T least Millie isn't playing up at 2 in the morning like Emilia!! Had a terrible night here last night. Up at 2am till 4am then up for the day at 6am. I ended up putting her in with me at about 3 after she wouldn't resettle in her room.

It is so funny as nearly every baby I know does this to some degree be it day or night at this age. Just got to ride it out. It's a phase hey Det??!!!

Olive - at least she isn't screaming like Miss J at the moment!

Sorry girls - all I seem to do is whinge at the moment! The kids are driving me crazy!! Miis G has a temp and a headache which is now into day 2 and Miss J has a nasty cough and snotty nose - she is coughing and waking herself up all night and won't self-settle so I have to feed her. For the 3rd week in a row they were both sick on a Thursday which is the day I have to put them in care so I can work. I had to get MIL to come down and babysit while I went to work.

Yeah sounds like we all having nightmares at the moment!

Meg- enjoy time away, maybe change scenery will get E sleeping well.

Nai- its the worst when they're sick, so exhausting, must be hard going to work too when they keep you up at night, thats what I'm dreading when I go back having minimal sleep then rush around all day at work.

Olive- yeah means Df is back full time with me, lol. Emily been in the cot in our room but Df prolly sleeps 25% with us and other time in spare room. I'll prolly regret having him back full time, he snores sometimes and is such restless sleeper.

sending sleepy vibes to all the babies in here! Behave for your mummies!

    Did someone say 'drink'....if only...I've resorted to 'sniffing' DH's drink...seems a lifetime ago...and a lifetime away!!!

Sounds like we've all got 'stuff' going on...same here...A cut her top tooth and the other is almost through...not waking during the night but screaming and crying in her sleep...don't know how she doesn't wake herself up...so I'm just patting her tummy till she stops crying as it's breaking my heart...or maybe that's the preg hormones...

Here's hoping we all get some sleep tonight...fingers crossed

Olive - I get double leg kicks to the bb's and it is driving me crazy.. She also pushes her belly out as fat as it will go so when she goes back to normal after the nappy is on, it's too loose! It was great to see you and the girls on Saturday!!

We had our first night in a week where Miss J actually slept in her own bed and only woke once during the night! I think she is getting another tooth as she is chewing on everything and drooling all over herself.

I feel like crap, I just feel so exhausted and run down, my whole body is aching, I'm sick of feeling like crap! On the upside Emily has been alot better today and yesterday. Thank god too many sleepless nights.

Nai- Yay on that! Has she been having some seperation issues?

olive- nope still in my room! As for nappy change I always have noisy toys on hand, start rattling them get her wanting them and she plays while I change.

Ellie- the other tooth come thru? She more settled?

How is everyone else going? been quiet in here, prolly all still struggling with sleep!

Olive- Could you be preg?! Or wishful thinking? Emily not quite standing yet gets onto her knees and pokes her head over, very cute.

    pinny- hope santa is listening!

I ended up having bit fever last night, explains why i felt so crappy. Still achey today and sore throat, bet Emily has passed on what she had! Mums can't afford to get sick!

hey girls.. just came by to say hi and wish you all the best of days

Went to a sleep class this morning and Alex was MR Party. He's had about 20 minutes sleep today since we woke at 6am - I'm waiting for him to crash.. he's entertainign himself in the loungeroom, with the TV controller - I figure DH can fix up whatever buttons he presses (because DH was the first to let him play with the remote!)

Hi girls, Only 4 work days to go but let me tell you the amount of things I have to get done in those 4 days is absolutely crazy!!!!!

Still waiting to hear about what year I am teaching next year! Really hoping for year 2!!!!!!

Ash has been good. She cried for the first time when I left to go to work this morning!! Was quite heartbreaking.

    BBL to catch up.

    Hi girls!!

Been awol as internet was capped and couldn't get access to BB.

Just a quick catch up as to where we're at....

    L now has 5 teeth - 2 bottom, 3 up top

He is not crawling yet, not even trying, however he is finally sitting up by himself!

We are still co sleeping and he still wakes umpteen times a night I am waiting til DP takes annual leave (hopefully in Jan) and we're going to try and move him into the cot!

Olive, omgoodness, the nappy changes have seriously become a nightmare! He cracks the sh*ts and screams the house down, tries to do a 180 turn and roll away, kicks with both feet, bucks up and down like a bloody angry horse! It has really become a two person job to change him!

Have come to the realisation that L is one moody kid. He has the worst temper and quite frankly seems like a brat! Going through some serious separation anxiety and he wants no one but me. Ahh the joys!

What's everyone doing for Christmas? Any ideas on what to get the bubbas for their first xmas? I want to get something special but not sure what...have ordered him a lovely handmade quilted xmas stocking with his name embroidered on it. For the extended family we're doing photo calendars with pics of L - I can get away with it now seeing as he's the first and only child of my generation so far! When my brothers/sisters/cousins have kids I guess the baby thing loses its novelty Hehe no offense!

I get my uni results on Friday, I'm so nervous! But I'm really enjoying the time off. I go back to work on the 13th of Feb and uni starts 1st March so I'm just wanting the next 2 months to go reeeally slow!

Hope everyone is well. Will check in again soon xox
