Alsion, you don't have to apologize, I said less nice things about her after the whole incident I went back to my parents for dinner fri and lunch sat before leaving. I left to sleep elsewhere without saying goodbye but I am not going to punish my father for my mother's behavior. At dinner and lunch she was pretty quiet...In fact the two meals meals were amongst the quietest in our household history - we are a loud family I think she felt bad. She did not talk about the issue though. So she did see us and was very loving and all with Eva until the moment we left - she also hugged me goodbye and said she loved me so I think she feels bad but just does not know how to stop herself or admit she was wrong out loud - right now I just can't be bothered with this. I'll deal with her later if I have to. She is also going through menopause at the mo which makes her slightly more difficult so I aml hoping this ends eventually.

Whatever, I was happy to be with my siblings and friends, the trip was not all bad
