hamish has 3-4 half hour cat naps during the day and pretty much sleeps almost all night. he normally wakes for a bottle between 3-4am. last couple of nights i have left him in his cot and let him play without going in to give him a bottle and he has played himself back to sleep.
we usually bath him in johnsons night time bath then massage the night time moisturiser in. we have found that helps him sleep.
