Kaz - Our night routine is a little later than the others, L usually setttles down for the night at around 8.30-9ish as I find he cluster feeds still until then, He usually goes down around 6ish and wakes at 7.30 for a feed, this is when we do the bed,bath/massage,boob routine..I find it works well for us too coz then we get to spend some one on one time with him as DD is in bed at 7.30pm and no longer has a day sleep.

He will then wake around 12ish for a feed or sometimes when we are having a really good night will do a 6 hour block then until around 2.30am...he wakes 4 hourly after that and gets up around 7.30am. During the day he had a routine of feed/play/ sleep and usually does 1.5 to 2 hour sleeps but does do the occasional 40mins when we are out and about..


He is great dring the day so I shouldn't complain about the night too much...but DD was sleeping through at this age so I'm waiting for him to satrt!!!


Shell- Yay on the dummy!!! I might consider doing the same thing coz L only has it during the day, his not interested in it at night. Prefers the boob to go to sleep.


AJP- Hope the unwrapping goes well, we have success sometimes but not often.

Det- woot on the 8 hour sleep, there is hope out there for me yet!!! Pity about the migrain though!!!

Meg- Sounds like your DH could give some of the others some tips!!! Do you hire him out for demostrations????
