Seph - have you tried feeding laying down? I find Jack takes in less air that way. And if you're lucky, you can get a 10min kip.
And for the MCNs, I find that mine come out of the machine fairly clean of stains. Don't know how that happens! I only use a smidge of power, and the canestan rinse. I also do a rinse cycle first before the real wash cycle.
We're still using sposies at night. DH & mum are a bit resistant to using the MCNs. Not because they don't like them or disagree with them, but because they can't be bothered! Not to worry as when we're out of sposies this time, I'm not buying more.
Tubbles - I wrote a reply the other day, but managed to not post it. The chiro gives a little massage, and adjusts the alignment of the spine. It's all very gentle. Some will check the TMJ (Temporomandibular joint in the jaw) if there has been feeding problems. I might take Jack to an osteopath when we're in Perth for the 6 weeks check ups. If I can fit it in!
