Hi ladies,

InSom, Cam loves to pull his teddy blankie over his face now. I bought it for him months ago but he never took to it until a few weeks ago. When he goes to sleep, he likes to hold my fingers for a while before he drifts off. So I started putting the blankie in his hands when he is getting drowsy, and now he loves to hold it and put it near and over his face!! I always panic that he won't be able to breathe. Just tonight I went to tuck him in, and he had his blankie right near his face. A few minutes later he started crying so I asked my DF to check on him thinking it's his dummy. He came out of the room and said that he pulled the blankie right over his face. Poor love, at least I know he'll whinge about it and not suffocate

Rooey, I'm glad you're not too stressed about Indy's lack of sleeping! I'm also feeling a bit better about Cam not sleeping much, at the moment I get about 2 naps out of him a day, they usually last about 40 minutes each. I've begun to take him in his pram for a walk after 3 pm every day now (whereas before it was a couple of times a week, weather permitting), so he gets that extra 30 minute nap to get him through to bed time which is usually 7 pm. And I don't excercise at all apart from the walks with the pram. I am actually lighter now than before I got pg, I sometimes just don't eat, don't know why but I just don't have the appetite It's really not good though as I feel I have no energy some days. I've just started taking multivitamins.

Nat, so glad to hear your little man is progressing so well!!!! He is a little star! Cam is still not rolling . Or sitting up......oh dear Or eating solids......apart from farex which he is not too keen on.

Jelly, Cam is really starting to drool and gets red cheeks some days. Can't feel any definite lumps though....

AFM, I've managed to get Cam to fall asleep on his own since Saturday, I am so proud of myself (and of him of course!!). He does whinge and cry for a bit, but then eventually falls asleep. This is during the day. I think the blankie helps....
I am a bit worried about the rolling though, he does go on his side (eg I place him on the mat so the TV is behind him, and he tries to spin his head around to watch it as ends up on his side). I then gently help him to roll over, but he won't do it by himself. I think he's a late starter......I also put toys out of his reach but he seems happy to wait for me to move them for him!!!! My SIL got her blood results today, def. UTD she is!!! 5 weeks along, I am so happy as Cam will have a cuz to play with. My DF refuses to talk about no. 2 ATM, I am losing a bit of sleep over it as I like to be able to plan this ahead.....I turned the big 4 0 in May so my clock is ticking VERY loudly

Anyhoo, hi to everyone out there, hope you and your bubs are doing well
