have new neighbours!
Have a great weekend guys x

Okay, Ben is still asleep and Jared is jabbering away in his high chair next to me so I'll see how long I can post for today!

Kris, it sounds like things have gotten a bit calmer at your place now your DH has had some sleep and it's sunk in a bit. I've been thinking a lot about you since I read your post last night. Lucky you didn't get rid of all your baby stuff!!!
I was shocked myself last night, I didn't even say CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Mel, sounds like the girls are sorting themselves out a bit with their sleep. It makes such a difference!
Strangely, I love tax time We are very uncomplicated financially so I do our taxes and we usually get a little back. We also claim FTBA in a lump sum, so all that extra $$$ (not that it's huge) helps us through a rough time with our car regos and insurances, which of course, are all due at the same time!!! Our tax refunds have actually already come and gone!
Your dive sounds amazing! How awesome that all your DH's family were there to watch

Jen, nup, not going to bother testing. I feel 100% now (although exhausted today after a huge week running about everywhere). I've NEVER felt good in either of my pregnancies until I was well past 20 weeks so I'm sure I'm not pg. I didn't ovulate after Ben until he'd given up BFing entirely so I'm assumming it will be the same this time around.
So glad to hear all is well with your little man.
Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit stuck in a rut at the moment. Kris is right though, you have so many hormones surging around right now. Sounds like catching up with your friends helped
And yes, of course Disney on Ice was for me!!!! DH told me I wasn't to wear my tiara though I did that one year and got a few strange looks

Us, we're doing really well. Jared slept for a record 10 hours the other night, but made up for it last night. Actually it wasn't that bad, but I'm so used to 7 or 8 hours now that I didn't like the two five hour blocks I got last night. I also filled in for my SILs indoor netball team on Wednesday night and that has worn me out as well as making me ache in muscles that I thought didn't exist anymore!

Jared is teething and is in a fair bit of pain. Ben is great! I taught him how to play 'Snap' this morning and it was so fun! He thinks it's hilarious and everytime I snapped, I got told "No mummy - Benny snap!" He's also started asking "What happened mummy?" whenever there's an unusual noise, "What doing?" is also getting a good workout. I think it might be the start of the "Why?'s".

My time is up, Jared has lost it and probably wants yet another feed. When I went to netball the other night, I fed him before I left, was gone an hour and a half and still came home to a screaming baby! Such a mummy's boy!!!

    Hi all,

Sorry I've been MIA for a while, I have been keeping up with you all Just a quicky from me. We are all well. Sleeping not so good...Lily has been waking 1-2times a night again. She's had a cough the past few nights which might be why, but I wish she'd go back to sleeping through! Liam is waking and feeding several times a night. I'm buggered. DH is on night shift tonight and tomorrow. I think I'll take Lily to wiggles play centre tomorrow. So I don't go nuts trying not to go to sleep!
DH and I are going well. He has really stepped up this week in particular with helping me. I have been going out for breaky Sunday morning over while dh has had them off. Usually only 2hrs away, but better than nothing!
I went to tghe gym the other night. It wasn't as tough as I thought it would be! I got through the class and didn't die! And I'm not even that sore, my tummy is but not legs or anything. And it reminded me of how much I actually enjoy going and it's great me time.
Ok gotta go DH has to go to work. Will come back later and write some more.

Hey Kristie...big hugs to you. I had it in both, with Liv early on...around 5 weeks. tis scary. Hope everything is ok with this little one.

We are all good. bec is now squealing just like olivia...great! Tax man tomorrow, so hoping we get a good return. Business is bad for electricians at the moment. DHs friend who is also one has only worked twice in the last fortnight. He has a 7 week old bub too, so its not looking great. Theres no site work, nothing. Luckily dh has had his business for 7 years and had a decent clientell. Hes also doing his solar course so hoping that will bring in some work. Otherwise we are thinking of doing a share week...me 2 days, him 3. Will see how it goes. Am really hoping things pick up...because I dont want to go back to work just yet and I would like another baby. Ok enough of me....

    Take care Kristie

Kris - *hugs* and all the best for tomorrow

Mel - wow! you are amazing grrl!

Ahhh words, gotta love'em. Pip now getting a few sentences together, his fave being "i fell over and bumped my head" ... we're starting with some "more please" and "thankyou" happening, but it's a struggle.

Mel - TTC? yeah right. We got rid of DS for a night and fell asleep watching teev after dinner. And DH is too grumpy to TTC and falls asleep as soon as we get to bed. *sighs*

    All the best ladies

Oh Kris - I hope everything is ok, let us know as soon as you can, we will be thinking of you.
Mel - That sucks that there isnt much work around, tough working for yourself when things are slow, how does DH feel about trying for another atm? When I am ready to go back to work I would love to do a week share with DH! God knows what I am going to do for work around here....not exactly a fashion capital! Good luck at the tax man
Kaz- that your DH is too tired to DTD! Great that you have the night to yourself and fall asleep in front of the tv, great romance! Arent we hopeless?
Us- Had a midwife check up this morning (everything was fine + heard the babies heartbeat) and then went to a friends place with some other mums and babies/kids, I think we stayed a bit too long as B has only just gone down for his nap about 2hrs late....anyhoo hope everyone else is well x
