I am going back to work from the beginning of Sept 2 days a week and I am not going to be able to express while i am at work so not sure what DD is going to drink while im there. I have done a bit of reading about formula and it said I should introduce it very slowly though, thats why I was thinking of starting it soon. I want to exclusively bf but not sure how I will be able to.

I dont know what else to do if I cant express. Might need to pop into the bf support group.

ETA- thanks Jols. DP called me this arvo to apologise but you know I am just so tired. Ash feeds do much at night. She'll do 6:30pm, I am now getting her through until 1am (was 10pm last week) then 3am, 5am 7am then during the day she'll have a 10am feed, 1:30pm and a 5pm feed so she is averaging 8 feeds a day still and should be on 6 feed a day I think.
