I have a slow cooker it is awesome i have a few great recipes if you want any
    Yes Please!!!

Last nights dinner turned out well IMO. I think I should have added a bit more liquid though, it was sticking to the bottom. I tell you what though, the recipe didn't call for extra water but I added a cup of water just in case anyway. Matt ate it but didn't love it (he could taste the red wine & doesn't like wine). Jazz ate some, not all of it. I don't think I'll give it to her again though, I think the wine made her really really hyperactive. She was running and bouncing off the walls until 9:30 last night.
I don't normally eat meat - I don't like it. But I LOVED the beef last night and ate it all. I think this slow cooker will make a meat eater out of me again. Over the weekend I'll do some corned beef and make sandwiches for Matt's lunches.
I'll be sad to pack it up over summer though, probably wont get used much - unless I do things like corned beef the night before to have cold with salad & put in sandwiches.

Got our tax done last night. Matt had the accountant come over to do the business tax for him, and then I was able to finish off my tax on e-tax...VERY happy! Now we can get our new lounge suite! A little sad though. I'd rather get a dSLR but we need a lounge suite more...the one we have is so uncomfortable.

I have done full chickens, lamb shanks, silverside (have an awesome recipe for silverside) chicken curry, spag bol, taco mince, beef stew they all turned out awesome the only pro ive had is that the meat (mainly chicken and lamb shanks) have been hard to get out cos they fell apart when i tried to lift them out.

Summer is having really bad tantys at the moment she screams and carries on when she doesn't get her way and she isn't eating very well either Chris obviously is feeding her hot chips and whatever takeaway he is feeding the girls and she keeps saying "chip" im going to have to talk to him about it. It is so hard when you split with their Dad you are caught in such a horrible place of feeling like you need to keep up with the "fun" parent but the eating thing is hard we are going to have to come to some sort of arrangement i think

Summer is so not ready for TT so I haven't really been trying too much I have been through it a few times now and Tahnie was fully done just after she was 2. And from being in the brace etc for the last few months no point making extra work, ive started making her aware of it and nappy off time is good for that but I'm not in a rush being my last baby i want to do it when she is ready. It's going to be hard when we do esp if the two homes aren't in sync ah this separation thing sux sometimes.

Ah skye just people crapping on me as usual, i let someone in and they think its ok to tell me that i spoil my kids (which i don't!! I can't afford to and even if i did wtf is it to them!!!) so bye bye to them. No wonder i keep to myself and don't get too close to people

Codie started a trial for a new treatment for CF patients she might get the placebo and it's a major commitment but if it is successful it could help prevent kids and adults from getting lung damage and therefore not needing lung transplants..... She has to go on a nebuliser 3 times a day for a year hmmmmm just what i need more work but its all for a good cause.

Anyhoo hope all the little bubbas are good and healthy

Tonight we had our first poo in the bath incident. Jazz stood up with a concerned look on her face. I told her to sit down so she sat down carefully and then I noticed her surprise. Got her out of the bath straight away. I'm glad that we managed to go 19.5 months without any poo incidents!

Its ok Trina I spoil mine too...its called love? It involves cuddles & niceness...some people just don't understand it! Lol!

I'm baby free. & nervouse as all hell! Kids haven't seen Anth for near 6 weeks, so I'm driving a lonely 8 hours out there to pick him up. Gee, fun, lol.
Anyway, mum decided she'd have them all. Much as I would've happily taken boof with me. So I go out there tonight to settle them down & make sure Jesse is ok. He gets ready for boo, we have a little chat, again, about mummy going to get daddy. We decide he's going to stay here & look after poppy's motor bikes & fix them, then I'm kinda ok to go.
He settles down with me, then ditches me!! By himself he chooses to go lay in mum & dad's bed & just dozes off with mum!!! No boo, no winging, nothing!
I'm still in shock! Not sure if his amber teething necklace had anything to do with it, but it turned up today & I put it on him not long before.
    Lonely, but happy (for now!)

Spose I best get my music sorted for tomorrow.
    Night
    xxx

I got an interview for a continuing position I applied for at the Uni a few weeks ago. Interview is on Tuesday.

I've also applied for a position 2 levels higher than the one I'm currently in. It's another fixed-term one until August 2012.

And, it looks like at the very least my contract in my current position will be extended for another 12 months. The boss is just sorting that out, but he's happy for me to apply for any positions I want and is still fully supportive and congratulated me on getting short listed for the continuing one.
